My issues is how they treated my daughter with rudeness and disrespect. Since when is it appropriate to behave in an unprofessional manner with a young lady? I get you guys have shop talk but never ever think it is appropriate in front of a young lady to behave the way you did. I already knew that it was the freon and or possibly a broken air conditioner that either needed repair or replacement but the attitude with which my daughter was treated was not appreciated at all and frankly I am disappointed. When dealing with customers who might possibly come back for anything related to our vehicles, I would want to believe that you are the company I would call right off the top of my head and not have to think twice about how I or my family will be treated.

Shortly after pickup, I began experiencing sensor malfunctions and the alignment was clearly off. The vehicle drove differently immediately, and warning indicators appeared that had never shown prior to service. I reported the issues to the store and later to corporate. I was repeatedly told I would receive a callback, including from a regional director, but those promises never materialized. I have been waiting since December 2025 for meaningful follow-up and still have not received a direct response or resolution. Calls often went unanswered, or I was told no one was available to assist. I understand mistakes can happen, but the lack of communication, accountability, and urgency to resolve the damage has been extremely disappointing. I was left spending additional time and money to correct issues that began here. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this location and hope the company improves both quality control and customer support. Now it's closed?

They let me stay in my car with the radio and AC while they changed them and I was only there for about 30 minutes. They were great. Definitely check with them first if you need tires. When I arrived I asked if they…read morecould install 4 New TPMS Sensors since 2 of mine were no longer working, I also provided the Sensors which I had bought from Cadillac so that they would Original Replacements. They said that There Parent Company Firestone would only allow them to Install Sensors bought from them which would be $320 & $25 to calibrate. Well at that point I had them put the tires in my suv and I proceeded to another Automotive Shop to have the job done. I have been a loyal customer for many years. But not anymore. The final bill was tallied: $104, which I thought was a lot, but I assumed it was the 3.5% up-charge for paying be credit card (which I did know about, but forgot to bring cash). I said something about the cost and that's when I was told the license plate bulb had burned out and had been replaced. No one said anything before changing it, no one asked me if I wanted it changed, and frankly I didn't. When I responded exactly that (you didn't tell or ask me) the reply was: "But you'll get pulled over for that." Bullshit, I say. Truth is I was told that light was out the last time I had the oil changed, and I declined replacing it then. That was 4 months ago, one major drive trip to FL's east coast and back, and not a single siren in my rearview. What's really bothering me is that I finally looked at the itemized bill when I got home: $14.99 for a flippin' light bulb. (Which, I don't doubt, I could get for half, or maybe 3/4s, of that at an auto parts store.) Maybe it's a good thing they changed it b/c I forgot to do it when I was first told it was out last oil change. But that's not the point. Bottom line: request your Customer's permission before doing an add-on. Period.

We showed up on time and went to a restaurant next door. We never got a phone call even if it was just to say it was done so I felt uneasy. We walked back over to see my car in the very same spot I left it 45 minutes later. I was informed that they weren't able to fit me in... I booked the appointment because my car was feeling unsafe to drive, and we had a lot of driving to do the next day. Despite confirming my number again in person, the man behind the counter informed me that they had a different number for me and they tried to call me a bunch of times. Needless to say, never going back to this location again. Instead of taking full accountability and actually apologizing, they all sat around on their phones waiting for us to leave so they could leave for the day. Not very nice to see when you are leaving without the service you needed.
