Yesterday asked David to please put flowers with the little stone on my big toes matching my fingernails from a diffrent salon..he apparently speaks no English cuz he was filing so hard..I kept waving no no not that please. Then he poured super glue on his finger and tried to put the stone on .I said watch your finger worrying for him and when I looked down???In PAIN HE RIPPED THE SKIN OFF MY BIG MAJOR TOE WITH The SUPERGLUE..Tgst was Stuck to HIS FINGER!! TIP!! A FLAP OF NY TOE MADE FOR CAREKESSNESS !! II KEPT ASKING FOR A BANDADE AS OTHER CUSTOMERS LOOKED ON AT WHAT WAS GOING ON!! 0 STAR- My first time and last time coming here. I just got home from getting my pedicure here at Lily Nails and Spa (10 mins away). The guy rushed my pedicure. I found this nail salon on Yelp. It doesn't have a 5-star, but I figured I should give it a try. After looking at my toes closely, I will NEVER come back. 30 mins quick pedicure. Yes, I timed it because I was concerned about parking since I parked in a location that will tow after an hour. I know, people will say, "Well, you should've checked." My eyes are bad and I have to bend all the way down to look at my toes. I did not do that at the salon because from afar, it looked good. Once I got home, I am upset that I even gave a tip. Never again. It seems like they are just concerned about making sure they get clients in and out of the salon QUICK. I took a video of the guy's work. They told me it's $35. I love my ladies at Lily Nails & Spa. Titi always treat me like a queen as well as Sally (who is currently on vacation). I also like Lily the owner but her tone can be kinda harsh (I think it's just the vietnamese accent tbh) although she's pretty nice if you get to know her more (at the end of the day, it's just business with her). There's currently construction at the front so arrive early. Also, they don't really do appointments. You can call ahead to secure an appointment but expect a 10-15 minute delay. I recommend bringing cash and headphones. They do charge a credit card fee and most of the ladies don't speak a lot of English except for Lily and her daughter in law. I usually listen to a podcast or binge on Netflix. Parking: Street parking (arrive a few minutes early) Price: $ (super affordable for acrylics!) HORRIBLE!! I cantttt! one girl cannot do nails that are NOT crooked!! a couple times I even filed and corrected it myself and if you ask them to correct it they get really bad nasty attitudes. Once the lady with the black hair got mad because every single finger was messed up and I wanted her to fix them. She blocked my number! I only went to her because Lily was on vacation and I didn't know. Last time I went .. I was 4 mins late to my appointment, I even called ahead to tell Lily I was running a few minutes behind. She STILL took someone else THEN had me wait for 45 mins and if that wasn't bad enough she over charged me.. mind you this is how they treat a loyal customer of over 2 years. Also when I found this shop I thought it had just opened because of how horribly decorated, dirty, and dingy it looked. But I realized it's because they don't take pride in their work or their work space! NEVER GO HERE trust me if you want quality work that's worth your money go somewhere else!! I went here for a while because it was down the street from my house and cheaper let's be honest. It's a smaller salon and looks outdated, but doesn't change their quality when I've come in. The only downside is that they can get pretty busy, so wait times can be long. IT IS SO BAD, I want to give a ZERO--but thats not possible, so I give it a ONE. This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a salon. I came in for nails and figured I'd get my eyebrows done too -- and I deeply regret that decision. NINA is the one who did both services, and I genuinely have no idea how she's allowed to work on clients. She waxed off HALF of my left eyebrow. Not a clean-up. Not a small mistake. Half of my eyebrow is GONE. And she acted like it was no big deal -- no apology, no accountability, nothing. To make it worse, the wax she used was burning hot, straight from the pot. No temperature check, no care for my skin, just slapped it on. Completely unprofessional and reckless. As for my nails? Rushed, sloppy, and already chipping. The shape was uneven, the polish was messy, and she clearly didn't care about quality at all. On top of all this, I'll be going to las vegas LIKE A COMPLETE TOTAL MESS!! If you want a worthy manicure, go to Tanya's nail & spa (a place where they actually consider their clients) I walked out of that salon with ruined brows, bad nails, and zero respect for this place. Could give zero stars if I could! I went in to get a manicure and I got it done with the other person in charge while Lili was out for vacation. She was rude and paid no attention to the work she was doing. She was on her phone the whole time and not just a regular call she was on FaceTime with someone. She was literally finished within minutes I was charged 30 dollars and all she did was paint my nails, I could have done that my self nothing else was done! First time coming here. I needed to find a new place quick because my last nail lady cancelled on me. Really had high hopes for this place because the pictures looked nice and they accepted walk-ins. The moment I enter the store, the lady looks to be in a bad mood. She's straight to the point which I don't mind but she did not want to seem to help me with my design after I showed her a picture. Essentially, they can only do the most basic colors and no designs. Come to the point where she starts doing my nails, she asks me how long I would like them and I signal my desired length before she was about to cut. But she cuts 1-2 cm shorter instead... On top of the initial negative interaction, she ended up not giving me what I wanted. I expressed to her that I asked for them to be a little longer and she said "okay, I can do them another time." She rushes to get them all off and then she starts speaking in Vietnamese to her coworkers about how she "didn't know what I wanted." Confused at this point because I thought she was just going to redo them, she tells me "I have an appointment with someone else" when it had only been 10 minutes so I'm speculating that she just didn't want to do them which is totally in her right to refuse service. Super disappointed by this experience. Left me feeling horrible. Do not come here if you are a newcomer because it looks like she only treats her regulars nicely. read more

This place is the reason why I am going to start doing my nails at home. If the staff would just be a little nicer it would make up for the shitty service and pricing. First off, when I got in there and was still deciding what I wanted the lady treated me like I was literally dumb and every question I asked her she would say NO. Oh can I get pink and white? Also SHE TOOK FOREVER because she sets up her phone on TIKTOK LIVE (she did this last time too) and talks to the people and stops to read her phone. Please stop doing this or at least if your going to don't be distracted by your phone and actually do your job. I'm not there to have my nails take longer just because you have to stream it. Third, I think they raised their prices. I literally got a POLISH CHANGE for $20. But a pedicure is $25??? I was f*cking pissed because I would have just paid an extra $5 to get a full on pedicure but instead I paid $20 for what?!?! He literally clipped my nails and painted my toes. That's it. Also the price for the acrylics is ridiculous. I got a gel manicure with tips and it was $40 but she said if I do French (they just put the white tip with gel) then it's another $10.. I then asked if she could just do pink powder and she said it would be $10 more... how does that make sense?? She put a white powder for my gel manicure but she couldn't switch to pink instead she would have to charge $10 more?? Make it make sense. So instead of me paying what I thought would be a good price, she scammed me and made me pay $60 for a gel manicure and polish change. I was assuming the polish change would be $12 MAX. Idk I wanted to like this place but the service, price, and way they treat you is just not it. I swear they make up their own pricing too. Here's a word to you TIKTOK LADY- GET BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE. Treat your customers nicely and don't scald at them and look at them like their an idiot for asking you a question. You are so rude! I just went to Lily's to get my grad nails done and i've been there 3-4 times but this time was by far my favorite! I had Thao and she did such an amazing job on my nails [thank you again if you are reading this!!] They're the most unique that I have gotten from here and she did not disappoint! She replicated the image I showed her and they're glittery and beautiful, I can't stop staring at them. I paid $55 for them, not including tip:) Usually I get a bit hesitant going to Lily's with crazy designs but these turned out amazing! Hope this gives anyone else inspiration! Only thing I would mainly say is a con is that when they cut your nails initially it may be uneven so in the translucent middle finger you can see how my real nail is cut harshly.
