Their response for an appointment, their reasonable price, and communication were different than the other 7-8 companies I've dealt with in the past. Miguel showed up and did a walk-through, asked a few questions, and went to work. He put the system through a test run, we walked each zone to discuss my concerns and issues; and then he came up with a plan to make the irrigation system more effective and reliable. Miguel was very professional, efficient, organized, and very knowledgeable. As I watched Miguel make adjustments to some of the sprinkler heads, you can see the care, work quality, and caring attitude in his performance. They came for the spring startup and could not figure out why one of the zones did not work. They asked us to pay extra money to have another tech coming and figuring out. We agreed and a tech spent two hours and finally found the extra box after my wife suggested to check our front garden carefully. But after he replaced the valve, he was still not able to get it work. And he left everything unfinished and asked us to contact the company and pay additional two hours for another tech to come. Several days after this visit, we noticed that another two zones did not work. According to the operation log, it happened the next watering day just after his visit. We called company and they said they were not sure whether they messed up the wires of the zones even after they saw the operations log. They asked me to pay ahead of time for another tech to come and figure out what was happening. We used another company and figured out that the previous tech shut down one of the valve and connected the incorrect wire to the controller. We cancelled the service plan and don't recommend this company at all. If you already use them, make sure they don't mess up your system after any investigation. I wish I can leave zero star for them.

UPDATE: I received a weirdly accusatory and aggressive email from the business owner claiming that I was harming the small business with my honest review and saying I should I have reached out first to tell them I was dissatified before reviewing them. They also falsely claimed I hadn't included the balloon on my order. They offered me a 30% refund "with hopes that you will change your review on both platforms to something positive", which made me more mad. They somewhow removed my other review from Google. original review: I paid $130 for an upgraded "deluxe" bouquet and it looked nothing like the photo with cheap looking green filler and fewer flowers. I also paid for a balloon which was missing upon delivery. I would not recommend.

This is the first year that my husband and I have purchased a real Christmas tree, and I was a…read morelittle nervous about where best to get one that would live through the holidays. I always had real Christmas trees growing up, but I had never bought one as an adult. Nevertheless, Almost Heavenly Trees & Greenery made the process way easier than I could have expected, and for the first time, like ever in my life, we left the tree lot with the first tree we looked at. This is a fantastic 'mom and pop' tree farm operation and the young man, forgive me that I have forgotten his name, was super fantastic! He spent 20 minutes with us making sure we had the exact tree we wanted, and even helped up strap it to the roof of our car for the trip home. I feel really bad that I've forgotten his name because he was so personable. Not once did I feel like he was rushing us even though the lot was busy. And the trees are spectacular. It didn't look like much when we arrived because it is just trees in a lot, but they are quite fresh. The trees (douglas firs) from the family farm in WV were cut about a week before being sold. We ended up with a frasier fir (personal favorite) which came from a farm in NC but we were told they were about as fresh but they just couldn't confirm the day they had actually been cut. The prices were very reasonable, especially for being a local business and not a 'big box' store. We were just so impressed and are so very happy with our lovely tree that we are definitely life-long customers as long as we are within reasonable driving distance! They last all of December, always get it the day after thanksgiving and keep it up until New Year's Day. This year our tree fell over after being up for two weeks. It didn't feel secure and I called to get some advice and spoke with Matt who explained it was likely our tree stand (which it was) and offered to have someone come to our home to install our tree in a new tree stand the following day. As promised, Sam came with the new tree stand and put our tree in it the following day. They went above and beyond and followed through on everything they said they would. We will continue to get our trees from almost heavenly for as long as we live in this area and I have already told many people about this company so you should be expecting some new customers!
