Several months ago I hired this company to move my furniture and other large items from my storage facility in Dripping Springs to my new home in Kyle. During the move I observed several of their employees loading and unloading my six foot (very expensive) Motif credenza vertically rather than horizontally (as common sense would dictate) due to the weight and size of the piece. I asked the employee in charge of my move to correctly place the credenza on all four legs to prevent any further damage which they complied however I observed the credenza being placed vertically again after we arrived at my home causing significant damage to the right leg as well as several large chunks of wood missing in the same general area. I pointed the damage out to the lead employee who casually denied having caused the damage to the credenza. After move was complete I called and spoke with the office manager who claimed an investigation would need to happen before moving forward with possible compensation and or repair. It's been several months now and Elite Moving Company has since denied any responsibility saying the damage happened when credenza was wrapped and moved into storage by another moving company prior to the move in question, however as a courtesy ( their words not mine) Elite offered me $100 compensation if I would drop my claim. Regrettably it's been several months now and I have yet to hear back from management to resolve this matter. These guys were great! It was a long distance move that I knew would be challenging because I couldn't be in 2 places at once. I had to leave them alone towards the end so I could drive ahead to make arrangements at the new place. They were awesome!! It's rare that I believe a company earns 5 stars, but this is one of the rare instances. My parents were relocating out of Lakeway to Montgomery. They scheduled a move through Texas Elite. Everything went extremely well. The two movers, Calen and Angel, did a fantastic job! They were very efficient and careful with my parent's belongings. They also came by my place to pick up a few items and were just as conscientious. The price also seemed very fair...especially for an out-of-town move. We sold our house and were needing some movers to move us to New Braunfels, and our neighbor down the street had used Texas Elite Movers and just raved about them. We called them and explained that we needed them to move most of our stuff to a non climate controlled and a climate controlled storage unit and then the rest to our short term apartment. Shane said no problem, we got it covered. They showed up on time and started loading our stuff and they couldn't have taken better care of our sold house or our stuff. These guys are experts. TLDR: efficient but professional movers for a great price! We were quoted 6-8 hours and the long distance fee, but we ended up needing less time. The 3 movers wasted no time while still being extremely careful with our belongings. My 150 year old china cabinet that has been passed down through 5 generations in my family was adequately wrapped and delicately transported without any issues. Additional information: -We had a long distance move with multiple stops in our starting location (a residential home and a storage unit) which we were assured would not be a problem on moving day (it wasn't). -The movers arrived at the starting location at the time they were expected to. -We had a three bedroom house and utilized their 36 foot truck (and we still had room to spare). -We were provided a link on the day of the move to monitor where the moving truck was on a map. We also received a phone call from the movers when they were 30 minutes away from the drop off location. -All 3 movers were extremely professional and careful. We did not find a single item that was broken or damaged. Hopefully we won't be moving again anytime soon but when the time does come we will use Texas Elite again! read more

The two-day experience of our using this moving company, Texas Elite Moving, was a nightmare. We moved for two days: Leaving the old house at Anderson Mill on November 15 and moved into a new home on November 16 in Cedar Park. On October 19, I contacted the people at Texas Elite Moving and was received by a woman named Shane . She went to my house to see where I needed to move, and then gave the moving plan and a quote. We accepted her plans and quotations. From 9:30 am to 4:30 pm on November 15, three workers came over with a cargon van, and initially planned move for 5 hours, which eventually turned to 7 hours. The workers initially planned to move everything to the cargo van and then to the place where space was arranged. To our biggest shock, after 7 hours, nearly half of the items in the garage were still not removed. The reason is that Shane's van wasn't nearly big enough for our items! I called her. The lady actually said that she did not estimate that there would be so many items in my house. She said could send another van, but we had to pay the additional cost! I don't understand why we had to suffer and were ordered to pay for the company's mistake and negligence? The floor was also damaged by the move, they were unapologetic. Fortuantely, thanks to our neighbors' help, we still managed to move everything to our new home on November 16. This is the Texas Elite Moving TXDMV #006809295C. We used Texas Elite Moving for our move to our new house back in April. After contacting them for a quote, they set up an in home estimate. Shane was friendly and professional and we were thrilled with their rate. The day we moved there was a 100% chance of rain. The guys worked hard through constant downpour, and worked hard to keep our stuff dry. They did a great job, were honest about a nick they made in the trim of a doorway (hey, stuff happens), offering to pay for it. After 12 hours they were done. We noticed our refrigerator door alarm was going off even though the doors were closed. (The doors of the refrigerator had to be removed to fit out the door.) They called Chris and Shane and they were there 20 minutes later to see if they could figure out what was going on. Chris believed it was a sensor issue, but was unable to fix it himself. They had a repair person out first thing in the morning, completely paid for to repair the sensor and sent us a check for the food we had to throw out, no questions asked. Moving is a giant pain, Elite Moving made it a lot easier. They are affordable and professional, and willing to work in a torrential downpour! They made sure that we were taken care of and that any mistakes were made right. Shane, followed up with us a few weeks later by phone and with a handwritten letter. You don't often see personal touches like that anymore. We would definitely use them again. read more

These guys were amazing! It was super easy to schedule a move and they were very reasonably priced. The guys were incredibly efficient and fast. They showed up hours before I expected them to and were completely finished in a little more than an hour. Granted, I was just moving to a 1x1 apartment from a storage locker, but I had so much junk that it took me personally almost a week to move all my stuff into the locker. My move has been a mess. We thought we were making progress at the beginning and ran out of time. When these guys showed up, I'd totally screwed them. We planned for about 4h with two people and we really needed three people for 6h. The night before they showed, we'd changed plans (renting instead of selling) and we were no longer going to leave stuff behind to stage. I wasn't ready at all but they took it in stride. They packed up way more than we planned and got me back on the books a week later to get the stuff we still had to tear down. Absolutely saved me on this one.
