The storage is clean, The Cart use for transfer things, for customers are lock up. Storage open until 9 pm, office closed at 6 pm. Only 1 cart for use. Every customers are taking physical Abuse, emotional stress. Basement & first floor have cool air for summertime. You will have to pay more money to earn that. Second floor is stuffy, smelling, human, hot as same temperature outside like 90* to 100* degrees. What would you thinking if there's someone's pass out because dehydrated or no oxygen to breath or suffering from Heat One human life is costing millions of dollars and can file a lawsuit to win for freedom of life. read more

Betty helped me when I first moved in and she was absolutely fantastic! She was quick, responsive, and courteous--all the qualities of a great sales rep. She also helped me the following week when I went back and had questions. I enjoyed having her as the rep. More people in customer service should be like her! As for the location itself, it is close to the 405 and 22 freeways. The venue is clean and seems fairly safe. I did notice the side door unlocked because someone had stuck tin foil in the lock area to make it stay open. That was a negative, especially since I got there before the office opened that morning, so it was evident that no one checked the gates upon leaving the night before. read more
