He was super polite and courteous and considerate and very methodical and diligent in his troubleshooting. He figured it out (no holes needed to be cut!) and was super efficient and tidy with his repairs. They left the generator installation site with low places around it so water pools around the generator when it rains They did not set up the generator app on my wifi so I had to get lots of help from Generac to connect it to my wifi. And, they refuse to make ANY after installation service calls either to complete the installation properly or to address any future warranty issues. I personally believe they did this because I demanded a new replacement generator. In the replacement discussion I may have been a bit rude to them when I became frustrated with their attitude but they were definitely rude to me. Needless to say we would not have considered this company if we knew there would be ZERO after sales support.
