After my last experience, I will never return. I was a loyal client for almost a year and had my designated nail tech lady. I booked an appointment weeks in advance, only to come in and the front desk telling me she never arrived and she called me. She never called and I questioned her which she later shrugged off because they never attempted to reach out. Peeved, I wasn't going to come back another day and was open to trying another person. The tech who had me drilled so hard, she cut and made me bleed. Of course, I was startled and reacted, absolutely mentioning she was not careful. The place is spacious with a good amount of stations. The service is great as soon as you walk in. I did not have an appointment and they were able to accommodate me. I was assigned to Lynn T for a full set with french tips. Lynn was very patient and good a recommending what would look best. I'm very peculiar about my french tips. I don't like a pink looking base and she got ot just right. I would definitely be back for my fills and to try other services. read more

The nails turned out nice, but the overall experience didn't quite match the price. It was more expensive than I expected, and I was also required to pay a deposit before my appointment--which didn't make much sense since I still ended up waiting after I arrived. If you're going to require deposits, appointments should be running on time. The quality of the work was good, but the pricing and wait time made the experience less enjoyable. read more

Would rate 0 stars if possible. The service was terrible from booking and during the appointment. It's odd you book it online, then they call you and ask you to venmo 20$ for a deposit. I made an appointment for 3 people and they told me to only put down 20$ but I clarified with them it was for 3 and so they made me venmo 60$. I also confirmed it was for 1 mani, 1 pedi, and 1 mani/pedi. We get to the salon and they apparently didnt have our appointments saved. We started 10 min past the hour. I was the one who wanted the mani and pedi. I was confused when my pedi started but noone was assisting with the mani and i even asked the one doing my pedi and she seemed confused to. My pedi is almost done in 45 min and no start to my mani. Must add on that the lady who did my pedi wasnt able to paint my toenails and someone else had to tag in for that? So an hour in and my friends' appointments are close to being done so i already know they now have to wait for my mani because it did not start yet. The girl doing my friend's pedi is going to do my mani... how inefficient. For the mani, i showed two ladies my inspo pic and they ok. We start the service and when she's doing my nails im like thats not what i wanted so i re-show the photo and she says it's not possible. Why did she and another lady both say it was possible?? These were supposed to be my engagement photo nails also. No time to go somewhere else to get them re-done so I DID NOT get the nails i wanted for this special photo shoot along with at least an hour of wasted time. Terrible management and mediocre service. I have been here four times before and usually request more complex nail art. This salon is capable of absolutely beautiful work, and in the past my nails have closely matched the reference photos. However, because I was the last appointment of the day at 5:30, the service felt rushed this time. I brought in a reference photo, and while the general color palette was similar, the final result did not closely match the inspiration. The marble effect looked more uneven and muddled than the soft, blended look shown in the reference, and the gold accents felt less intentional. Given that this salon is capable of detailed nail art, this result was disappointing. Also, the cuticles were not pushed back or trimmed, which made the nails look grown out immediately. The photos provided were taken the same day, yet the set already looks a week old. The space itself is beautiful, with luxury pedicure chairs and white marble throughout. Unfortunately, the pedicure experience did not match the setting. The massage portion consisted mainly of lotion being applied to my shins, and the callus remover was applied and then immediately rinsed off in the water. The actual removal took only about five to six seconds. While I do not have heavy calluses, the exfoliation was not done thoroughly or in the right areas, and there is still noticeable buildup. I really want to love this place and continue coming back, as their nail art quality can be excellent. That said, I may need to find a salon that either charges more for more detailed pedicure services or offers later appointments to avoid feeling rushed. read more

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This salon has absolutely no respect for its customers' time. They are habitually late for appointments, yet they expect you to show up on time and require a $20 deposit to book!!!!. The irony is unbelievable. They have no problem making you sit and wait while they run behind, but don't expect the same courtesy if you're the one who's late. Oh & it's my fault the idiot at the front texted the wrong number the 3rd time THEY ran late. The biggest red flag is that they ask customers to send the deposit through Venmo and specifically tell you not to write that it's for nail services. That alone should make people question what's going on. It's incredibly shady and unprofessional. To make matters worse, the woman at the front desk is one of the rudest people I've ever dealt with. She's dismissive, unfriendly, and acts like customers are an inconvenience. Customer service clearly isn't a priority here. There are too many great nail salons out there to waste your money and time on one that doesn't value either. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that treats people with honesty, professionalism, and basic respect. I will never be back and would never recommend this salon to anyone. Sucks because the one girl I found worth making an appointment for I will no longer see. read more

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I felt compelled to leave one after accompanying my friend to this appointment. Unfortunately, this was not her first bad experience with Lynn. I had previously gone to Lynn and received poor quality work, including crooked nails and uneven polish, so I decided to give her another chance and deeply regretted it. During this appointment, my friend was cut twice, and her nails once again came out crooked and uneven. Chrome was also added to her nails even though she never asked for it. The customer service was just as upsetting. Lynn appeared to be talking about us and pointing at us to her co-workers right in front of our faces, which felt incredibly rude and unprofessional. At one point, she spilled polish on my friend's finger and then seemed irritated with her, despite it being entirely her own mistake. I do want to note that I had a wonderful experience with my technician. My nails came out beautifully, and the customer service I received was excellent. My issue is not with the salon as a whole, but specifically with my experience witnessing how Lynn treated my friend and the quality of work she received. Overall, I left feeling uncomfortable watching my friend be treated this way and disappointed that, after giving the same technician a second chance, she received the same poor results. I requested an appointment to get my nails done with Rita, I saw she had been name dropped a couple times and when I saw pictures of her designs, I thought they looked beautiful. I was excited to get it done and this was before a trip to Cabo for spring break, so I had been looking forward to this. I made an appointment and gave them a deposit. All was going well... While I was getting my nails done (acrylic medium length with design) they were BURNING, like BURNING terribly. I have never experienced this amount of pain while getting my nails done. She sprayed alcohol to cool it off (which sort of worked) but I knew something was up, it SHOULD NOT BURN. Fast forward to the end, my nails ended up looking so thick because she had put globs of acrylic on my nails. Mind you, I paid $165 without tip for the nails and toes, and I honestly could've done it myself at home. My toes genuinely look better shaped when I do it myself, they weren't squared right and some were crooked. Then back to my hands, the acrylic was so THICK and the design was so average, NOT WORTH THE PRICE. I am too scared to go back and get them filed/drilled off because there is a red ring around where the nail ends since she just shaved too much off of my nails, they're now super weak, especially with how much thick acrylic was weighing on them. I'm scared if I go back, they will shave too much off again and hit my actual nail. such an uncomfortable experience, and i also didn't tip because of how many red flags there were. my nails should not be burning, my nail tech should not be saying "its ok its ok" and try to calm me down when im in pain?? so overhyped and i regret going. i wish i had a picture of my toes but they were so unbelievably mid they i didnt even want to photograph them at the time. read more

I've heard such great things about Nail Boss, I just knew I had to try it out for myself. The experience here was calming & relaxing. Brought in my own nail gel since I had an event these nails were for I wanted to make sure the color was perfect. My nail tech didn't talk to me much outside of things regarding my nails. Pedicures start out around $38, & for tips it's either sent through: cash, Venmo or Zelle which seems to be the new standard these days (I had to download Venmo while I was there to tip-didn't know about their tip preferences since it was my first time there). Cute ambiance. Front desk staff was really nice to me. They offer drinks (wine & champagne) but I only saw that because it was on the menu, not necessarily because I was asked if there was something I would like. Overall, super cute nail salon & loved that they got my friend & I in right away with no appointment, we even got to sit close (she was getting a manicure). I got hard gel which I usually do and the polish is already coming off and she did not do any clean up ...... and they're uneven. I've been going here every 3-4 weeks to get pedicures regular polish and basic manicure no polish. Was really happy with this place until today. The tech who did my toes burned my leg with a hot towel. Instinctively pulled my foot away and told her "hot" and she grabbed me right where it was burning to put my foot back down :( very rushed service, she did not seem pleased that I wanted regular polish and not gel. I get it with gel they can get people out the door faster but don't agree to do a regular polish if you won't allow your customers time for it to dry. I moved to one of the chairs along the windows and they rushed me to check out. At check out my normally $20 manicure was suddenly $28. So you burned me, shove me out the door and tack on an extra $8 last min. So not okay. Won't be returning. read more

I have been going to nail boss for the last few months, as their product is amazing and given in a timely manner too. I usually go to get a tap gel fill on my nails. I've been getting Tap for some time now and my nails have grown to glorious lengths because of it. The sets I I get done allow my nails to grow underneath too which is the best part about gel since it takes a lot of hard work and effort to grow them so long. However, my last visit to nail boss was disappointing. Although my nails look beautiful, the natural nail underneath my gel is obliterated. I will have to take all my gel off next time and cut my nail to the nub and restart my two-year long journey again. My nails have never been drilled so much in a TAP gel appt, but in this one they were. My skin was caught multiple times and a small gauche was drilled in the side of one of my nails. I didn't feel like my nails were being taken care of. I understand that any/all manicures outside of regular polish can damage the nail and its natural health/strength. I have never left with my natural nails being this diminished though. My experience with my tech was also sort of rude and uncomfortable, and made me feel bad.
