However, when I arrived, I had to wait a few minutes and when I was finally seated to get my nails done, but the gentleman was fixing drinks for other guests. I had to say something to the young lady at the reception desk with regard to getting started on my nails. The vibe was fair, but I requested a certain type of nail and the gentleman mentioned another type of product that would help make my nails stronger. So, I went with that one. However, he didn't tell me he was going to cost me $90 versus $45. Being upfront with the price of your services or providing a person with your list of services with the prices on them is the right thing to do, especially since this was my first time being in your establishment. I will definitely go back to this establishment, but since the price of the nails was so expensive, I would only get my nails done at this location and get my toes done at another location that's more reasonable.

Today really stood out to me with my experience and their customer service and really taking their product/work seriously. I picked a bright pink (it was a brand new color) and it looked great but a little while after leaving the salon the color started to turn purple with markings (very odd). I called and told them what happened and sent photos and they said to come back and they would fix it. I arrived about 6:15 and waited, no problem they were busy. When it was my turn everyone was so kind and made sure I liked my new color, checked in and never rushed even though it was past closing and I'm sure everyone wanted to go home. They helped each other and it was a great vibe and teamwork. I am grateful for a place that stands by their product and wants to fix anything that may happen. Highly recommend this place!

The manicure also chipped on day two which I was really bummed about. I would've gone back for a repair, but I was already out of town. Luckily because the color barely showed up on my nails it was hard to tell. I choose this spot because they have a healthcare worker discount which made it cheaper than other places, but I guess you get what you pay for.

I was staying at the Homewood Suites and found this nail salon to be extremely convenient and…read morewithin walking distance. Upon entering, I was greeted by the manager and advised that I wanted a manicure with gel polish. Sofi provided my service. During the first several minutes, she repeatedly tried to persuade me to switch to acrylic or SNS, despite my clearly and consistently stating that I did not want those services. Additionally, she appeared frustrated when I changed my mind about my polish color. As a customer, I believe I have the right to adjust my color choice--especially when the original color was not fully available or sealed. What was most concerning was that Sofi began speaking about me to the manager in their language during my service. I understood the conversation and had to address both of them directly, advising that it was inappropriate to discuss me while my manicure was still in progress. This was very unprofessional and uncomfortable. Although I paid and tipped, I will not be returning. I hope this serves as a reminder for the business to be mindful of how they speak about customers--especially since you never know who may understand the language.
