Lamest set of lashes. I've been getting lashes for 15 years. I can't believe I just paid $160 for what looks like I don't even have lashes. I would have rather done mascara for this photo shoot. Val said that she would not put anything longer on than 10mm to keep the integrity of my lashes AFTER I was on the table. I would not have booked this appointment with that information. I told her I've never done less than 12's and I preferred 13's for the center of my lid. She assured me they would look great! When we were all done, she was all smiles with how natural they look! I just wanted to cry. I wasted my time and my money and my engagement photos are not going to be glamorous at all and I can't put mascara over them or glue a strip to enhance them. Why 3 stars? She is a very good technician in terms of skill. I'm just upset that she really didn't listen to her customer. I wish she had a better on the phone in take process to communicate and set the person up properly with expectations. read more

What a LOVELY surprise this business was! Vacationing in Maui several times each year I will forever consider this my lash "home away from home". I had a scheduling mishap with my tech at home right before I was to leave, so was feeling a lil glum that my lashes would be looking somewhat anemic on vacation. My tech and I both drilled down on Google to see what I might be able to do on holiday. Oddly she sent me Lihilihi's info and said that of all the ones she could see online they looked professional and the most reputable. I had also honed in on Lilhihi. Val could not have been kinder when I called from the mainland to see about an appt asap on arrival. She and I texted back and forth, and she really had my back to find an opening. She definitely understands customer service and was witty and personable. My lash pro Bethany was a wonder. The space is charmingly decorated and very zen. Whatever pillows they use on the treatment table...I need one at home. Bethany cleansed my lashes, counted what was existing, removed any wayward "twirlers", and got to work. I let her know that at home I usually do a hybrid with 9's and 9.5's. Her work was full, fluffy and oh so natural looking. A podcast later we were done. When she removed the gel pads not a single sticky attachment needed attention-perfection! She also did a top notch brow tint that left my brow hairs looking sassy, with literally not a single bit of tint on my skin. Camera ready If you're in need of on island services this is the place; especially if you're used to a very high standard of care on the mainland. I will be back next trip, and will be letting my home base lash pro know that if any of HER clients need services in Maui look NO FURTHER! So a few things about this place. It's a cute little spa set up. I booked a advanced mega fill here. The lady I saw was probably new. I didn't get what I wanted and left looking the same. I paid out a chunk that I didn't think was well deserved for the service I got. Way too expensive for the minimal work they do. I was expecting to sit there for 2 hrs. She was done in less than 1hr and barely any difference to my lashes !!! I am upset unfortunately won't be going back here again. Way too expensive for minimal work ! Val, the owner, was kind enough to fit me in for a next morning appointment and did not disappoint at all. My Relash was mor like a spa experience than a lash extension fill. The salon exudes zen from the aromas that embrace you as you walk in, to the soft sheets as warm blanket that invite you to doze off as the treatment begins with a soft face massage to relax you. So I didn't get any actual services from them because my car broke down the day of my appointment. They charged my card a $250 cancelation fee which is more than what my appointment would have costed. The refused to give me a refund even though I told them the situation. Amazing, Professional, Sincere and Gentle. I am a Professional Makeup Artist with tiny lashes and my least favorite step is MASCARA. For YEARS I have been yearning to have lash extensions but never treated myself for various reasons. The biggest reason why I hadn't done it is because I didn't want my natural lashes to fall out and leave gaps. I've meet many estitecians that perform this service but chose to never try it. Yesterday I finally had Val do my lashes and I am in LOVE! Because my lashes are very fine and short, we kept the length natural looking but I feel like I have movie-star lashes. It's fun to wake up and look pretty and not have to take the additional time to put on mascara, which usually ended up under my eyes, although I know all the tricks.
