But today I walked into Johnston & Murphy shoe store at the Castle Rock Outlets. I was greeted by assistant manager Mark B. Who was very professional and helpful in my quest for a pair of causal shoes. Because of his help I ended up buying two pair of shoes!!!! I wish all people in the public service could learn from how great Mark B. Helps his customers. I highly recommend this store and hopefully you too run into Mark there as you won't be disappointed in meeting him or his professional customer service!!!

I thought it was an athletic brand and the clothes can be worn for any occasion as they have non-golf specific outfits. There was a cool specially designed table tennis table in the store too. Prices are comparable to the other higher end clothing stores in the mall. Not a huge fan of the associates who didn't seem approachable and more interested in their own conversation.

I was blown away. After deciding on four pair of shoes she brought them to register for us and kindly introduced us to Associate that would complete our sale. We watched as she ran back to floor to help fit another customer. Then to our surprise met us at the door to open it as I was pushing my mothers wheelchair. I usually shop online since the pandemic and it's rare that I visit a physical store. I was greatly disappointed because the temperature in the store was extremely warm. It definitely shortened my shopping time because I was so uncomfortable. I realize everyone is trying to save money but if your customers are uncomfortable, they're not going to stay. I feel bad for the employees who have to spend a whole shift in that heat. I also don't like the weaving checkout lane. It leaves customers waiting in a long line, when it's already warm in the store. Too many bodies huddled together.

I just lVE when the employee's greet me as I walk in. I feel as if they are waiting just for me. I browse for a few minutes, have my hands full with items to try on and I'm approached by Dana who was eager to help me with my shopping experience. So many styles, sizes and colors to choose from. She showed me all the sales, the mark down racks and most important she set me up in a fitting room to try on all my items. Dana even ask if I was doing okay or if I needed any other sizes. I was indeed of an additional size that the store did not carry. I paid for the item and Dana said the correct size and color woukd be shipped to me. Also she mentioned that I would receive an email after the item was shipped. I received my order to the date that was stated. Then she printed the receipt for the items I purchased in house and showed me how to enter into a drawing for a chance to win a gift card and a survey to complete about your visit. Kudos to the Manger and owner for providing and understanding how customer works. What a great experience again!

He assured me that if they weren't right. Bring them back in and he will take care of it. I surprised her with the shoes but Within five minutes of wearing them. She realized they hurt and didn't fit. I tried to return the shoe only to be told that they are not returnable or swappable. I spent over 200 dollars in that store 95 of it was my girlfriend shoes. They won't even swap sizes. Terrible customer service and false advertising. I will never shop with them again.
