That's when I was pointed toward authorized retailers, which is how I found Lenkersdorfer and Najia. What a difference. I gave Najia the specs for my watch (which is discontinued), and she quickly tracked down the correct strap at a reasonable price. No runaround, no nonsense, just straight service. Because of that experience, I'll never bother with the Cartier boutique in Tysons again. My loyalty is with Lenkersdorfer moving forward.

My contention was why didnt anyone contact me first to ask if it is ok to charge and repair at cost of $395!!! first he said he made a mistake then accused me of lying about receiving text notification.
