There are numerous types of water: alkaline distilled, electrolyte, reverse osmosis, spring, well, tap, etc. You get the point. I have discovered that most bottled water, when tested, is actually acid water. Acid water has a pH reading lower than 7.0. Unfortunately, nearly all bottled water, especially the lower more popular brands proved and tested to be acid water. Following my decades of researching water, since 1995, and purchasing huge varieties of bottled water, home delivery, reverse osmosis system, purified system and even distilling my own water, I finally arrived at the conclusion that alkaline water, a pH level of 7.0 or slightly higher would be my choice. In February 2013 I began my research to seek out the best alkaline water system, and yes, there were many companies that were manufacturing an alkaline water system. Life Ionizer also offered an option to add additional separate double external filter purification for toxic metals, such as aluminum. I am pleased to have this external filtering. When I discovered that my lab test and my dog's lab test showed high aluminum in our body, the only way both my canine and I would have obtained these levels, was the one thing we both intake - Water! It was time to have the city water tested by an independent lab. The lab test results indicated that the aluminum levels were "slightly" higher than those accepted by the city. I choose Life Ionizer M11 after talking with a salesman from another company that turned me off and I did some research online and after several days Life Ionizers was the company I felt the most comfortable with. I was not a water drinker I was a diet coke drinker and I have found it was easy to completely stop drinking pop, I infuse the water with lemons, or whatever fruit I have on hand and drink almost a half gallon a day I have noticed an increase in moisture in skin and my hair is no longer dry and breaking off it is growing and looks so much better. I have an auto immune disease that has taken a lot away from me and I am not 100 percent but I do feel like I can get out of bed in the mornings way better then I did 3 months ago before I started drinking the ionized water. I also have to throw in that I have a 15 yr. old boston terrier and she her hearing is gone... and about a month ago she started barking again at noises and her ears perk up when there are loud noises .... kinda weird but it is almost like she is hearing something just a little again, I started her out right at the 10 alkaline she loves her water. :) The only thing that could make my M11 water ionizer better is if it were compact enough that I could take it with me when I leave home. :) read more

Life Ionizers - I love you! Seriously, this water is pretty amazing. I've been drinking it for years. The water from these machines is really great. I drink a 2.2 bottle full every day - The bpa free bottle they gave me for free when I purchased the unit of course. The things I like: 1 - I feel more hydrated. 2 - My hair and nails grow like crazy! 3 - The water tastes so good, I have become a total water snob! 4 - I never get sick! Ok, maybe a couple times, but it's down way less than before. 5 - Purchased the counter top to be thrifty, but ended up converting it to an under the sink once I realized how much I loved my life ionizer. My first ionizer was the M9 and it helped me do a lot of health improvements as at the time I was facing some serious health issues. The only thing I could improve more was the quality of the water I was drinking. I did test the water output independently and found that the Life Ionizer did indeed out perform the water quality promised. Then I purchased a meter designed to be used in a laboratory to check and monitor both pH and ORP and every model of Life Ionizer that I have used has performed as promised. Other brands did not perform as promised using the same meters. I have been using Life Ionizers since 2009 and the benefits have been excellent and we have actually gotten very picky about the taste of our water as we really do enjoy the clean, smooth water that is produced from our ionizer. My recommendation is to get a model that has the lifetime warranty. I have owned many models and currently am using the M15 NG. It's very easy to use and the filters are super easy to change. The customer support has been terrific as well and there is always a living person to help answer questions and make recommendations. read more

I have had my Life Ionizer for over 2 years now and I love it! I have the MXL13 under counter unit with the above sink faucet. I partly chose this company because of the faucet design which I think is more modern and better looking than other brands. I have had no problems at all with my unit. The installation was very smooth and the customer support has always been very helpful whenever I've had questions. They also have many helpful videos and pdf installation instructions available on their website. I have changed all the filters twice now and the process is very simple. I feel very good about the quality of the water I'm getting from this unit and I like that I have the ability to produce neutral filtered water which I drink with my meals and also the ability to produce varying levels of alkaline water which I drink throughout the day. I normally fill up my 1/2 gallon water jug with level 4 alkaline water and take that with me to work every day. I have not purchased any bottled water at all since I got this unit and I feel good that I'm not producing any plastic waste from water bottles. read more

We just had a most wonderful and impressive experience with Life Ionizers. I've been wanting a water filter for along time. The decision was difficult until I got the recommendation for Life Ionizers from a Granddaughter. Took a while to get the OK but finally ordered one. Love the MXL-15, and the great help from Life Ionizer Personnel I recently placed an online order for replacement filters for my 8 year old MXL-15. I later received an email from Janet asking if I needed other filters where I had overlooked several external filters, and Janet mentioned the shipping price would not change. So I confirmed yes, though not knowing which one was the correct external filter. Janet said she would forward my email to Ricardo, the Tech Manager. Ricardo called the next morning and was able to identify the filters needed, plus help me with some fittings I wanted as a spare. Ricardo also gave me some good insights over filter changing based upon my usage. I also became aware that the current MXL-15 produces more Hydrogen than what my 8 year old machine has. I was able to replace my old MXL-15 and keep it to share with a friend, or family, while receiving a good discount for a new MXL-15. I have had a LifeIonizer for 4 1/2 years, a model 9000, the precursor to the M9. I bought the machine originally to do a kidney flush/cleansing program with lots of herbs and alkaline water. The cleansing helped and I have continued to use it. Here near Dallas the water is plain nasty, and the filtration system and/or the ionizing process and UV takes care of those water quality problems. I am glad the company went to the 2 prefilters and the 2 internal filters because we need all the help we can get to filter the water. I haven't had any problems thus far, and the maintenance for water I can trust is worth it. Funny thing was after I researched the different machines, I thought this was the best quality for the price so I called to order one and they said, another?, no this is my first water machine, and it turned out my brother, who lives in Florida, had ordered one 9 mo.s before, which I had not known, so we had come to the same conclusion that it was the best value on the market. read more

I have had my life ionizer for 5 months now. I am drinking over 100 oz a day of the alkaline water. The water tastes so good and fresh, No chemical taste just pure clean water. The machine has 4 filters two of which are geared towards filtering out the impurities in my local water. My doctor is impressed on how hydrated I really am. I cannot barely stand the smell of my tap water now and there is no way I could drink it. The machine is easy to use and fairly easy to install. I got the countertop unit and it is attractive sitting next to my sink. I use the pure or beauty water to wash my face and rinse my hair and it makes everything so soft. The acid water is great for cleaning without harsh chemicals. If you are concerned for your health and watch what you put in your body this is the machine for you. My wife - a MD and a functional medicine practioner- has been researching for a long time about water ionizers and she concluded for health benefits it is worth to buy one. Then my turn came, to decide to buy which water ionizer to buy. After three full days of searching, I ordered an MXL-9, under counter unit with customized prefilters. I preferred this unit because of its newer technology, made in Korea, BPA free plastics and easy to find replacement filters with overall affordable price compared to the other famous brands. The salesman, James, was very helpful; he had upgraded my original order of MXL-7 to MXL-9 with two customized filters at no additional cost. I have received the unit three days later, in excellent packaging, no missing items, clear instructions. It took about an hour to install it, working excellent. I have been using alkaline water for almost 3 years now. I just purchased my Life Ionizers M9-UC Machine about a month ago. And what a big difference, having to fill up 5 gallon jugs of alkaline water (at our local water nice company) it would lose strength after time. But, having my M9 in our home my family and I are able to enjoy the stronger benefits of the water on a daily basis. Even being less than a month my blood pressure has decreased dramatically, from using the Life Ionizer machine. My first connection with Life Ionizer remains through Sean Hite a 9100 Life Ionizer on August 31, 2011. Though I had to send in for repairs it was taken care off as promised. I had replace the unit from a Master Piece Toyo which is really old as compared with the features of the 9100. I had retired the 9100 by giving it to my Sister and they are using it. Meanwhile I helped to sell at least one unit in US and replaced my 9100 to a M-11. It broke down too and I had to send to US for repairs again the service is excellence. Determined to get a Alkalizer-Inoizer water machine, I went online and did my due diligence and found Life products. I was totally impressed with what I saw. I purchased an M11 Life Ionizers unit in July of 2014 and have been very happy with my purchase for several reasons. First is knowing that I'm drinking healthy water instead of soft drinks or bottled water. When I change the large filter I can smell the sulfur that they have removed from my house water.
