She apparently had time, so she tacked those couple minutes on to the end and I got as many minutes as I actually paid for - that's always super appreciated! It would be nice if the room was a little more soundproofed or located further back in the building away from the road; I could hear lunch hour traffic rushing by on the street about 20 yd away. But other than that, this was a great massage, and I've had plenty over the decades. I'd been experiencing pain for about six months before finally making an appointment so didn't expect all of the damage I'd done to be erased in one visit. Jenn asked a lot of questions and got to work. At first I saw Jenn every few weeks. She has used a combination of deep tissue massage, cupping, medi-cupping and has also used a variety of CBD lotions dependent on my pain levels. I really appreciate not only Jenn's abilities as a talented massage therapist, I have also gained so much knowledge from her on other holistic approaches to my healing: stretches and herbal remedies being only a few. Every appointment starts with a discussion about any issues I've had....and lots of times I just tell her to find the areas that seem tight...it really is amazing how she can find the spots to make other parts of my body feel better! Jenn is incredibly dedicated to her business and clients and I appreciate that she is willing to go above and beyond when we discuss issues I experience and how I can supplement my massages. Although I haven't taken advantage of some of the other offerings at Modality, I think that her addition of other treatment methods shows her dedication to providing options for anyone.
