This place has really gone down hill!! Big time! I started going there 10 years ago and I loved it!…read moreThe girls at the front desk were amazing and the techs too they loved the animals so much! The vets too! But now omg no way! Soooo sooo soo awful! Don't ever bring your babies there ever!!!!!!!! The front desk is soo rude and doesn't even look at you or even say hello to the animal then the vet tech Pricilla was the worst!!! Just a miserable grumpy angry women! Not a smile if you paid her I bring my cat she grabs him so hard with these huge gloves and towel doesn't say hello or anything! The vet was just as bad! Rude unfriendly uncaring just horrific! I have had animals for my whole life! I grew up with a little farm we had horses cats dogs etc so I know animals very well and I have been to many vets in my lifetime! This was the worst experience of my life! I would never bring my baby to that awful place ever again! The vet didn't even touch my cat other than jab him with the shot she said she couldn't listen to his heart or look at anything? Meanwhile they have done things yearly for ten years no problem! Anyway do not ever go waste your animals time and stress to not be showed any love or care or kindness! I will tell everyone I know and all the people I sent there to never go again! I don't want anyone else's babies to go through that treatment ever again! You guys need to be shut down! Idk anyone who would want to bring their babies to a place so full of anger and just unhappy miserable people! Who don't seem to care about the animals or the people who are bringing their babies there! You need a whole new staff and or retraining and some happy pills or therapy for them! Seriously it was that bad! Get it together!

Finally had the HONOR to check out and try PatterPaws for my furry child's annual checkup…read more What an incredible experience from the moment you make your appointment til the moment you leave! I walked in for the first time for my dog's appointment and all they needed to do was roll out the red carpet because the welcoming treatment here was on another level. I walked in, there weren't any people in the reception area and instantly one of the vet techs knew exactly who I had with me and was ready to show me to one of the exam rooms. I was like, is my dog secretly famous!??? Pup got a little puparazzi moment **eeeeeeeek**. Yes, here at PatterPaws they take their lil profile pic! Dr Proto was so down to earth and both him and the vet tech made my dog feel at ease. All dogs shake and get nervous when going to the vet (I feel like us humans do the same IRL with doctors we just shake inside HA!) but they totally made him be less stressed out than he should be. Also, they weren't scared to approach him (a little 7lb guy) they just confidently went in with calm and I've never seen my dog this chill at the vet before, almost zero yapping. Ok fine, maybe at the end he barked at another dog haha but he did pretty great! He got his **seamless** rabies shot and didn't even feel it or let out a little yelp like he usually does. Again, amazing Dr and vet tech. Pretty awesome tip: Dr Proto's wife, Dr Will, does a mix of western and eastern medicine and provides acupuncture to dogs, cats and horses. You can really tell the energy of this place by the workers and how they're happy to be there with the animal and to really take care of yours, no matter the size. Ok also, can we talk about the cookie bar (for doggies) with the different sizes of treats? OBSESSED. Thanks PatterPaws for your kindness, attention to detail, and wonderful staff! You've already made us feel at home :)

Her wisdom and forethought went above and beyond my expectations, and believe me, I had rehearsed this terrible day many times in my head. My call was promptly returned, a convenient time scheduled, and the process discussed. During this time of social distancing, some special accommodations needed to be made, but they in no way interfered with the love my dog received that day. Dr Dale played music made for dogs ears only and was extremely comforting to me as well. She made a clay print of my dogs paw, which I will cherish forever. The support Dr Dale gave that day extends far beyond as she checked in on me and provided access to support groups. When I picked up my dogs remains, they where surrounded by meditation gardens and considering the circumstances (pandemic restrictions) I couldn't have asked for anything more comforting and reassuring that my dog was truly loved and that I had made the right decision. When I brought in my dogs for their vaccinations, they completely missed the date of one of my dogs rabies vaccination and he ended up being unvaccinated for months. When I called them about this, the person who answered the phone didn't apologize and was very flippant about it. I had to advocate for an apology, and it was only at that point that they offered to comp the cost of the appointment. Then this month, one of my dog's was sick, and I had to wait three days for an appointment b/c they had only had one vet on staff. We finally got bloodwork done and I was told we'd hear back from the doctor the next day. I called at 4pm the next day as I hadn't heard anything (mind you, my dog still is sick), and they weren't able to tell me anything. I then had to call back again at 11am the following day, and a diagnosis of diabetes was delivered over the phone by a receptionist - with no empathy, no explanation, no walking me through a care plan, or what to expect, etc. They then told me I had to go to ANOTHER vet down the road to learn how to administer insulin. It was horrendous, and to this day, no one has called to follow up to see how he's even doing or what the status is. All that to say, we're now happy customers down the road at Noah's Ark Animal Hospital. They are kind, professional, knowledgeable, caring, and generous. I recommend them as an alternative to this place.

I first heard about Dr. Robb because of the extraordinary advocacy he has done for animals, advocacy unlike anything I have ever seen or heard from any other veterinarian. That alone spoke volumes about his character and dedication, but meeting him in person confirmed everything I had hoped for. From the moment I met Dr. Robb, he was a breath of fresh air. He provides compassionate, thoughtful, and genuinely accessible care. Most importantly, he respects both the animals and their owners, never forcing unnecessary treatments or making me feel pressured into decisions. Instead, he listens, guides, and empowers you to make the best choices for your pets. His staff reflects that same level of excellence. The front desk team is consistently kind, attentive, and welcoming. In a world where it's become normal to sit on hold for 30 minutes just to speak with someone, I was amazed that I could simply call and reach a real person who was eager to help. I live over an hour away, and distance means absolutely nothing when it comes to the quality of care my animals receive here. I would gladly drive five hours if it meant my pets could continue seeing Dr. Robb. Thank you, Dr. Robb, and thank you to your incredible team. From the bottom of my heart, I am deeply grateful for the care, compassion, and integrity you bring to both animals and the people who love them.
