So she did my toes, I got regular polish, even though she was not accurate on coloring the full Nail I figured whatever I could just remove the polish later. I left and came back to do a gel manicure however I did have gel X nails, she charged me $10 to remove on top of the manicure however, when I realized that she was not able to take off fully what I previously had, I told her I would just rather do a regular manicure no gel, so she charged me $30 total. $20 for a manicure and $10 for the removal of the gelx however, she did not remove it completely. Again, she was not accurate with the nail polish, which caused the paint to be uneven, cakey and just horrible. I told her that I would want a different color, but she refused to remove the color she claimed she did her "job". I had chosen a mustard color to begin with, and if I would've known, she wasn't able to take off completely the gelx I had then I would've gone with something different like sparkles.

I was in there for about 2 1/2 - 3 hrs, which I would say is pretty fast for gel x nails (with design and jewels), gel toes (French tip), and a full set volume lash. The price was fairly decent, I paid, if I'm remembering correctly, $230 for all services! These are lashes and nail growth about 5 days after service, I had been in and out of pools, oceans, and plenty showers at this point. And for starting said activities just the day after getting my lashes done, I'd say they held up pretty well! Very pleased, 10/10 recommend!!

My daughter came in for a full acrylic set with a clear reference photo of what she wanted. Instead of being guided or advised, she was repeatedly pressured into a design she explicitly said she did not want. When she asked for smaller gems, she was told "no" multiple times. The final result looks nothing like the reference photo she brought in. The execution is uneven, bulky, and novice in quality, yet she was charged $90, which is well above the San Diego average for this level of work. The pricing reflects expert-level craftsmanship; the result does not. To make matters worse, she was also charged an additional $3 ATM fee, which was not disclosed upfront. This experience felt like a young client being talked over, upsold, and overcharged without regard for consent or satisfaction. That is not acceptable. I hope the owners take this feedback seriously, especially when servicing younger clients who may feel uncomfortable advocating for themselves. I will be going to The Little Nail Shop in Mission Valley to have the work repaired tomorrow. Casper always makes sure the work is done to the client's satisfaction.

No matter what design, color combination, or random inspiration photo I bring her, she executes it flawlessly every single time. I've attached a few photos of some of the sets she's done for me over the past year because her work really speaks for itself. One thing that always impresses me is how healthy my natural nails have stayed. These are my real nails, and I only get gel manicures, so I can't personally speak to acrylics or some of the other nail services they offer. What I can say is that my nails consistently look amazing, last well, and receive compliments all the time. I've also had pedicures here and they've always done a great job. I don't have one specific technician I regularly see for those, but I've never had a bad experience

I've gotten a handful for nail tech but unfortunately never got any of their names . The salon itself is pretty spacious and clean ! Each time I'm left satisfied and relaxed n never had a moment where I felt they trimming my nails too short or scrubbing too hard . Although I will say I always ask for a milky white color , and with that color it often requires multiple top coats . But on multiple occurrences I've had the nail tech visibly get annoyed / try to get me to do a more harsh white , which can get kind of frustrating. Some nail techs are more willing to go that extra step , which I do appreciate. Other than that , I'll be a returning customer .

She STILL took someone else THEN had me wait for 45 mins and if that wasn't bad enough she over charged me.. mind you this is how they treat a loyal customer of over 2 years. Also when I found this shop I thought it had just opened because of how horribly decorated, dirty, and dingy it looked. But I realized it's because they don't take pride in their work or their work space! NEVER GO HERE trust me if you want quality work that's worth your money go somewhere else!! I went here for a while because it was down the street from my house and cheaper let's be honest. But their horrible attitudes, lack of attention to detail, and lack of cleanliness makes it sooooo not worth it.
