Very Unprofessional and very bad experience with both Salesman. l ordered a Rolex Sea Dweller from this place over a year ago. The watch finally came in Jason called to let me know. When he called I was out of town on business. When I got back in I went straight to the store with $7000 looking to finance the rest. Jason happen to be on mini vacation, so a sales women name begins with a M helped me and advised me to finance the rest through Synchrony. I filled out the application and the bank was unable to process the application at that time. I waited over a week to get a letter from Synchrony saying that they just needed to verify my identity they approved the loan. I called Liljenquist to confirm I had all the information needed from Synchrony Bank to come and pick up the watch. I give the person my information over the phone and they tell me that my watch is already sold. At this point I'm on total shock. I remember when I initially came in to pick up the watch I asked the sales lady can I put a $7000 deposit down for the watch until Synchrony Bank comes back with the approval and she asked the manager and he said I could not, she said but you don't have to worry your watch will not be sold. Because you've waited so long over a year to receive it we will call you anything changes. I asked to speak to a manager I spoke with Seth and he didn't have a care in the world very nonchalant about this issue trying to rush me off the phone talking about he has other customers to deal with. He even had the nerve to tell me you're going to have a heart attack what's the big deal telling me he will let me know when another watch comes in like I can trust his word after he sold my watch and gave the okay to sell my watch without even calling me as a client to let me know what his intent, atleast giving me the option to pay with my two credit cards or waiting for Synchrony his Finance Company.. He acted as if It didn't matter that I waited over a year to retrieve the watch that I ordered and someone else was just able to walk up in there and buy my watch with no wait. The man has No Courtesy No Kindness No Nothing. He made me feel as though my order and waiting meant nothing as if I was window shopping, I feel profiled against as a African American I'm not afforded the right of courtesy and common communication while waiting on the store preferred bank to fund the rest of the purchase... Bad Business On Every Level and needs to be rectified... I would never recommend anyone to this place. I thought this place was reputable turns out it's a circus act...A Total Waist of Time! A couple of weeks ago I called the store thirty minutes before closing and Mary answered. She graciously greeted me and took her time to talk about a Rolex I had been in search of for two years! I purchased a unique Rolex Submariner from L&B recently that is indeed very hard to get. My relationship with Sherrelle Osborne and Charlie Waters allowed me to receive this coveted watch much sooner than I anticipated. What an amazing experience buying out first ever Rolex!
