The line is usually long and she is very slow. When there is an issue, and there always is an issue that early in the morning, no manager can be found. I've seen so many people just drop their stuff and leave because the line doesn't move. Add to the employee issue, their refrigeration systems have been having problems for 6 months or more. Often I go in there and the refrigerated and freezer sections have mops and towels along the sections. I've returned yogurt, chicken and beef to this location 3 times in the past 3 months. Be careful what you are buying. If you think the Sayville location is a better bet, think again, that location is worse and the store is filthy!!!

The mgr was standing with customer service as she asked him if they even sell an item. Wow. Anyway. My suggestion to all, when not holding onto receipts, download apps like Receipt Hog, Receipt Pal, Pogo, Fetch. You get points for rewards & most important, it keeps a log of your receipts that you can retrieve for years. The only store that stopped accepting it from me - Ross Dress for Less in NJ. In the end, mgmt needs to make sure that even the negative reviews are addressed or responded to, not just the good reviews. It lets customers know that we're really heard.
