You have one in your locker (hopefully) and that's it! They don't have a rack of towels anywhere. Hooks are equally hard to come by. There is no place to hang your robe or clothes while you are in the showers or sauna. The quiet lounge area isn't that quiet. It's small and some don't really abide by the whisper zone. I can't speak for others but I felt that it was a very reasonable gratuity, especially because he did a great job. She made a comment in another language, gave me a dirty look saying $20 would be better, and then proceeded to ignore me as I continued to be polite and say thank you and leave. A similar experience happened the last time I came, and it was the same woman, but I figured it was just an off day. It's pretty disrespectful to treat your customers that way.
