Enjoyed dinner tonight with hubby. We were in the mood for Italian. We started off with their bread service and then fried mozzarella. It was ok. For our entree, I had the salmon capperi with spinach and mash potatoes and hubby had the classic trio. I loved my food. Tons of flavor and great combination. Hubby's was just ok. They have a $10 take home deal where you can take home any entree on the menu that's your meal's price or less. I look forward to enjoying my pork chop tomorrow. Service was good. Our waiter Josh was friendly, funny, and professional. I also learned that they do wine dinners each month with a wine pairing. I look forward to checking that out. read more

This is for a pick up order. I had the amazing service of Audi coming to meet me at my car to ask for my pick up information which I happily gave. He was so sweet and literally a ray of sunshine. His energy was so positive it made my night. The food we got was fantastic as well. But the service 12/10 it's so hard holding a conversation nowadays, when it comes to restaurants or even go grocery shopping, but Audi gave me reassurance that there are still people who are nice. read more

I can't believe it took me so long to try Carrabba's! My first visit last spring was such a pleasant surprise, especially with their special spring menu. The Passion Pear Spritz and olive oil cake were both delightful, but the Pollo Rosa Maria stuffed chicken stole the show. That sauce, I mean wow! It's become a go-to favorite for my husband and me. So good! The service was just as impressive. Our waitress was incredibly friendly and attentive, which made the meal even more enjoyable. I also love the warm, inviting atmosphere. It's been a while since we've been to a Carrabba's. It was before the pandemic. I remember it being a good experience, and everything we ordered was executed well. Unfortunately, this last visit left a lot to be desired. I don't know if it's because they are short staffed, or what. We did ask if we could be seated at a booth by the window. They were only seating people in a section of booths by the bar. It was an early bird visit with only 2 other booths/tables occupied, and none of them were seated by the window. There was only one server at the time. We always look forward to the complimentary bread with the herb seasoned olive oil. We were immediately turned off by the clumps of spices in the small dish. There was no amount of oil (or stirring of the oil) that could dissolve these clumps. The bread was served cold. It was covered in a paper napkin like it had been sitting out for a while. We didn't finish what was in the basket. We usually ask for more. Not this time. We had the Zucchini Fritte, which we have ordered many times before. It's usually amazing! This time, it was full of oil. We couldn't eat it. My husband didn't enjoy the Chicken Marsala. It wasn't executed well on the grill. The ingredients didn't taste fresh. The same could be said about my vegetable side dishes. They were swimming in what I think was olive oil. It had a nice garlic taste, but that's it. The Tuscan Grilled Ribeye had good flavor, and it was cooked perfectly. However, I wouldn't pay for it again with the poorly executed veggie sides. Our server was very good. We didn't say anything about the zucchini until she asked if everything is okay. She offered to have the appetizer remade. We declined, but I think she ended up taking it off the bill without us even asking. I wasn't going to update my review, but thought it would be best to provide some feedback. Our visit was in June of this year. That's how long it took for me to decide whether to post it or not. Hopefully the quality of the food will one day be like it was before the pandemic. read more

Called in to ask if I could be put on the waitlist over the phone or if I had to come in first to be added. The lady told me over the phone she could add me to the list from the call before actually coming in. After waiting an hour, when she told me 45 minutes initially, I called back to make sure I was on the list as I've been waiting in the lot for 30 minutes. She then told me you you're not on the waitlist until you come in. Wasted an hour of my Valentine's Day. Wouldn't have minded coming in to be added but the fact I asked her point blank "can you add me to the waitlist over the phone or do I need to come in first?" and she said I can do it over the phone gets a 1 star review. read more

We were craving bolognese & since Carabbas is so close to home, we decided to give it a try. It was easy enough to place a to go order, and curb side order was very convenient. We ordered two portions of the spaghetti bolognese which came with a side soup and bread. The bolognese was so bland, 2/5 at best. The minestrone soup was average. Delivery for FOUR orders of Fettuccine Carrabba. All orders were bland. No seasoning whatsoever. Noodles were mushy. Sauce was bland. Chicken was bland and had a spongy texture like a fast food nugget. Side Caesar salads had stale croutons and wilted lettuce and hardly any cheese. The only redeeming item in this meal was the bread. Fluffy interior with a nice crust. For $140.00, this was garbage. Which is probably where the leftovers will go. So disappointing. read more

We dined here last night after a day spent apart due to a baby shower and sprinkler repair. She went to the Baby Shower, I repaired sprinklers in our yard. The only time we ate together was at Carrabba's, as I wanted to surprise her with a nice meal. A surprise we got. She came home with food poisoning, violently throwing up and pooping. Not being able to control what end it was coming from. I suffered from explosive diarrhea for a few hours until I could sleep, only to have it continue this morning. Needless to say her leftovers are thrown away. I had the Eggplant Parmesan only to receive the THINNEST cut eggplant I have ever seen in my life. Paper thin eggplant breaded to perfection, fried, and baked with cheese on top so that you couldn't get but a whisper of eggplant flavor. She had the new Lemon Cream Asparagus Linguine with Chicken, which looked picture perfect. We shared Zucchini Fritte and the bread on the table. And she had the salad. Our waiter was not a problem, attentive, and a hard worker. He was left a generous tip due to his good service, however I can only surmise that the kitchen had an issue of cross contamination and salmonella. My main course was not worth any cost and this feeling we both have even the next day is horrible. I don't want to speak too fast but I may throw up today. You know how you can live right by a tourist attraction that draws people from all over the country and for some reason you don't go? Yeah, sometimes, I forget to review the restaurants closest to me, that I go to all the time. That stops today. When I'm in the mood for a cozy holiday dinner with my best friends, I go here. When my girls and I are ready for a big night out, we start here. When my family comes to visit, we always pay a visit here. When it's a Friday at 2pm and my crazy work schedule means I'm starving and the only one available-I roll in here. It's the perfect spot-on all days, in so many ways. I love the mezzaluna but usually order fish-and there's always a tempting special. I dream about the bread and dipping oil. I've stuck my head right in the bowl and slurped up every last drop of the sausage lentil soup. Yes, the food is consistently delish. The decor is warm, cozy and inviting. It's familiar and easy and comforting and I'm never disappointed. They do a great job with social distancing (I also appreciate the plexiglas between booths). Everyone's welcoming and friendly. Came here for Mother's Day, our pick was going to actually be Mexican food, but the restaurant was closed due to an electrical outage. We have been here a few times before. Not a bad place for Italian food. Place was packed, around 45 minutes of wait time around 1pm. Plenty of parking around the building. Never really had any issues with their food, so no complaints there. Staff was on point, no issues there either. We had the Italian classic which comes with chicken parmesan, lasagna, and fettuccine alfredo. Also, had the chicken Bryan with parmesan truffle fries and Mezzaluna. Now, one great thing about this place is that you can also order a to go order for only $10.00. So, on top of what I had at the restaurant, my to go order was chicken marsala with penne pasta (only $10.00). Another thing that I like about this place is that they give you basket of bread and spiced garlic dip for it while you wait for your food. This could almost fill you up if you are not careful. 92 cents. I ordered from home went to the restaurant for an 815 pickup. Gave my name to two people the around 750 someone came to tell me that they can't find my name at all. Went over the steps with the server. Found out that it was missing the zip code. Once entered the gift card showed -50.00 and a balance of 92 cents. I had a gift card and cash. Asked for a manager and no one came out. I also asked how can we resolve this? He said again you can use your card ( which I told him I did not have ) and put in the92 cents. I asked the manager can't override the 92 cents. Offered to reorder to make it work. He said no do It to the phone and you can. By this time it is after 830 pm. Closed the app after I deleted the order and got the 50 back on the card. The server should have gotten the manager when I asked and this could have been resolved. read more

First time here nice looking place. Had the Rocco salad with shrimp and scallops. Scallops were perfect and not over cooked the shrimp had a great char on them and a great flavor. We also got the vegetable ravioli. Pasta was fresh soft and a nice flavor. The sauce on them were great. Could drink a bucket of that sauce. Portions are a nice size for the price. We visited on February 29th in the evening. Tony was our server. Trust me we will never be coming back to this place. At first, everything was good but upon paying the bill they became passive aggressive about us leaving. Just because we paid doesn't mean we can't sit and talk. The restaurant was not closing and it wasn't busy at all. First Tony made a slight comment about us leaving. Soon after that a guy came by and sprayed a water bottle as he went by, and soon a girl asked us if all the empty glasses could be cleared and we were in the way. That's when I realized the service was poor. Every plate, dish, glass was still on the table with no space left. We got the message loud and clear but one of us went to use the restroom before we left. They asked us if we could move so they could sweep. Look, if you want good Italian food there are a hundred places better than this. They did "treat us like family", family that had overstayed their welcome. read more

I have been to several Carrabba's locations, but in the Tampa Bay Area, this one is probably the best (Brandon). I have gotten he same fish from three locations in the area and this location always seems to provide a better presentation, and saucier pasta dish. The service was spot on. It literally look no more than 10 minutes to bring the appetizers and drinks. Their new Chicken and Shrimp Carbonara was delicious (I had to sample my husband's dish). I had the Rigatoni Martino with chicken which was delicious. I always change the tomato sauce for vodka sauce. I had the Classic Sangria which was on a happy hour special (9 ounces for the 6 ounce price). Our server had a very large party to tend to, but did his best with us as well; never making us wait.
