Caits asked if there was any kind of music I would like to listen too as she likes to let the client choose, so their appointment can be as relaxing as possible. Great start to my first booking with her. During my wax she was very friendly and was so easy to communicate with. She educates you a lot about waxing itself. I really appreciate being informed about pre and post care of waxing. I have gotten Brazilian waxes before, but I had never been educated so much about it. I enjoyed learning a lot about it because it prepares me to care for it and have better results. Caits did a great job with my wax! Personally, it's the best wax results I've ever had. She is most definitely a perfectionist and I very much appreciate that. She takes her time and doesn't rush to make sure she gets everything. I'm a plus size woman too, and she helped me feel comfortable and confident when I walked out of her business. I also bought some of her post care oils and exfoliating stuff. They are for the entire body, have great ingredients, are vegan, and are cruelty free! After using the oil so far, it helped very quickly with any soreness or redness too! I have used other products before for Brazilian waxes, and so far these products are the best Ive used. Thank goodness for that!
