What can I say. I emailed this location several months ago about rates hours etc. I will say that the interaction with the representative I was emailing was less than lackluster. So much that I put off coming to try out the gym. And I say gym very loosely. This is a health club. Today I went in expecting a simple transaction of a complimentary day pass to try the facility. Upon entry i was met with a nasty person who scoffed at my request of a daily pass. Sorry I interpreted your texting session. Once I was told that complimentary sessions were NOT available I immediately left. This is a very pretentious and laughable representation of a quality fitness center. For nearly $100 a month (which my insurance would pay for) I wouldn't go here if I was paid to go here. Don't bother visiting this establishment. You'll either be conned into a membership or be looked down upon from someone making minimum wage. Horrible experience hopefully this review find the corporate heads and gets this place fumigated to dispose of its current staff. read more

This is a very clean and well maintain gym club. I just joined it for about a month. I love their equipment and group fitness. They make sure everyone come in to have temperature check for everyone's safety. One thing I was a bit upset that after one day I joined the club, they had a new promo which you could get a LifeTime Bag. I asked the sale man, he said he could not get that for me. I mean I could cancel the membership and rejoin for that gift, cause they have 7 days satisfaction. :((( read more

I've witnessed over 10 people get injured on the basketball court at this location including myself 3-4 times because apparently the staff can't mop the floor at night after people hoop all day. It's literally ridiculous you can't even use the court because it's so dusty and every step you take you slide as if it's an ice skating rink. I witnessed 2 older men yesterday in their 50-60s twist their ankle and fall down from it being so dusty. It honestly makes no sense seeing as this location has over 50 employees...too bad most of them are upstairs just chilling talking or doing meaningless tasks like wiping down machines with a towel barely doing ****. Is it that hard to have one or two employees at the end of every shift mop the basketball court? You wouldn't think so seeing as the membership is 100$ a month...ridiculous. read more

I love this location for so many reasons but this past Sunday my 5 year old was the only one left in the outdoor pool at 5 30 pm and 3 life guards stayed to accommodate him as he was using the slides, they didnt say oh sorry not that many kids here so slides are closed they opened the slides for him. I was so impressed when I first signed up. I loved everything about this gym at first. They double charged me for my first month. I talked to 2 people and said that charge was getting reversed. Then I got an email from Anna saying the charge was correct. That was over a week ago. It has been 9 days since I first called someone about this and it has yet to be resolved! I have left voicemails and emails and nobody likes to respond back. THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!! Also, whenever we went to our first meeting with the nutritionist, she seemed super uninterested in us, and kept talking to other customers and employees. Disclaimer - My job reimburses me for membership, so the admittedly lofty price of the club doesn't factor into my review. I had $60 in cash stolen out of my wallet from one of the lockers! Oh well, things happen maybe someone watched me put in my combo, better be more careful next time. WRONG! the locker was simply BROKEN!!! as in the latch that was supposed to keep it lock had been BROKEN OFF. As soon as I noticed this I IMMEDIATELY notified the staff. Here we are 3 months later and there's NO OUT OF ORDER SIGN OF ANY KIND ON THE LOCKER. I check it every day I go to the gym and have found people's things stored in a locker they thought was locked MULTIPLE TIMES. This place used to be a nice gym, but I guess they spent too much on the remodel and are trying to squeeze the most they can out of every customer. I've been a lifetime member since 2014, and go to the gym 4-6 days a week. Off of peak hours, it's usually very quiet and clean. The crowds show up from around 4-8pm, and then it starts to get fairly crowded with people who don't get simple gym etiquette. Weights strewn all over the floor, loads of people who simply don't re-rack their weights, people doing curls in the squat rack and texting for 5 minutes between sets, etc, etc. I can forgive all that. They could have stricter rules in my opinion, but whatever don't want to piss off the customers, I get it. The thing that really bothers me is the direction the club has been going in over the past year or so. I'm not big on group classes or anything like that, I prefer to work out on my own terms. Some people are, and that's fine to each their own. In the past 6 months however, they've made some big changes to the upstairs gym area in what feels like an attempt to focus more on their paid classes, at the expense of gym-goers like myself. They used to have tons of weight machines in the main area, all sorted in rows by the part of the body they worked. Now all those machines are shoved in a corner, and the main area has some stupid cross-fit jungle gym I've never seen ANYONE use. They used to have a whole row of machines dedicated to ab exercises. They have now been removed and replaced with these stupid body-weight row machines that are, you guessed it, only used by their cross-fit classes you have to pay extra for. They used to have 5 squat racks, and added 5 more for a total of 10! Now all the new squat racks are constantly being used by their stupid cross-fit classes that cost extra. (notice a theme yet) and they took apart 3 of the remaining squat racks and didn't put them back together until a month later!!! Long story short, if you're a cross-fit fan with more money than sense, who is willing to shell out $150+ a MONTH for a pretty gym and marble floors in the locker rooms, you'll love lifetime. If you're a bodybuilder, anyone who pays for their own gym membership, or just somebody who doesn't like to feel nickle and dimed at every turn, your money is best spent LITERALLY anywhere else. read more

I am currently an active member of Lifetime since June on a single membership. Let me start off by saying that they have beautiful facilities and equipment and I have always enjoyed using this facility. However, today I had an experience that left a really bad taste in my mouth. They have been hosting an open house this weekend and the sign clearly states that people can come in and tour and try out the facilities for free. Well, I have been pestering my husband to join the gym for awhile and also get my 8 year old signed up so that they could utilize all of the awesome programs that I see advertised. I figured what better weekend to go and see how they liked the club than during an open house?! We arrived and I told the front lady that I am already a member but I wanted to possibly upgrade to a family membership. The lady paged a membership person and from there the experience went downhill. I don't want to name names, but the membership advisor could not have been more disinterested in helping us. The tour felt forced, he barely answered any questions and he acted like we were inconveniencing him. I wanted my husband to get the same kind of service I received when I signed up, but apparently the sales staff is only interesting in signing up new memberships and not helping current members. My husband was completely disgusted by the lack of enthusiasm during the tour. He said that I was more helpful than the LT rep. The final straw was the LT rep stated that they were running a special for new members that would allow children to be put on a new account for half the price, but I was not eligible because of my existing status. This really ticked me off because I was willing to sign up my husband TODAY, which would have been approximately $70 a month in extra dues to LT, but they were unwilling to match their promotion. I left today feeling that LT is only interested in the bottom line and does not care about their existing member base. This is not a good way to run a business and I may think twice about keeping my membership at this point. read more

Worst gym I have worked out in. Facility is fine enough, but the workers are inept and did not follow covid precautions at all throughout the pandemic. I joined this gym a few weeks ago and gave it some time before I Yelped about it. It's close to where I'm staying while I apt hunt. Right when you drive up, this place is impressive. It's enormous!!! In CA I was a member at a gym that wasn't as large, but equally as nice and it was $40 more a month than Life Time. This place is on the more pricey side than other gyms in this area, but well worth it. I go right after work on the weekdays and then sometimes early in the mornings on the weekends. Even when I've seen it the most packed, I've never had to wait for any equipment. If you are lifting, there are more than enough stations for you to work out whatever body part you want to. If you want to do cardio, I believe there are 248 machines per the guy that signed me up. The locker rooms are nicely furnished. You don't have to bring your own lock. You just slide in your membership card and then you can remove the key. The indoor and outdoor pool are ridiculously nice. Both have 2 story water slides. I haven't tried it yet, but there is a restaurant downstairs that seems to have a variety of foods. They also have the supplements, energy drinks, energy bars, etc to buy. Flat screen TVs everywhere. Be prepared to see a lot of dudes upstairs lifting and wearing the tightest clothing ever. If they weren't lifting weights and working out, you could easily mistake them for being patrons at a gay dance club (not that there's anything wrong with that). I guess I'm old fashion just wearing a t-shirt and athletic shorts. The free weight section is dominated by the local high schoolers it seems. That's my only complaint. I want to give this gym five stars, because it's absolutely the best gym I have ever been to. It's amazing. However, it's extremely expensive. Maybe if I didn't work full-time and could go to the gym every day, the $75/month plus sign-up fee would be worth it. But, since I only want to go on weekends, it's not worth it. As far as gyms go, this in probably one of the best commercial gym chains in Houston. We are talking leaps and bounds ahead of the rest. It has some of the best equipment and an abundance of cardio machines. The indoor pool is kinda small...but the hot tubs are expansive. My only qualm with the place is how inundated it has become with the typical crowd in Katy...soccer moms and bratty kids....and the fact that they jacked up the prices periodically over the past few years. Yes, they are probably the most expensive gym in the Houston area...BUT...it is money well spent. I must first say that our family had a membership at 24 across HWY 99 before switching to Lifetime. Our kids (17&13) begged for us to change because all of their friends were at Lifetime; so we gave it a shot. This is not a normal gym-this is a freaking resort! LOL. The extra amenities like, spa, cafe, resort style swimming pool, etc...place Lifetime in their own league. The flaws: Price, they do not have enough weight machines upstairs for the amount of people that attend. No standing calf machine, only 1 roman chair, 1 back extension, and only 1 seated cable row machine...Oh and worst of all NO JUMP ROPES! So, in comparison to 24- who had multiples of the above listed items-they still come out on top because of the group classes (YOGA!!) and the extra amenities. read more

Gym organized a street based running event, but failed to provide any advance publicity along the route. While this would normally be annoying, the event took place during the evening rush. Rather than being able to reroute and avoid the inevitable backups, I fell headlong into it. The final portion of my drive that normally takes under 10 minutes took 30. We've had triathlons and marathons in Katy before, and the routes will have signs for a week or more in advance letting people know what to expect. Not here. This seems to be part and parcel the Lifetime attitude. read more

Lots of negative reviews seem to be more about a gripe over some kind of extenuating circumstance the person wasn't happy with, they don't actually review the gym. I've done multiple gym memberships and always prided myself on, "avoiding the scams," by going to a cheap gym that only charged $15-30/month. What I've realized over time however is that unless you are someone who has an unusually high amount of self-motivation, a cheap membership is pointless. One, they don't offer classes which are super helpful to push you to reach your goals; secondly, they don't make you feel the pain in your wallet enough to motivate you to go regularly. This gym is expensive--$120/month. I would say it caters to three kinds of people. Folks with lots of money who don't care about the expense, who see it more like a cheap health club; those who are older and enjoy a lot of the classes specifically targeted toward their ability and age; and those who seriously want to get in shape or stay fit. It's NOT for someone who just wants to lift lots of weight and get big, you can go to any gym with weights for that and pay a lot less. While the membership might seem expensive at first, it's a bargain when you factor in that you can take almost all of the classes they offer as part of your membership. They also have an app that makes it very easy to either sign up ahead of time and reserve a spot, or to add it to your calendar if it's a studio class. They have classes almost all day every day, from about 5:00AM-NOON and 5:00PM-8:00PM. For most beginner level members, these classes will really push you and help you reach your goals. They have cycling classes, cardio/pilates classes, tons of yoga, and a whole lot more. If you had the time and desire, you could do 6-7 hours of classes a day as part of your membership. They even have classes on Saturday and Sunday. The class leaders all show real attention to the attendees, and they are very helpful if you're new to a class and not sure what to do. The classes themselves have men & women of all different fitness levels, so you will find your niche. You have to pay for a membership for your child if you want them to come with you, but the benefit is that unlike other gyms where they just throw them in front of a tv and have one person in their basically to make sure no one gets seriously hurt, at this gym they have multiple staff attending to the kids, and you can also sign them up for classes at their level through the app.They have fairly generous childcare hours. If you want/need one-on-one training, they have multiple trainers who will help you set goals and work through barriers that have held you back in the past, but of course you have to actually do the work to make the training work it. All in all, I think you get a great deal with the membership as long as you actually go consistently, do 4-5 classes a week, and make it part of your lifestyle to be physically active. read more

A lot I like about this gym. It's not as clean as some tend to observe who don't share the same standard I do. There is black scum completely around the lap pool on the tiles because it rarely gets cleaned. I've made some marks in the coating just to see and they will stay there for at least a few months. If cleanliness is a top priority for you as it is for me, you won't be very impressed. Staff is friendly and helpful for most service personnel, so good marks there. I don't use trainers or other added-cost services, which is where most of the staffer complaints seem to be. My BIG COMPLAINT, the prompting for this review, is that they tell you membership is month-to-month, and you can get a standby rate of $12.00 per month if you're not going to be using it for a while. ALL SHOULD BE AWARE THAT AT ANY TIME, YOU ALWAYS OWE THE FULL MEMBERSHIP FEE FOR AN ADDITIONAL 30 DAYS. So if you cancel your membership totally, or try to go on the standby rate, YOU HAVE TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL MONTH because you did not notify them a month ago. Now I ask, WHAT IS THE REASON THEY NEED 30 DAYS' NOTICE? SIMPLY, TO HELP THEM MAKE MORE MONEY. It's an opportunity to stick it to the customer. I will say been coming here for 2 yrs and recently signed up for team cut classes which I love. I pay over 200$ a month and plus 100$ for a customized cardio program. Fast forward to me wanting to bring my nieces to the pool with me while I have them for a couple weeks and they want to charge me 100$. That's my monthly dues for my membership and it's only for 2 weeks. I think I'm going to cancel. I think it's super petty and being that I rarely take advantage of my guest passes is a slap in the face. In 2 years I've brought a guest maybe 4 I just want to update my lifetime review. All the upgrades and changes they have made are awesome. I joined the cut classes last May with John and he's amazing. Yes it's expensive, but there is value within the expense. Whatever WAS wrong with the child watch appears to have gotten better, my kids love it. I love that they have children's exercise classes at 5:30. In fact when factoring in my 3 children and the classes they take this gym is less expensive than the Y or 24 hour fitness, which is kind of shocking but at the Y all the children's activities are extra and 24 Hour fitness wanted $39 a month per child for child watch (same as an adult) with ZERO access to classes or workout equipment.... so if you're one of the people that doesn't like children at the gym, check out the 24 Hour on Mason. Nicest facility of all the ones I toured. Love the towels and the locker thing and the shampoo and hair dryers. Sure I could bring all that stuff from home but it makes it a lot easier if I don't have to. Love the group fitness classes. Often 4 rooms going at once. Sometimes they are a bit crowded and I think they would benefit from adding a few more classes. On the upside, I have never seen the cardio area even remotely full.... there is always a machine open, always something to do. The trainers and constant up selling, UGH. I managed to make $148 a month for the 4 of us fit into my budget but I have to be honest, my fitness budget is tapped out, please stop. read more

Easily has to be not one of the best...but THE BEST gym i have ever been to. They give you everything there that you would need out of your workout. Towels, shampoo, hot tubs, water slides and all the workout equipment anyone could ever ask for. They even have a deli, and spa. If you can just go and check it out, if you sign up on their website they will even buy you lunch at there deli just for going to take a look. But don't be fool, there is a price to pay...and it's the price of membership. But I think it is well worth it in comparative what you get at some other gyms for a little less. read more

It's a lovely facility, the pools are nice, everything is clean, but if you want to take a yoga class you had better enjoy being squeezed into a tiny room with entirely too many people. I eventually cancelled my membership because I was sick of having to leave a class because I couldn't actually stretch my arms out fully without smacking someone in the head. The last Lifetime I was a member at had the same problem, I don't understand why they won't do something about it. Oh and what is it about gyms that make people lazy? You are there to work out, do you really need to save yourself 10 steps and short cut through the family changing room to get to the regular changing room? So irritating. read more

Update: Yay! They got it fixed for me. After my many weeks of trying, I finally got my $575 worth of Pilates lessons turned into personal training sessions that can be used at the Tulsa location (just like I wanted). I'm still stuck with $75 that I have to use for Pilates, but it's better than nothing. Thank you so much Lifetime Fitness for the prompt response after I wrote my Yelp, Google, and Four Square reviews. ____________________________ Original Review Problem: I split my time between Houston, TX and Tulsa, OK. From the Cinco Ranch location, I purchased hundreds of dollars worth of Pilates sessions (personal and group) that are going unused because my schedule does not mesh well with the Pilates instructor in Tulsa. What I want is to convert those Pilates sessions that I bought in Houston into personal training sessions that I can use in Tulsa. It's the same company with the same computer system, what's the problem? What I have tried doing: I have called Tyler, business manager, from the Tulsa club weekly (Since May) trying to get this resolved. So far, all he has done is switch my primary membership to the Tulsa club. That's it. I leave messages for him and he never calls back. I have been calling the Cinco Ranch, TX club since Thursday of last week. I spoke with Chris, assistant personal training manager and he promised to speak with Zach his manager. Nothing has been done and he has not been returning my calls. Awesome. What is most frustrating is that every time I call, I get a helpful person who says they are going to fix it for me which makes me feel so hopeful; and then nothing gets done. If you're planned on ripping me off and keeping my money, just say that. Stop stringing me along. Don't tell me you're going to address the issue and then not do it. Transfer my sessions or refund my money. 24 Hour Fitness was not as fancy of a gym as Lifetime Fitness, but they had far better customer service. When I split my time between Houston, TX and Phoenix, AZ and I had this problem, I was able to use training sessions I purchased at the 24 in Houston at the 24 in Phoenix. read more

I have no idea how anyone can rate this club anything less than 5stars. If i could vote for anything higher than 5stars, i would. This club offers everything you can ask for. Spa, Weights, Free weights, Cardio, PT, Classes, Swimming, Sauna, Steam room, Cafe, Lifting Platforms, Rock climbing, Basketball, Racquetball, Spinning...etc...everything you can think of. Yes, this is a family gym. Yes, there are kids, Yes they get busy during normal peak times. The people on here complaining expect an open gym all the time, if that the case, they should put a private gym in their home. If you know your way around a gym and can tweak your workout if a piece of equipment is being used, check this place out. If you cant, you should try planet fitness. What other local gym has platforms, bumper wieghts, free weights and machines? None. The locker rooms are nice, clean showers, plenty of towels and plenty of lockers. If people would pickup after they are done, there wouldn't so towels left on the floors. The trainers and staff are top notch. Highly recommend working with David Lovelace. Man I love this place to work out! I haven't been for a while because of middle school, but last summer my dad and I would go here almost daily. The environment is clean, the locker rooms are very clean, and it doesn't smell dirty at all, You get limited features depending on your type of membership (platinum is one of the best plans) and may be a little bit pricy, but if you have a great workout plan than great use of money, not only is this a great workout place it's great for family/friends. The pools are open all summer long and are pretty large, they have indoor and outdoor swimming lanes (I would use the indoor, it's not so crowded.) and a hottub indoors (12+) Also on the first floor they have a barber shop and a nutricious deli with healthy snacks. Delicious! They also have 2 basketball courts, boys and girls locker rooms (fresh clean towels are always ready, clean showers and floors) and A darecare center for kids 11 and under (they can't go to the second floor (I've sneaked a look at the center, they have thirty iMacs loaded with games, they have playhouses, toys, and something similar to a mcdonalds playplace.) They also have tennis, soccer, and volleyball courts near the pool. Second floor is your workout floor (12+) It has a variety of ways to well, machines to workout with. I like to use the treadmills and the bike. But will be working out (using the dumbells and etc.) more this summer. The bikes have an awesome view of the indoor pool. What I usually do 1) I workout upstairs 2) I might practice shooting goals at the basketball court 3) my dad and I do laps in the swimming lanes 4) we then go into the sauna to burn some extra calories 5) we may also hit the hot tubs Stick to your workout plan always! I finally decided this week to treat myself to a LifeTime Fitness membership but quickly changed my mind. Here's why I give this fitness center (I won't insult it by calling it a "gym") 2.5 stars. Pros: The staff is exceptional. I absolutely loved my tour and the staff I met. I especially loved the trainer Kat and wish I could put her in my pocket and take her home to train me everyday! The facilities include a spa, indoor/outdoor pools, sauna, steam room, cafe, numerous classes, basketball, rock climbing, child care, and resistance training. The tour is a little overwhelming because it is a lot to take in but I enjoyed it nonetheless. Cons: I can not stress this enough...EXPERIENCE the facility BEFORE joining. The price is $89 w/12 month contract or $99 without. Initiation fee is over $200. It is a hard sell (annoying)but this isn't my first rodeo so I knew better than to sign up immediately. I went the next day to try it out on a 1 day free pass. (Yes, you only get 1 day). Reality hit me quick. FOR ME, many of the amenities are just fluff. I will never use the child care services/amenities, or the basketball court or the spa(extra), or the cafe(extra), and I don't do yoga and rarely take classes. Just my preference. So, once I put it in perspective, I knew I would sign on the dotted line for the "gym/strength training" portion, eventually the use of the trainer Kat(separate cost), spin classes and the options of dipping in the pool or maybe trying a different class once in a blue moon. So, I went to do my workout using the machines I would typically use and the free weights. And this is where the ball dropped. First, the "stretch/ free floor" is situated right in the main walk area so if you are doing body weight exercises, stretches, etc., it's poorly positioned for ease. The equipment is incredibly old. Not just old but old and outdated. While they have every cardio machine known to man, the stair master I was on was so completely filthy. The steps were just packed with old dirt and debris. This was also the first time I ever used a free-weight leg press that did not have an adjustable seat. Old, and outdated just seems to go against the standard of "luxury" that this center advertises. With each machine I ventured, I kept screaming internally, "you've got to be kidding me!" Needless to say, I was in awe for the wrong reasons and left feeling like I had to go back to the drawing board for my fitness center selection. I couldn't believe that for this price, they have not updated the strength equipment and keep the machines so dirty. And because this is my priority, I left there quite dismayed. My advice is to be impressed with the facility but apply reality to your priorities and preferences to determine if the cost is worth it in the long run. It's not a good fit for me. read more

If you would like to join this club for yoga classes and you cannot cope with the heat, do not bother to join. They changed their evening classes and they kept only hot classes and stretching (surrender) for every single night. If you cannot cope with the heat, the advice received was to practice yoga at the City Center which is over hour away from my home. As to e-mailing management, nobody bothered to reply my e-mail. My son suffered a TBI in 2013 and we were very frustrated with doctors and physical therapists. We brought Andy to Lifetime and he was paired with a trainer by the name of Matt Brown. Matt designed a plan not only for my son at Lifetime but one for home since Andy needs to work every day on regaining mobility. The amount of classes (most are included, there are a few boot camp and pilates classes that are not) and equipment in this gym is staggering. Everything is also kept very clean. $100 / month is actually very reasonable for what you're getting. Plus, it's 24 hours. You'll probably never have to stand around waiting for equipment. Nice locker rooms, where you can use your key card to lock/unlock your own locker. I'm pretty impressed with this gym, it's too bad some of the raters have had some difficulty with getting issues resolved. Huge basketball courts, racquetball courts, I could go on. read more

I've been to a lot of gyms in the past 15 years and I absolutely love this gym. The cinco ranch area is beautiful, plenty of parking. Both inside and out pools for adults and kids. The sauna room is spacious and very hot compared to other gyms, with a generous view of the pool area. Machines are very ergonomically built. Lifetime can be a little pricey but for what they offer, its worth the payment, in my opinion. I really like Lifetime. The kids have fun and I get a good workout. I haven't dont too many classes as they get a little full but the gym and staff are very pleasant. I feel my family enjoys it, open at 430/500 am when I go and it's clean. Bells and whistles aren't bad. Had one little bump and it was resolved in a very professional manner. I can appreciate effort to make a customer happy. Yes here it is the reason I give 2.5 stars THE SALON IS HEINOUS A RIP OFF AND UNACCOUNTABLE FOR THE CRAPPY Job they do. I spent a pretty penny for High/low life lights and got butchered with the worst job I've had in over ten years. Spend even more money to fix my hair back to normal without killing it. I called and never got a call back. Went up there and was told to wait but got ignored. Rude from beginning to end. Go work out do a class or swim it's great. AVOID SALON!!! read more

DO NOT JOIN! I became a member many years ago. I started there for the child care. As my boys got older, the childcare declined. Eventually they quit going because they HATED it! Their child care providers were rude and hateful and treated it like prison camp rather than fun and I had many altercations with the rude lady with the accent. She is hateful, unprofessional and mean to kids. Now that my boys are "adults" at the age of 12 and 14 they have raised my rates to $180 a month, NOT INCLUDING TAXES! I was charged less when we actually used the childcare facilities and now that all my boys do is play basketball a couple of times a week, we are charged almost double. When you are interested in joining they are at your beck and call. Once you are actually a member, if you actually want to talk to someone on the phone, you have to push the number for "interested in becoming a member" to get to speak to a real person; otherwise, you can expect to wait up to a week for a call back. I finally cancelled my boys off of the membership because they don't even enjoy going- the rules for the basketball court are never enforced and the grown men will make the younger kids sit out and take over the courts. For now I am staying because I have many friends I enjoy working out with and am used to a couple of the actual decent instructors' classes. I have recently joined 9 Round and look forward to making new workout buddies and being done with Lifetime for good. Do not get trapped with their sales pitch. There are many dishonest people working in member services that simply care about a commission and where the next dollar will come from instead of their current clientele. read more

So my wife and I come to the Gym just about every night except fridays. Everybody knows it's hard to get that extra push to come into the gym but for the past month or so the well dressed young man at the front desk Jaylen has been so awesome, he is nothing but kind and generous to us and makes us feel so welcomed and motivated to workout when we come in. We appreciate him so much and we always tell him "man you have something good in store" Thank you guys for being a great gym. read more

I've been a member for about 3 years and I have no complaints. The facility is very nice, clean and has a lot to offer. The plus is my son loves the kids center. He has a great time every time we go. They are a bit overpriced, but I guess you get what you pay for. read more

I've been a member here for a year now and I have really enjoyed the facility and classes. The instructors are great and friendly and it is clear that they value their role and want the best for their attendees. The classes are energetic with a lot of attendance, so it's easy to really put in all effort and participate with the group. The facilities are clean with modern equipment. The pools are great for adults and kids. The LifeCafe is also a great nutritional convenience and I regularly eat meals or shakes there. read more
