Seriously 55$ for a fill and chrome with one hand being a manicure?! HOW DOES THAT MAKE ANY SENSE? I came here the first time and it was amazing Dan was fast, light handed, and did everything i wanted with A WHOLE NEW SET! This time I got a FILL on my left hand ONLY and got my right hand manicured. With chrome color added. Tammy was so wonderful but i feel like i got ripped off. Then i tried to buy a gift card for my mom for mother's day and she tried to charge my card 99$ dollars without telling me. I said never mind and just paid for the service and left. Mixed review here, I went with a coworker we went for pedicures and nail touchups, hers was gel mani mine was a dip. She had a wonderful experience for both mani and pedi, I had a different experience. My pedi was amazing but when it came time for the dip the women kept stabbing me with her own nail to the point she cut me on three of my finger tips, which today is painful. Then she kept building up the dip to the point that there were huge glops of dip, she was able to sand most of the Glops down but they still look wavy, I am also missing color near the cuticle. Yes I could have complained but it was already near closing and I simply did not want to make someone else to have to stay late to "fix" my nails. Great experience here! I went with a friend for my birthday on my birthday. My friends pedi started first they were running a little behind but they apologized and got me all set up with the message chair and socking my feet. We did the $45 package don't remember what it was called but it came with scrubs, the Paraffin dip and a hot stone message which was delightful. We got 10% off because it was my birthday and I love that they have a punch card so you can earn money off a pedicure! They were super friendly and very nice I like the vibes and it didn't smell like some nail places. I would go back again and recommend it. read more

My nails were still misshapen after I asked her to fix them several times to the point it will just be easier for me to fix them at home. The tech didn't do a good job evening out the surface before applying gel so there is a lot of debris and mounds on the polish. When I went to pay I expressed that I was in fact bleeding from a cut on two of my cuticles on different fingers, they did not apologize and just put glue on it. I wasn't concerned about bleeding out from my cuticle, I just don't go to have manicures make my fingers look worse. I have had good experiences here before but this time was a big disappointment. Update: when I noticed how bad it was when I got home I called to request a refund and was told that that is against policy but I could come back for them to fix it. She wasn't understanding and still didn't apologize for the abismal customer service. Mistakes happen but how you handle them matters. read more

My daughter and I went today in anticipation of our trip to Disneyland for Thanksgiving. We wanted some Disney themed nail art and we were not disappointed. We brought in some pictures for inspiration and they did a fantastic job recreating and combining the ideas. I did Minnie mouse and my daughter did a Bell and Chip from Beauty and the Beast. New to ABQ, I chose this place because of its location and Yelp reviews. I was very pleased with my pedicure! My feet feel brand new! And they were very rough given my lack of professional pedicures due to covid. And the place was clean and professional. It was reasonably priced, too! Very disappointed in last set. Been going here a while. My last set was done very half effort. I walked in like usual and they started working on me and in the middle of gluing down my acrylic base I was pushed to the side for someone's appointment. So I sat and waited a good 30 / 40 mins for someone to finish my nails. Very rushed through but I saw they were busy and appreciated them fitting me in so I proceeded to tip over 20% Just for my nails to start breaking off a few days later... for $120 I expect to at least last two weeks... I tried this place from a recommendation on Nextdoor and it is Amazing! The owners are friendly and nice and were able to get me right in. I hate waiting at crowded salons. It is clean, quiet and relaxing. I got a fabulous pedicure from Tuu and he really took his time and paid attention to detail. There are only a few chairs so they really pay attention to you. They are fairly new to the neighborhood and I'd love to see them succeed! read more

Upon going there I had set the appt for a mani and pedi. Upon entering he had asked me if I wanted acrylics which I said no just mani/pedi. The lady that I had I had told her the water was hot and she didn't change the temp. Before I put my foot in I had told her it was too hot then she finally cooled it down. She was super fast in her pedi my daughter was still getting her done by the time I was done. It was maybe 10 mins long. She tried to have me get the deluxe pedi which I responded no just the classic. When we got to the mani portion she had asked me if I wanted my eyebrows waxed ( I'm a child of the 90s I don't have any eye brows) I responded I don't have any eyebrows. Lol. Her mani lasted as long as her pedi. My daughter took way longer for her mani and upon completion we went out to eat and her nail had already started to chip. We literally just left the place no more than an hour ago and it's chipping. We both had gel mani/pedi so that shouldn't happen for at least a couple weeks. I think this place is over priced and just wants to up sale you on everything. Once my mani was done my person decided to relax on the massage chairs she was more worried about getting time to relax than making sure she did a good job. I wouldn't go there again. Also one of the nail techs was beyond sick and coughing up a storm and shouldn't have been at work. She finished her one client and went to the back to lay down and continued to cough you could tell she didn't want to be there cuz she was so sick. Also the nail clippers/tools they use to clean your nails were not cleaned in between. They have their own personal boxes that they use on everybody. So overall I wouldn't go back it cost me 160 for 2 gel man/pedis. That was already chipping and I could have done a better job and wouldn't have gotten sick. read more

The only reason I'm giving this place a 2 star is because the pedicure was decent. My waxing experience on the other hand was horrible! The originally girl doing my was didn't know what she was doing so I ended up having wax all over my knee which they painfully tore off. She called the owner in to help which was fine but still very painful. They used the same wax stick to dip into the pot after each time they laid wax down on me which is extremely unclean. A licensed esthetician would know that is a health violation. The door was left open for my service so that anyone could walk by and see up my skirt. They did not get all of the wax off my legs! They did not get all of the hair off either! Their website says $40 for half leg but when I was ready to check out she told me it was $100! No posted price to go off of, and saying the website was wrong. I would have NEVER paid $100 for a leg wax or any wax there if I had know. This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had getting a beauty service. DO NOT GET WAXED HERE! They are not professionals! Not the best photos but I am still covered in hair and wax. After complaining, the owner would not budge or do anything for me even though the service was completely terrible. I can't believe the amount of excuses she made instead of doing the right thing. read more
