They offer everything to a straight razor shave, hot towel service, beard trims, bald faded, and etc... for men. For women they offer everything from bridal updos, to blowouts, haircuts, highlights, and etc... It's by appointments only. You can always call, and leave a message for what service you would like. They will get back to you at their earliest convenience. The BEST WAY to reach them is through text message. I've known the couple for almost 10 years, and I've gotten services done with them through the years. They are so talented at what they do. Please support a family business. Oh, and they graduated from a top beauty school. They graduated from Paul Mitchell (SFIEC) in San Francisco. That should tell you a lot. Trained by the best! So I totally forgot to write this review from July so forgive me. My gf gifted me a day here at the salon for my birthday...a head shave and bead trim/clean up. I never had this done before and I really didn't know what to expect. Corey made me feel very welcomed and like he knew me for years. The whole appointment lasted alil over an hour but it just flew by because of the conversation....from music to photography to ghosts...haha....it was all over the place. After coming here for a haircut over 8months ago and trying consistently to get an appointment for lowlights, after referring my mother in law I have not been able to hear back from Stephanie - been consistently ignored, left messages at the salon that did not get replied to and intentionally declined appointments when booking through the booking link. This is incredibly unprofessional behavior, very disrespectful and I would encourage anyone who considers using her services or anyone at the lighthouse to consider a more professional salon. read more

Great cut and color but I was very uncomfortable. I should have asked her to put on a mask. I thought she forgot and wanted to give her a minute. And then I didn't bother trying to contradict the long list of anti-mask anti-science "masks aren't safe"misinformation that eventually came forth from her side in the conversation in the middle of the cut. I haven't gotten a haircut since before the pandemic because of playing it safe. Especially now that my kids are at risk for the Delta variant and they are too young for the vaccine. Why didn't I just walk out I kept asking myself later. I need to be more assertive when it comes to what makes me feel safe. In addition I don't discuss religion with people I have just met. I respect what people believe in and I know that bringing up my own beliefs might make them uncomfortable. It's a very personal journey for each person. Not a good match for me. read more

Subpar hair stylist and worst customer service from a "professional" ever. It is unfortunate that I am writing this review but I have to share my unpleasant experience. I have been blonde for over a decade and was in for a routine visit to touch-up my roots, instead I ended up with a brassy color. Even though I was disappointed that Audriana did not deliver, I gave her a chance to correct the problem. Unfortunately she was unresponsive to my pleas. I sent many messages about getting an appointment to correct the uneven color she did. To add insult to injury, she lied to me about not having any openings until mid October though she posted on social media her availability the very same week I was begging to get in. I wanted her to acknowledge her mistake, take accountability, and rectify the problem. Instead I got excuse after excuse, lies, and no offer for a resolution. She chose to avoid my complaints and instead got defensive and blamed my hair for her failure. My entire experience was handled very poorly, therefore I do not recommend this business nor Audriana Salazar. Customer care is non existent and their skills are clearly lacking. read more

Three weeks or so after moving to a new place, I kind of needed to find a barber...so I looked on Yelp and found Lou! It is usually very difficult for me to find a good barber, because I have relatively long mens hair. Most other barbers just chop it all off and give me the regular cut that every guy gets no matter how much I ask to keep it long. However, Lou was great and I have come back multiple times now. Lou really tried to understand what I wanted. He is a very talented barber that will give you a hair style that looks great on you and is perfectly straight. My first appointment he took the time to explain how I should style my hair. Lou is running his own business, so sometimes there are things that come up like he can only accept cash, but he usually tries to text you in advance. Lou is very nice and usually has plenty of openings at various times that can be booked online. Prices are just right for the service and quality of the cut. read more

I wish I could rate this higher than 5 stars. Stephanie has blessed my hair since I was 18, I'm 27 now. Not only does she work her magic on my hair and always does exactly what I ask for (if not BETTER) I always leave her chair feeling so uplifted in my spirit, a new set of abs from laughing and of course feeling BEAUTIFUL. Anyone can learn to do hair but not everyone has the personality that Steph does to make you feel like you've been friends for a lifetime while sitting in her chair. As far as her work it's impeccable and she always keeps it straight with you as far as the process it will take to get to your desired look and what the cost will be. She is always reasonably priced and honestly you get what you pay for so keep that in mind always.
