The food was tasty - the crabcakes were OK, not great but OK. I will give kudos for the bourbon old-fashioned - it was generous and excellent. It's also a big emphasis on fried food. If you like fried foods, this is your place. If you're looking for something a little healthier and perhaps a little higher quality, you'll have to really scour the menu. Prior to placing my order, I called to inquire about the special and was told the details. I called back a few minutes later and placed six orders: four Snow Crab specials (including sausage in all four bags and an egg in one bag) and two Dungeness Crab specials. At no point during the ordering process was I informed that the Dungeness Crab special would include only one cluster mixed with Snow Crab. Upon receiving my order, the bags did not contain the Dungeness Crab clusters I paid for. Instead, we received mostly Snow Crab and a crab claw. When I called the restaurant, the employee stated she remembered my order and insisted that I received what I ordered. I then spoke with the manager, Vincent, who claimed he saw the employee prepare the order correctly. However, he also stated that he needed to check with the cooks and kitchen staff to confirm what was prepared. His statements were inconsistent and did not resolve the issue. Additionally, I was told my order would be ready in 10 minutes. Since I live 25 to 30 minutes away, I expected it to be ready upon arrival, yet I still had to wait. During my conversation with Vincent, he eventually put the phone down and refused to continue addressing my concerns. I paid extra for the Dungeness Crab specials and simply expected to receive the items I ordered or be reimbursed for the missing product. Neither was offered. The lack of accountability and poor customer service were extremely disappointing. As a result of this experience, I will not return to this location. I am a very dissatisfied customer.

My suggestion is, please stop overloading sauce, don't drown the spaghetti and cut back on garlic in meatballs, don't overcook the pasta, and offer a pasta of the week, supposably they make their own, let's see something that can't be bought from a store.
