The large basketball court is still here. The small one (that was always empty anyways) is now a room dedicated to Alpha classes, which is my favorite (take it with Daynn or Carmen!). In addition to Alpha, I love the yoga classes (Dani and Nikki). I'm looking forward to the weather getting warmer and using the pool more.

This is not an upscale look. My last gym had people constantly walking the floor and organizing equipment. Small things go a long way.

I expected so much more! For $350 a month they could try to keep this place more organized, efficient and clean. This is just a sampling. The dumbbells were scattered and disorganized as well. Lifetime, have someone walk the floor and keep things tidy for this price! And the number of people even during non peak hours was disappointing. Time to cap the membership.

As a founding member of Life Time Fitness, I've been with the gym since day one in 2022. Over the years, it's truly become my third space. The facility itself is beautiful, upscale, and consistently clean, with thoughtful amenities like Kiehl's products in the locker rooms that make the experience feel elevated. What really makes this gym stand out, though, are the amazing instructors. Cory for spin, Mariah for mat Pilates, and Haly, Isaiah, and Carmen for Alpha are some of my favorites. Last year, around May 2025, they introduced CTR, a reformer-based Pilates class that was a total game changer for me. I no longer needed to go to a separate Pilates studio. Rob and KO helped build the program, and they were both spectacular. Rob is rarely there now, and KO recently left the gym. In my opinion, Anisa Diaz is an exceptional CTR instructor. Honestly, she's great in every class I've taken with her, including spin and mat Pilates. No two CTR classes with her are ever the same. She's incredibly knowledgeable about the human body, has excellent flow, and every movement feels intentional and challenging in the best way. She consistently brings fresh ideas and new challenges that keep the classes engaging and fun. She truly elevated the entire experience. However, over the past few months, some of her classes have been cut, and I feel the CTR program has started to feel lacking and subpar. Because of that, I've found myself returning to private Pilates studios like Drenched OC, Anodetome, Sol, and Jetset Pilates, which are all fantastic if you're considering a private studio experience. At this point, I mainly take CTR at Life Time only when Anisa is teaching. Overall, I'm still very happy with Life Time. I just wish they would bring more energy -- and Anisa -- back to CTR.

The space feels so warm and welcoming the moment you walk in, and I love that the yoga classes are heated, it just adds to the whole experience. The staff was very friendly when I checked in, which always makes a difference, especially when it's your first time somewhere. A quick heads up: The studio is a little hard to find at first. It's located inside a business complex in a suite (not a standalone storefront). I parked in the lot across from Mud Hen Clay & Art Studio and found the stairs there that lead up to the studio. I'd recommend arriving a bit early so you have time to find parking and get settled. Also, the restroom is a shared community bathroom with the other suites in the complex, so just keep that in mind. I took a Hatha/Vinyasa class with Kimberly on a Saturday morning and it was great. The flow felt balanced and grounding. This was my first time here and my first impression was such a good one. I'd love to come back.

I enjoyed that she explained which areas/ muscles were being stretched/ focused on with each pose. Kim also offered modifications for each pose- THANK YOU SO MUCH! There's all levels of fitness and having modifications, allows everyone to participate- regardless of fitness level/ experience with doing yoga. The restorative yoga truly is for all levels, beginners included! The ambiance was perfect. I loved the dim lighting, the relaxing music, smell of incense, the feel of wind on your face, and the tranquil noises during the yoga. Kim created an entire experience. Blocks, straps and pillows were provided. Cons: The studio is hard to find. My gps took me around the block a couple times. I was looking for a building. It's definitely a suite in a building with lots of other businesses. It's on the second floor, in the corner. It's an older looking building with a lot of corporate looking businesses. There's parking in the back. Hard to find, but once you know- you know. 10/10 yoga class!

I have been curious about Sanctuary Wellness Center & Yoga Studio for a long time now. I was so…read moreexcited to see an opening for Aerial Yoga during a time I was available. I made sure to arrive early... especially when there was this excerpt on the class that says, "Arriving late, even unintentionally can take away from others - their peace, focus, and time". The parking lot was hard to find. I actually had to circle it a few times before finding it, and parking in their back lot. I entered from the back door and made my way through the front to check in with the owner. I checked in early. I signed in. I SIGNED THE WAIVER. The owner was going to give me a studio tour but she kept getting busy with other things. That's fine, not an issue. Their studio space is small. For aerial, there are 9 silks, so 1 for the instructor and 8 for the students. The front left is a bit close to some equipment so the teacher took that spot when it got busy. The spacing is a bit tight, and can cause students to bump into each other if they are not mindful. Also the studio is off a busy street and I can hear the cars driving by, so it could be more relaxing. Come early! Especially with aerial. It is important to adjust the silks where the bottom is at your pelvic height. A lot of the students did not come in until the start of class time, and the instructor still had to lower the silks and then adjust it to their height. OUR CLASS STARTED 10 MINUTES LATE. I don't blame the instructor because they can't turn away their students... but that is 10 minutes wasted from my time even though I was early and prepared. The aerial class itself was a great work out. A bit on the basic end of aerial yoga. I know the instructor mentioned she designs it based on the level of the class and we had some folks who were first timers so the instructor went easy on us. The owner offered to take pictures for us, but she went away. The instructor was nice to take photos too, but her yoga skills are definitely better than her photography skills. In one of the photos where my face and body shaped looked the best, she had her whole thigh in it. Sigh. We were 3 minutes from class ending time and we didn't even get into the silks for a cocoon savasana. At that point I just left cause it didn't seem like we would be doing the savasana or anything. What annoyed me the most ... is receiving a messaging telling me I didn't sign a waiver and that I need to sign one next time. WOW !! I came early... signed the waiver... had my time wasted... and now I get this email telling me I didn't sign the waiver. Before receiving that message I was in the air about coming back. But after seeing that message I was so annoyed. I am not coming back... It would have been more tactful to wait for me to come back and ask me at that time to sign if they misplaced the last one. I work out to relax but this whole experience was so stressful. I shouldn't have my time wasted if THEY are disorganized.
