She used an electric toothpick like an electric toothbrush, litterally ripping up my gums and blaming it on my dental routine that I promise you is extensive since getting an implant. She then proceeded to interpret my x-rays and said that I had a cavity where when I took it to my dentist that I have been seeing all my childhood and adulthood she said that the dentist was lying and probably just trying to get extra money where she could. He recommended a root canal and recommended an endodontist. His staff called their office, while I was waiting, to make an appointment the following day. Wow... great customer service. During this visit, I got a zirconia crown made after a root canal. I was impressed how quickly the crown was made at Dr. Wong's office. The process took about 1 1/2 hours. My appointment was booked for 2 hours. His assistant, Emily, was very friendly and accommodating to my personal medical needs. Dr. Wong was pleasant during the procedure. He has a calm demeanor.
