Best dentist I've been too. I use to highly dislike going to the dentist. I feel like most places just want you in and out and have no relationship with their patients. Due to how other offices schedule. It seems like everyone is in a rush. NOT HERE! From the second I walked in I felt comfortable. The entire staff is amazing. They are all friendly and professional. After my first visit they sent me a thank you card with hand written notes and signatures. They turned what I use to dread doing into something more enjoyable. They deserve more than 5 stars! I love the service here!!!! The staff makes you feel like family when you come in. I grew up extremely poor and my dental situation was pretty bad. I was grumpy and did not like to smile at all. I was recommended the place by a close friend so i came in. I was pretty embarrassed at first but the doctors did not make me feel uncomfortable and understood my upbringing. My family has been going to Lifetime Smiles since 2007. Dr. McDonald is the best of the best in her practice and in her cutting-edge dental equipment. The staff are all so welcoming and everything about her clinic is well-thought out and unique in it's own way. Dr. McDonald makes her own home-made soaps she puts in the bathroom, she brings lemons from her own lemon tree kept at reception, and she has a customer refrigerator that is always stocked with goodies. When it comes to her dental work, there is nowhere else where you will feel more comfortable and taken care of. She is honest and walks you through every step of the process during treatments. I am highly impressed!! I do not have a dentist yet and haven't been to one in a few years due to insurance. Had an incident where I thought I cracked my tooth and in pain! Called many offices and could not get in. It is 3 days before Christmas and it is after 4pm! I text my bestie and she gives me Lifetime Smiles info as her whole family goes there. I call them up and without hesitation...They tell me to come right in!!! I walk in to an absolutely gorgeous office with excellent and friendly staff. The doctor saw me within minutes! I came as a new patient. Everyone in the front office were very friendly and welcoming. Everyone had smiles on their faces. I didn't feel like I was just another patient to see the dentist. Very refreshing. Also, the dentist, Dr. Mallakis, was so nice. She was very thorough in explaining the health of my teeth and gums. I came to this office for a second opinion. I came in with a chipped front tooth. I have never been here before and I was referred. I am so happy how Dr. Rabee McDonald took me in right away to fix the tooth. I got a temporary tooth and then a permanent crown. Dr Rabee McDonald was not only nice and kind but she did an AMAZING job. She made me feel so comfortable along with the staff Cynthia, Tammy, and Jayme. I am so pleased with this place and their work. Beautiful environment as well. I just started going to Lifetime Smiles, and could not be happier with the care I have received. Dr. McDonald and Dr. Mallakis are both very thorough and explain the reasoning behind their suggestions (for example, I have the start of a cavity and they recommended no-drill fillings) and the staff are excellent as well. They got me into their schedule very fast, and everyone is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Past dentist offices I've gone to have applied high pressure sales at the end of my visit to get me to purchase products I do not need, and there has been none of that here (which I really appreciate, as I end up leaving those sorts of offices). First time visiting the office today after moving from Alabama and me and my husband were immediately greeted at the door and was introduced by the front desk and dentist. Dr. McDonald took her time and I did not feel rushed or as if she was too busy for me AT ALL. On top of the wonderful service my dental hygienist was the best I ever had honestly. I'm so traumatized by my previous rough hygienist that I bragged that my hygienist was the best to my husband in the seat behind me. The only reason I would not give it 5 stars is because of the pricing and I'm sure it's just because of the increase from Alabama to California and our current insurance (this has really nothing to do with the dentist). read more

I have had to see many dentists in my lifetime and this has been hands-down the BEST. Tammy and Jayme at the front desk is kind, friendly and efficient. They even let my son sit in the waiting area when my sitter cancelled last minute. They watched him and kept him entertained while I got my cleaning done. My dental Hygenist, Wendy, I am pretty sure she has OCD, which as a dental Hygenist is an outstanding quality. The cleaning was painless even though she had to clean deep. Dr Mallakis spent at least an hour with me on my first appointment to evaluate my needs and was very informative, friendly and professional. He did an amazing job on a crown I needed that was crafted in office. That's right! I didn't need to have a temporary filling and come back. They made it IN OFFICE! The Office is also decorated tastefully and is clean and quiet with a very homey feel. They have TV for you to watch a movie while your being worked on with headphones which was great. read more

Many years ago she did a root canal and a week later it failed and had much pain. I called and she said I should go to another doctor that specialised in root canals. I did go to Dr. Smith and he fixed the problem.Never did get my $650 back. Notice the latest reviews are very bad. I now go to McMasters right down the street. Baglio was good but he is gone. Easy to find. As soon as i walked in, i was impressed with the layout of the waiting room. It felt like i was visiting a friends house rather than sitting in uncomfortable chairs waiting for my number to be called. The front desk staff was very friendly took time to introduce themselves and shake my hand. The wait time was short to be seen. I was worried my 330pm apt might really mean 4-430pm but was called only a few minutes past the original apt time. I met with Dr Mallakis, he was very positive and friendly. Really knew how to connect with me. Found out what i did for a living before meeting with me and shared he had some of our products. Very knowledgeable and handled all my questions and concerns with patience and a smile. Love that they made me feel comfortable during my visit and the massage exam chairs are genious!
