I understand sales and trying to get me to buy things but using my kid (who obviously wants everything) to make a sale is super rude.

This store has awful customer service! My wife and I went in with the intention of getting 1 hat. The associate working informed us there was a buy 1 get 1 50% off and was friendly about it. Ok cool we thought, we got another hat and proceeded to check out.. here is where the issues started. He run up both hats, the most expensive one was $25 and the original hat we intended on picking up was $20 so it would be $10 after the promotion. When he rung us up the total was $40.. we asked the associate (same associate who told us about the promotion) why it was ringing up that price it seemed higher than it should be. He asked, "What do you mean.. this one is $25 and that one is $15 after the promotion.." in a condescending tone. We were taken aback by the way he was talking to us, it was busy in the store so we didn't think anything of it and checked out. We started walking away and my wife decided to check the receipt and noticed he overcharged us, she brought it up to another associate (maybe the manager? Wasn't sure) and told him that we were overcharged and had brought it up to associate as he was ringing us up. The associate who rang us up decided to chime in and said, "It rang up the way it was scanned." So we asked if we can just get the difference back. The associate said, "Ya you can but you'll need to get back in line." (Which was really long now by the way) REALLY!? YOU ACKNOWLEDGE WE BROUGHT UP A MISTAKE TO YOU TO PREVENT IT, YOU DON'T DOUBLE CHECK AND MAKE US WASTE OUR TIME (literally took another 15 minutes to get back to the front of he register) WAITING IN LIKE TO GET OUR MONEY BACK.. When we got the difference back we decided to return the extra hat we got because we were disgusted with the service given. This staff needs to pay attention to detail because it is atrocious. Won't be shopping here anymore.. to anyone who does, make sure you double check prices on everything and be persistent. read more

Worst customer service ever. My throat is messed up so i cant speak loud and when i walked away the lids workers were making fun that i should speak up and i quote " foo was whispering im like speak up dawg" Is that the new way to speak to customers?? read more

Carlos Alvarez is a horrible manager... Always has a bad attitude and makes you really uncomfortable when asking questions.

Horrible. They have no idea how to run this store. They don't know how to pull orders that have been order to pick up in store they need to be train properly. Wasting people's time. In my case I ordered my hat to be picked up in store since their inventory said they had two in Stock and I show up a day later after I got the email saying my order was ready and with an attitude some dude asks me if I had received a call. No I didn't shouldn't the email count for something the guy says no you have to get a call ...they are so dumb and I wasted my time and they have no communication between employees it's just ridiculous . Never ordering from them again.or going back to this store.first and last time. read more
