But I think I understand now for that price they didn't rotate my tires because they had some lug nut excuse I've had my tires rotated twice before no problem, and I see nowhere on my receipt where they did any kind of inspection report, again everywhere else with everything the mechanic checks and rates the condition. They're very friendly there don't get me wrong, and I didn't realize till I got home looking at the receipt it shows where they have checked nothing else merely replaced oil and filter so 21 point inspection is a bit fabricated. From overhearing conversations with other customers with their problems, I don't think I would trust them for a complicated situations. But I believe they probably try to save the customer money but I wouldn't feel comfortable with a mechanic putting plumber tape on a fitting in my car just saying.
