Great storage facility! Down Beach Blvd close to the 405 freeway. Clean and well maintained. Cameras everywhere for around the clock security. His customer service was great from the start because of his friendly attitude and positive energy, but what stood out to me the most & truly appreciate was him walking me to locate my storage unit so that I wouldn't be confused coming back on my own later. I was a long time customer who is also a military veteran and person of color. They price gouged me after I asked for a smaller unit or a discount. I didn't get a discount and instead in the next few days they sent me a notice of a price increase. Avoid this place and take your business to any of the 10 self storage in the area. They are not only more fair in price but they actually fo care about their customers and treat them with respect and with ethics. read more
