I asked for a bagel with tuna and mustard, not a bagel splattered with mustard and hardly any tuna!!!

I was so looking forward to having a bagel at this place, I ordered a bagel with tuna and mustard and the lady working behind the counter who is about 70 years old, splattered half the bottle of mustard on my bagel. You can definitely tell she hates her job. Also ordered an iced coffee and asked her nicely to pour some ice out since she filled it all the way to the top and she then replied "how? I already put it in" in her broken english. Why should you pay $12 for a tuna bagel and a medium size iced coffee for this kind of service and a bagel splattered with mustard. I don't recommend, never again!!! Oh I forgot to add she gave me literally one napkin just wow!!!

Is this suppose to be a mini bagel?

Bagels are small and barely cooked. There is no grill just cream cheese and butter options. No eggs. Would not go back.

Waaaaaaay overpriced! $8 for a bagel with tuna. No side salad, just a napkin.

Is it a traditional bagel shop and is very small and quite. The place makes you become comfortable and cozy.

Nice people terribly over priced. Small portions. I would have gone to any other bagel place.

Decent bagels but a real rip off. $7 for a bagel with Tuna. Owner should be ashamed of himself ripping people off like this.

The scallion cream cheese was slathered on generously and the tomato was fresh, ripe, tasty, and more than just your typical sliver.

I am not a coleslaw person (like... ever), but this one changed me. The veggies were crisp, the dressing was perfectly balanced -- not too sweet, not too heavy -- and honestly, I could eat a tub of it and not get tired. Character development unlocked. We decided to share the Heartburn Wrap, which was definitely big enough for two. Minor user error on my part -- I thought it came with pastrami and hot peppers, but apparently I ordered it wrong. That one's on me, and trust and believe I'm running it back next time the correct way. We also shared the matzo ball soup and let me tell you... it tasted like somebody's bubbe made it with love and a little bit of magic. Straight up warm hug in a bowl. Service-wise, our server wasn't exactly warm and fuzzy -- but honestly, I didn't come here to make friends. I came to eat, and on that front, Lido's absolutely delivered. Bottom line: phenomenal food, generous portions, and we will 100% be back. Must try.
