I phoned for an appointment; and they said to come right away. The place was busy. Half a dozen employees had customers. But, I was able to start my pedicure within ten minutes. I asked for just the basic $37 toe nail trim. But, I got a treatment that far exceeded a simple nail clip. I feared they would charge me an outrageous price for the "supreme" treatment. Nope. They charged only for a basic pedicure. If your husband or grandfather physically struggles when trying to trim their toe nails, please suggest they visit CB Nail Spa in Knightdale. We had a pedicure reservation set. When we got inside, we waited about 10 minutes before we were taken to a chair. I got the basic pedicure service which included scrub and a hot towel. The lady doing it didn't talk much to me. She just worked on my feet and kept it moving to the next person. I love my bright nail polish. I wanted them to pop & they did. I will never go back. My teenage daughter went in for fill in and design. As we are going home, she is tearful and tells me that she is unhappy with her nails. I told her in the future if she is ever unhappy with a service to speak up. She said that she told the young man that it wasn't the right color but he kept saying it's the color and continued on. I call to the nail salon to let them know. I told them we would come in on Friday to get it corrected since Thursday was Thanksgiving. When we go today, we were told it would be $38 and the best he could do is give 20% off. She paid $70 on Wednesday. Unacceptable!!!!!! We will never go back to this facility. I was visiting my dad in Knightdale and needed to get my nails done. I just took off my acrylics because I couldn't get them done back home before I came up here unexpectedly. My natural nails were super brittle and thin but I walked in and got the hookup! Lina (or Linh I'm so bad with names) was so sweet, took her time to help me get dip powder on my nails so they could be harder than the brittle ones I walked in with. She was so sweet about my nails, color, doing a nice job that I decided to come back and book a pedicure with her and another pedicure for my husband. We got the Diva pedicure which is their most expensive at $55 but it was worth EVEEY SINGLE CENT! It was so incredibly relaxing, the massage was so good, and they really took their time with it and didn't rush anything. We started at 10 and finished by 11:30. So amazing. Was in the salon for 2 1/2 hours just so that my nails could come out looking like shit and my eyebrows half-assed because she had other clients. I called 2 hours ahead of time for a 12 o'clock appointment and was initially told that i could come back at 5 to get my nails fixed after i told Hope that it was messed up all she told me to do was go pay. Not the best experience. I sat down and there was an almost dead roach beside the chair. I never saw the manicurist wash her hands. As I was being serviced, I saw another employee in the back folding clean towels and sneezed all over them. Furthermore, the nail filer and buffer were used. I tried twice. I really did. It's close to my house so I had high hopes. First time I went, the set looked ok, a bit uneven but not crazy bad. Some missed sides of nails and 2 obviously longer than others. Lost a whole nail and then another 1/2 nail a week in. 5 days actually. That's never happened to me and I've gotten tons of sets. Went back to see if it's a fluke for this last set cause I didn't have a lot of time. Got a new full gel set. First polish wouldn't set under the light. Came out wavy and still wet to the touch after several attempts. Tech apologized for the bad polish and started to redo my color. Sanded wet goopy polish off and got it everywhere. All over my hands and herself and the station. New polish wasn't *as* wavy but still streaky. Unfinished edges. Gunk under the nails, didn't proper clean up the first mess so now it looks like a toddler did my nails. I'll be driving out for my next set unfortunately. Will say that everyone was friendly and apologetic about the issues. But I have high expectations when I pay 100$ for a set and a toe color change. Photos taken 3 hours after I got them done...I hate when I have to give a bad review but I'm doing it for y'all!! Lol read more

I went to CB Nails on Saturday (3/26) and loved the atmosphere here. They were playing worship music and I was excited to be in such a facility that seemed to have a great ambiance of professionalism. Unfortunately my nail polish cracked the same day. I got dip powder and he put a gel overlay on top. I had a show to do that night so I couldn't come back and then I had a funeral to help with and attend... seems I have had those back to back. In that 6 days time, 3 nails broke or cracked on the same hand. I neglected to mention that it was busy on that Saturday that I originally went, and the last part of my service with the gel overlay was rushed. I came last night at 6:25p to get them fixed, but they told me to come tomorrow (today) bc they closed at 7p. Ok. So, I came back today and they said I'd have to pay $10 to fix the nails on that one rushed hand that were having problems. It was 3 nails. He "fixed" 2 and left the other for some reason. I told them prior to my service, yes I have $10, but I don't think I should have to pay for being rushed when the proof is in the pudding. I asked to speak to an owner or manager. Some young woman who should not be in a "leadership" position comes over and I explain to her the situation very calmly. She already had an attitude walking over for some reason. I repeated the scenario and that a customer shouldn't have to pay for errors on the part of the tech, and pointed out that he didn't even fix the 3rd nail..and the 2 that he did, 1 of them was already messed up. I tried to show her, but she and a few others got rude saying things like "We don't need your money. Just go." "You shouldn't have come here then." Like, really?!! I said, "This is how you allow your staff to speak to people? I am calm, not loud, with no attitude, and explaining the situation from a business owner to a "leader" and this is the treatment I receive? It is not about the $10. I tipped him $10 when I came last week. It is about the fact that there's no accountability for the error on your part and if anyone is inconvenienced, I am inconvenienced to have to come back." No apology. Nothing." If you ever have a problem, just know this is the treatment you may receive here, treatment which I have NEVER experienced in my life. I am one of those people that tries to be fair. This behavior was undeserved and unprofessional. read more

If I could give this place a 0 I would. First of all my nails looked mediocre at best when I left. Let it go because I'm new to town and figured it would be fine until I found another place. My acrylic set is lumpy, uneven and one broke off after 4 days. Then one of them ripped COMPLETELY off. Not to mention the gel polish that I paid extra four is already chipped. FOUR DAYS. When I went in to speak to the manager about a refund she was no where to be found. When she finally showed up she said she would fix two of my nails. I paid $50 and tipped well over 35%. When I told her I did not trust her or her employees touching my nails and I wanted my money back, she proceeded to tell me that it was "illegal" to give me a refund. Rude. Unprofessional. And not at ALL worth the money. Please do yourself a favor and RUN don't walk away from this place. read more

I was extremely impressed as soon as I walked in how friendly and CLEAN everything was also noticed employees cleaning very thoroughly. I was a walk in I only waited a few minutes and I had LISA! She was incredible!!!! I haven't had a pedi since before Covid in March and she did an amazing job!!! She is very sweet and does AMAZING massage! I ended up adding extra 45 min bc I was so relaxed. They had a problem with my bringing my Infant daughter with me, they told me they would not provide services as long as I had my infant with me, mind you they were sleeping and covered in a car seat. I was advised to LEAVE MY INFANT if I wanted their services. I don't know about you all but I will not be returning!!! Who tells a paying customer they are not welcome for bringing along a sleeping child! They'd rather me leave my infant alone then bring them with me!!! I went today to CB Nails and Judy was my technician. She is just lovely, very friendly and did a wonderful job. I am very picky, and Judy was extremely patient and accommodating in every way. She took her time and was very gentle which is important to me. My son is getting married and I wanted something special done, so I decided on an ombre French.
