She told him there were children in the car, asked him to stop and he would not. Even after she rolled up the window he kept screaming at her. She then called the number on his company car to let them know and he answered and started screaming at her again. When she told him he probably shouldn't be doing this in his business vehicle he screamed "I DON'T GIVE A SH!T!" Clearly this business is owned by someone unprofessional and hostile with no self control. I would never let this man in my home.

I can swing a sledge and run a saw and push a wheel barrow, but i drive a prius; i'm not hauling anything. I had a hell of time trying to find someone available to do the job. First, Vince chatted with me about the job i needed and how he could help, even before i booked him. I called around to other places, but eventually came back to Vince. So, 5 stars right from the jump for just being helpful. Second, i must have misunderstood the instructions about the materials, cuz i knew i would need a separate haul for organics (like tree stumps) but didn't know i also had to separate the broken concrete from the deck wood. Third, the whole job was larger than he had anticipated. So, to recap: its 5:00 on Sunday. My driveway has a literal ton of demolition debris that i cannot move. And this job is way more of a pain in the ass than Vince anticipated. But you wouldn't have known that working with Vince. Vince was super chill and super pro the whole time. He was friendly, kind, efficient; he and his partner loaded it all up, didn't ask for help, cleaned my driveway, gave me a fair price, and was on his way. Five stars and more. This company Failed to pull a permit when…read morethey opened a wall and didn't bother opening the adjoining wall below which a tacky fire sprinkler system exploded: They left water in walls: Which grew mold that caused very serious medical and financial damage. Left a floor transition (between tile and wood flooring) to trip over and refused to fix it. Floorboards badly fitted; put higher floorboards in one room so that it didn't meet same height in room they joined.

They continued to extend the duration of the project, during which time my family had to find alternative housing which ServePro did not cover - for over a week. When we did return we found that they had done a sloppy substandard paint job on every room they restored. We needed to hire a completely separate company to complete the painting job. Go anywhere else for restoration work. These guys are awful to work with and give awful results.
