They offered some excellent mocktails including a Sweet Tart Swizzle with Lime juice, pomegranate juice, grapefruit juice, Zombie juice blend, cinnamon syrup, chocolate and rhubarb bitters. There were two bartenders and three other staff members who seemed to be handling seating and samples, along with a runner for food and drinks. Unfortunately, we waited over 25 minutes for a drink, and others who arrived after us were served first. It definitely put a damper on the visit. If I go back, I'll probably stick to just drinks and maybe a couple of apps--but honestly, I think I'll continue going to the original Strip District spot where the energy, service, and overall experience feel more dialed in. On our way to Bloom Brew, I suggested we stop by, and wow--the place was open! So many changes in two years. This is where the magic happens with distilling the products, and it also houses the cocktail bar. The Irwin location is mainly a sample and bottle shop. This stop was incredible; we sampled so many different products, and they were all superb. I love this place more and more every time. The service was sensational.
