Been here quite a few times now, and I'd recommend just ordering upon arrival and then taking it to go, or eating there. My experience from online ordering was horrible (as was the others I spoke to when I was waiting). My order was ready way past the time it said it would be ready, and they seemed very disorganized. I feel like there's a way they could fix that or make it easier to pick up online orders. Besides that, the food is fast and great!!! Tastes fresh, and they have a nice variety of toppings and dressings to choose from. I love the hot honey chicken; it's quite spicy but not so much as to where it's burning my entire throat. The crazy feta is also a must! Prices aren't bad either, especially since you can choose as many toppings as you want. There isn't a ton of seating and sometimes it fills up fast, but they also have outdoor seating. read more

I had a delicious custom bowl and great care was taken to meet my partner's gluten free needs. It was quite busy at lunchtime on a Thursday. We were very lucky to get a table for the three of us. It was nice to find Maine ginger brew among the drink selections My only negative was the blondie that I bought for dessert. It was relatively tasteless and boring. read more

I don't understand how it's rocket science to read an online order and assemble the ingredients correctly. I work nearby and cannot leave to pick up so we order for 2 max frequently to be delivered to our job. 9/10 times the order is incorrect. At this point i'm wondering if the staff sees our name and says to themselves "let's ruin their day". Today we ordered two completely different bowls, the lids with the labels were swapped and I did not get the dressing I paid for. Really enjoyed Cava! It is the Mediterranean Chipotle! Fresh ingredients and enjoyed all the sauce, vegetable, meat, and rice/salad/base options! I did a build your own grain bowl. The drink options were cool too! A lot of good drinks to choose from getting a fountain drink. I really enjoyed the blueberry soda and the mint cucumber lime drink. This location's parking lot; is a bit crazy. So many good places to go in this shopping plaza. Makes sense why the parking is a zoo. read more

I've been to CAVA one other time in Melville Mall in New York. This CAVA is located in Woburn Village. Woburn Village has many businesses and plenty of parking spots. CAVA is like Chipotle or CoreLife where you can build your own grains bowl or salad bowl or greens and grains bowl but with mediterranean options. There is plenty of tables and countertop seating inside. I had the harissa avocado. It is their top seller. The harissa avocado bowl has harissa honey chicken, hot harissa vinaigrette, Crazy Feta®, hummus, fire-roasted corn, avocado, pickled onions, Persian cucumber, feta, basmati rice, and SuperGreens. If you are looking for a spicy kick, then this your bowl. It wasn't overly spicy, just a tint. I enjoyed it very much and all the components were fresh, flavorful, and delicious. I enjoyed it more than the bowl I created last time at CAVA. The meal was very filling. Service was quick and the line kept moving. read more

Disappointing. Bowls were tasty, lamb bowl looked 1/2 full while chicken bowl was full. Missing pita from 1. The dessert is what brought it from a 4 star. This was our first time trying CAVA. We ordered to eat out on their patio. It has a cover, which was great because it started to rain. My husband had a Greek chicken wrap and it came in a piece of foil. No plate. It was pretty messy, but tasty. I got a HARISSA AVOCADO bowl. The staff helped me eliminate anything too spicy. It was yummy (although I didn't see any avocado). I got two meals from it! 4.5 We will go back. read more

First time at Cava in Reading, MA and ordered Greek Salad and a your way bowl with grilled chicken. Both were excellent and greens were fresh. Generous portion of nice grilled chicken on both. Had creamy garlic on one and Greek vinaigrette on the other - both were tasty. Wife also liked the selection of teas and lemonade. Good service, clean place, clean men's bathroom. Good value. Cava has the potential to be 5/5 but it's seriously so so salty and I love salt. I am always so thirsty after having cava. I love the tomato & cucumber, the pickles and making a very very veggie salad. It's so customizable, with options for everyone. The pita chips taste like fried dough, which is yummy yummy but very heavy. I love the dill dreasing, the hummus and the greens mixes. The pickles are so unique and so good. I don't love the protein options just because of the salt amount, even the roasted veggies end up being quite salty. We usually order online and it's always ready on time even when it's very busy, which we are always impressed by. the parking lot is rough during busy times but that certainly isn't cava's fault, just plan ahead that you may need to park in the back. Every time I've gone in it's been very clean. read more

I first tried CAVA in California, and somehow the experiences were quite different despite being a chain. The differences were noticeable with the quality of food and preparation. I love the concept of CAVA too much to avoid considering having them again. One thing to note - Can't place an order online unless you're a member, which is free to sign up but annoying that it's required in the first place. read more

So much better than Chipotle! I love how you can customize your bowl with so many different toppings and protein options. They are very vegan and vegetarian friendly which is always a plus. I usually always order online because the line can get long but service is pretty quick. They have a lot of people working in different stations. The ambiance is nice and they have seating indoor and outdoors. Bathrooms are very clean for a "fast food" chain restaurant. I love Mediterranean foods and this hits the spot every time! read more

Love love love cava. I first heard about it on tiktok comparing it to a healthy chipotle . I drove 40 minutes to try a bowl and I wasn't disappointed. Their variety of build your own ingredients was impressive . Super greens and the saffron rice were one of my favorite things . Inside cava was nice & clean with plenty of seating . The employees were super personable and were really helpful when I was ordering for the first time . If you like any type of Mediterranean food this is the place for you . Unlike some fast food esc places cava made me feel great afterwards. Prices were average,food& service was above average . 10/10 will be coming back read more

Super glad Cava finally opened and it surely does not disappoint. The food is amazing and every individual ingredient is so fresh and delicious. Put together, it's a bowlful of goodness. The Harissa Honey Chicken and Tzatziki were well seasoned and the pita on the side was super fluffy and absorbed the flavor well. Lots of choices for dressings too, but the Greek Vinaigrette is a good go-to. Also you have to try the Strawberry Citrus drink it's sooo refreshing. Overall the bowl was great, only downside is that it was a little pricey but considering how good it was I can definitely see myself coming back soon. read more

Love Cava as a brand. Been a customer since basically day one at this and other locations. This location has recently gone down hill, significantly. The staff seems either undertrained, or could care less, and usually seem understaffed. Todays visit was no different. Upon my 2nd bite, I discovered RAW chicken. And not just a little raw , I'm talking cold and raw. I brought it to the attention of who I believe to be the manager, and got a very insincere apology and he immediately remade my food without asking what I wanted. A refund would have been appreciated. What's even more disappointing is they kept serving chicken out of the same serving pot I got mine from. I waited over 40 minutes in the mobile order pick up area for my order that said it was ready 20 minutes before I got into the establishment. After finally getting my food I notice that half my order was missing. Had to wait another 20 minutes just to ask one of the workers for the rest of my order. The guy that was originally grabbing the mobile orders left the counter for 50 minutes and got yelled at by the manager to go back to getting mobile orders but did not listen. After this experience I will never be mobile ordering from this establishment ever again. read more

This is going to be a quick one. I usually like to write reviews when people go above and beyond, and today...Andre was that person. I rolled up with my 2 young daughters, my wife and no experience with Cava, to your everyday server it may have been intimidating. In swoops Andre, recommending a little bit of everything. Maybe some Lentils AND power greens, maybe some spicy chicken and marinated beef to try 2 meats instead of one and dont forget the tahini dressing. We were in and out in 5 mins, everyone was EXTREMELY satisfied with their eclectic bowls, and I am one happy dad. Everyone was friendly at Cava. Since I heard so many different reviews on Yelp about ordering online, I order dine-in while I was there. Ordering was quick and easy. Everything was fresh and the hummus was awesome. The brown rice did taste undercooked which a Yelper mentioned before. Other than that give the place a try. read more
