T and the girls are simply the best from their friendly and personal service to the amazing tasting organic drinks and bites. I love that I can get organic decaf coffee. The sweet girls are on it! Decided to give this place another go, and I'm happy I did. The experience was much better than my last visit here and the drink was 100 percent better as well. I got the banana bread latte at the recommendation of the barista and it was really yummy and it was a good price 5.90 for an iced large drink. The drink is made with banana syrup, brown sugar syrup 3 shots and whole milk, the banana was pretty strong but it worked well with the brown sugar. The woman working there was SO kind, she took the time to walk me through the whole menu and even brought out all the pastries to explain each one to me. Her patience and warmth made me feel so welcome. rhis is a reminder to myself that I need to specify it when I want a blended drink. Under the blended options, they list a flavored cappuccino, and so I just read that off without actually specifying that I would like it blended. And I've done it twice now. But I don't like to say anything when the order is wrong because it's my own fault (sort of like when you go to a foreign country and order something incorrectly!) I've been here a few times rain or shine and I'm happy with everything I've tried. They have a full coffee bar with a variety of sweeteners, syrups, sugar free options, and non-dairy alternatives. The coffee shop itself is quaint and simple. The service is very fast and the workers are always so sweet! I love that there's a local business with a drive thru, super convenient. It's always a bit weird to rate drive-through coffee shops. Somehow, I think there is an unspoken strike against them. So I tried to go by Lil' Jungle Java with an open mind. And there's a fair amount to like. The service is pretty fast and very polite, the prices are considerably lower than a walk-in café, and it does have the convenience of being a drive-through. That all said, the coffee was pedestrian. The flavor was OK and the espresso drink I ordered was competently prepared. But unless I was in the real hurry, I just don't think I could see myself regularly going here. I usually order a cold brew but I was feeling adventurous this day and ordered a seasonal drink. I appreciated that the staff informed me of the amount of espresso shots in the drink, they explained it was due to the sweetness of the drink and asked if I'd like some of those shots to be decaf. Amazing experience getting a drink at jungle Java! The girls there are so kind and always so helpful with any questions you might have. The establishment itself is adorable and decorated really cute following suit with its 'jungle' theme . I ordered an iced caramel latte, as well as an iced chai latte, both were super rich in flavor and well made. Savannah and Sam were the ones that helped me at the window, and both did such an amazing job! Love love love lil jungle Java! A unique drive-thru only coffee shop close to my house. I've only ever ordered iced coffee but they have a fairly extensive menu. My favorite thing about their iced coffee?? The iced coffee ice cubes!!! That's right, the ice is made out of coffee, so when it melts, it doesn't get watered down- genius! You have to believe me when I say that I am a true coffee snob. My husband makes incredible espresso and lattes at home so it's hard for me to get drinks out. My standards are really high. Plus, I have lots of little kids and the only drive through options are Starbucks, which is a hard no. I don't know why I've never seen this place but I knew I had to at least try it on a morning of desperation when my husband was out of town and I therefore had no barista. I got a hazelnut latte with oat milk and it was SO yummy. The coffee had great flavor and they had oat milk, which is my favorite. The girl who served me was so sweet and it warmed my heart to hear her talking to her dad, also working the shop. Family owned businesses have my heart. Next time I want to try the vanilla bean latte which she said is her fave. 5 stars for everything. This is my new go-to spot. read more
