The given email address was lengthy -- lots of characters -- and the body of the email had an unsubscribe address which matches this company's address. I tried to call and advise what I'd found so that remedial action could be taken, but no one answered my call, and the voice mail was full, so I hung up. This scam has evidently been going on for some time because there is a picture of the request, dated in August of 2025, for payment on YELP. The one I received has a different format, but the content is basically the same -- send money -- and is dated April of 2026. BEWARE!

I got the recommended one for our 3 bed house, and it was the perfect amount. The delivery and pick up was so fast and easy, and having to unload the boxes within a certain amount of time ended up being beneficial for not procrastinating unpacking. The best part was that many of the boxes are the same shape, so I was able to find efficiencies in packing because I had an idea of how much could fit into one box after doing the first few. The movers loved them because they are easy to stack, and it saves them time by not having to carry a ton of small/different sized boxes back and forth. They have packages ready to go (I used the one bedroom option and added a wardrobe box) and they come with a set of wheels! You rent them for a week which helps you stay on schedule with not leaving packing until the last second and it makes the quote from the actual mover so easy because you know exactly how many boxes and cubic feet you'll take up. I needed to get a package out but my baby had fallen asleep in the car and as other parents know, you do all you can to let them sleep! I was blown away with their caring details of consideration on such a last minute notice! Those are the details that contribute to customer service and value! It really opened my heart and mind! Dennis and Ryan were fantastic movers and human beings! Super hard working, worked quickly, did several walk throughs. They came early and helped me pack and were very respectful of me, my father, my belongings and my time! I never felt they were trying to push me into something that I didn't want or ask for. I thought compared to other companies their price was fair and I'm so incredibly grateful for their honesty, and hard work that I was happy to tip them well. They completely deserved it! Several months ago I hired this company to move my furniture and other large items from my storage…read morefacility in Dripping Springs to my new home in Kyle. During the move I observed several of their employees loading and unloading my six foot (very expensive) Motif credenza vertically rather than horizontally (as common sense would dictate) due to the weight and size of the piece. I asked the employee in charge of my move to correctly place the credenza on all four legs to prevent any further damage which they complied however I observed the credenza being placed vertically again after we arrived at my home causing significant damage to the right leg as well as several large chunks of wood missing in the same general area. I pointed the damage out to the lead employee who casually denied having caused the damage to the credenza. After move was complete I called and spoke with the office manager who claimed an investigation would need to happen before moving forward with possible compensation and or repair. It's been several months now and Elite Moving Company has since denied any responsibility saying the damage happened when credenza was wrapped and moved into storage by another moving company prior to the move in question, however as a courtesy ( their words not mine) Elite offered me $100 compensation if I would drop my claim. Regrettably it's been several months now and I have yet to hear back from management to resolve this matter. Due to the severity of the damage (see photos) as well as their total lack of follow and accountability I be pursuing legal avenues to resolve this matter. Andrea S.
