Nothing to complain about. Great ambience, food, and service! It was so good that I totally forgot to take a picture of my lobster tail and baked potato with fresh steamed vegetables. Our waitress was so accommodating ... come hungry and not rushed . I'll be back! #Vegasresident #Foodiegurl

Jambalaya with chicken - medium heat 5/5 - excellent

We were looking for some soup on a cool evening and saw they had clam chowder so we ventured in. The decorations are true to the name, light houses and sea life themed. It was very cute inside. There was no kids menu but the host wrote down all the kids options for us. We were able to customize plain buttered fettuccini for my picky 8-year-old. Fresh bread was delivered and I had a class of Josh Cab for $12, a little steep as a bottle at Costco is $15. We had the calamari to start which was good. My wife had the clam chowder which was excellent and I had the jambalaya which was phenomenal. Our oldest ordered the blackened mahi mahi which was slightly overdone but still good. Overall the service was friendly and attentive, the prices on certain items slightly high, and the overall food quality was good. We will be back for sure!

This visit was an interesting one. This restaurant has plenty of seating with an intimate atmosphere. The staff are very welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. The menu offers a wide selection of options. The caesar salad was light and refreshing. The shrimp feast was well served with good portions, but the flavors fell short of excellent. Particularly the sautéed garlic shrimp and Cajun shrimp tasted as if they were cooked with water instead of butter/oil. And the roasted veggies had a burnt taste while lacking any seasoning. The garlic Parmesan sweet potato fries were the saving grace of the plate. My husband ordered the stuffed flounder and remarked that it was delicious and well seasoned but every bite contained shells/fish bone. Another concern was the bathroom situation, it was clean but it lacked soap.... Also to note is the walls of the restroom are thin and the kitchen staff were arguing and it was loud and awkward. I could see coming back for another try but do hold some reservations about coming back too soon.

I'll be honest. I forgot to take pictures of my food. But the homemade bread was delicious

Very happy to have stumbled upon this great restaurant. Although the wait was a little long and the lobby was a tad tight. Everybody was very friendly, The food was absolutely delicious. And definitely, the best restaurant I tried in my three day stay in cedar city will definitely be back in a few weeks.

My husband and I are traveling and found the Lighthouse Seafood and Grill! What a find! First off, the service was outstanding! Dalia is the sweetest and so helpful! The food was delicious! My husband had the ribeye and I had the two lobster tail dinner. They both were fabulous! We were celebrating our 35th Anniversary so, Dalia brought us a complimentary dessert! It was a warm churro with vanilla ice cream! If you want a quaint seafood place with great food and extraordinary service this place is the spot! Thanks again Dalia!

We love Lighthouse! We were in St. George today and decided to drive back to cedar for dinner here. Food was excellent. I get the same thing every time (House Beach Salad, Shrimp Platter) and my husband got the crab legs and said they were so good. The bread is sooo good. Service was wonderful. Dahlia really cares about her customers and it shows. And I just like the atmosphere. It's always cozy and quiet, music is lovely and the vibes are just nice. Highly recommend.

The lobster wasn't big but it was enough and tender! And juicy! Our guest had the seafood ravioli. Also amazing. Especially the sauce. Hubs had the rack of lamb. Just excellent. We wanted to be on the window side but all were taken except the bigger tables at the end on each side. There were quite a lot of varieties on the menu. Since we were not too hungry, we decided to skip appetizers and salads or soups. My husband ordered Vongole pasta with white wine sauce and at my husband's prodding, I went for lamb chops as he knows I love it. The lady server brought us some toasted focaccia slices while we waited for our orders to arrive. It did not take long. The pasta was perfectly cooked al dente and the white wine sauce with clams were fresh with added chopped canned clams. Since this is one of our favorite pasta dishes, our standard is quite high. It was missing some flavor and more wine should have been added. As for the lamb chops, I ordered medium but no blood "pink" which was done right. I did not want to say medium rare as there's always a mishap when I do that. Despite of medium rare, the chops were tough and disappointingly bland. Without the brown gravy, it would have been a total tasteless piece of ordinary meat. It came with 4 ribs and sides of mashed potatoes and 2 fat sticks of asparagus. I ordered lava chocolate cake with ice cream on top for dessert and it was gratifying but would have lovelier if the lava was warmer enough. It arrived too quickly so it must be pre-made. Their lamb chops definitely needs some improvements on taste. I did not have the heart to complain and send my chops back to the kitchen. The server was efficient and sweet. I only ate 2 pieces of the chops and left 2 pcs. For foodies, it's not a place that you go back to. My rating would be 5 for the service, 4 for the pasta, 3 for the lamb chops and 4 for dessert. So, 4 stars overall and it is quite generous.

While ordering at the counter, I needed to make a quick adjustment after getting confused about one of the items. During that moment, a 'white' gentleman was waiting behind me, and instead of simply acknowledging him with "I'll be with you shortly," the lady staff apologized to him for my delay in ordering (according to her). Shortly after, while I was still in the middle of ordering and asking about tea options, she abruptly moved on to take his order without any explanation or communication. The interaction felt dismissive and uncomfortable as well I felt strong I am treated with racism, especially in the condition when I was pregnant who crave all good food.... As for the food, most of it was enjoyable. The scrambled eggs on the croissant and the pancakes were well done. However, the onion soup was overly salty, likely due to the cheese which was in the soup and also on the bread. Another downside, especially as first-time visitors, was the lack of guidance. We weren't informed that water was self-serve, and only realized it after noticing another guest getting it themselves. Interestingly, when leaving, we saw staff pouring water for newly seated guests, which added to the inconsistency. Overall, the food showed effort from the kitchen, but the service experience was disappointing. The 2-star rating is mainly in appreciation of the quality of the dishes. Cafe is quite small and we felt hot, as there's only a portable AC that couldn't accommodate that size of room. Not recommended place, even this is one of the rarest cafe in town. Rather to spend money to somewhere worthy and respect you as guest, no matter what roots you have.

Example: the Menu shows "seasoned" fries as a side and Pork Master as a Sandwich choice. Neither are still offered in Cedar City. The Online Ordering link offers quite a different list of item in comparison to the Menu link, and has very few item descriptions. Just name and price mostly. I had always ordered the Smoked Pulled Pork sandwich but the gal on the phone kept referencing a smaller pork sandwich which I didn't think I ordered but I ended up with an order for the Mini Pork Sandwich being placed for me. It was the size of a hamburger and was good. My husband usually ordered the Pork Master sandwich but that exists only on the incorrect Menu link. He ended up ordering the Smoked Brisket Melt which he said was okay. The differing links also confuse you as to what sides are offered with the entrees. When asked what side I wanted with the Pork Sandwich I was offered with only fries or tots. That was not what I thought I saw in their online order form which showed more options - several new ones and missing some of their previous offerings. I told the gal this and she agreed to give me the mashed potatoes - this time. So that sounds like they are not an option with the Mini Pork sandwich. We both ended up with mashed potatoes as the sides since we'd had poor experiences with how the sides end up after the ride home. The tater tots lose their crunch during the 10 minute ride home and arrive home soggier than you'd get in the restaurant. Pork Belly's in Cedar City had also discontinued the delicious seasoned french fry . Instead they offer plain fries which were disappointing on a prior order. The mashed potatoes needed a little salt (I'm am not a person who salts restaurant food). Maybe they had some garlic in them? They charge a 7% To Go fee. The original owners are long gone and under the new management, my husband is over ordering anything from this Pork Belly's now. Too many of the favorites that kept us coming back are gone and now only exist online in their historic Menu link. TIme to BBQ elsewhere.
