Great experience! I got a pedicure done and lily went above and beyond to make sure my feet got some TLC. I am a runner and my feet needed a lot of love and it turned out great. The vibe was chill, as lily is the only worker. High recommend to call and make an appointment ahead of time. I will be back!

It was relatively slow. I had a pedicure and manicure done before my wedding though I did not disclose what it was for. The tech that did my feet was nice but I Lily herself did my nails. I showed a reference picture and asked for it on my natural nails and she said yes. I looks nothing like the picture I showed. She was also standing the entire time she was doing my nails across the table. It was weird

I'm very sad to write this review but damaging the nail natural nail isn't okay :( Lily is very sweet and does her best to accommodate what the client wants. Unfortunately, she needs to learn how to use her tools safely. She filed the side of multiple natural nails off to the skin (pictures included). This was a first time visit for an acrylic fill. I hope she learns to correct this from happening to anyone else. Take care.

$40 w/o tip for gel pedi. I called around 2ish on a Tuesday and asked if she could take me in 10 minutes, which she could. I picked a sparkly purple gel and she suggested layering 2 different shades of sparkly purple, which I ended up loving. I asked if she also had time for a gel mani - she didn't, but suggested coming earlier in the day in the event I'd like both done. Nice calming music while she worked, I parked in the neighborhood but saw a spot on the street right in front as I was walking up, so don't think parking's an issue here. She takes card, though I suggest bringing cash for tip (though there is an option when signing to add it). I wish she offered dip powder for manicures but overall I will definitely return.

I love this matte black set! Lily does an AMAZING job applying color. Seriously thorough. Some of the cleanest work on a simple, abstract matte black set. Highly recommend. Her shop is so cute with relaxing music and comfortable spaces.

OK ... so here's the truth, i was hesitating to write this review, because i don't want everyone to go there and then i can't get an appointment :) BUT I have to rave about how great this place is! I can't be too selfish, i guess. I found this place a little over a month ago and I've been back every 2 weeks ever since. Lily is amazing! Not only does she do a great job, but she's also super sweet and friendly. We chat all through my appointments! Then she leaves me looking at my nails all day long because i love them so much. The shop is super cute and clean. I love the decor and very welcoming feeling. On top of all this, their prices are super reasonable! Best I've seen in the area. My new nail shop....i'm here to stay :)

Did a walk in - sorta- Came here Saturday morning at 9:45am and they took me in. Ps!! They open at 10am. She informed me she'd first get my pedicure out of the way since she had an appointment aft 10:15am and I'd wait to do my manicure. Luckily enough the 10am cancelled and I got both mani n pedi. Lily and Li were very professional, courteous and fast but in a I'll get your nails right kindA way. I've been loyal customer to my previous nail lady but she's remained inconsistent when it comes to the shape of my nails. Looking forward to coming to Lily's moving forward. Let me first start off by saying the ambiance was so soothing and relaxing. The spa music was the perfect touch and immediately put me at ease. I am so glad I found Lily. She was very friendly and listened to exactly what I wanted. Her service was amazing. She took her time and did not rush my service even when her next client arrived. She was so careful and considerate of a really bad cut I had on one of my fingers. She was gentle and did not file off my skin. She asked me to show her a picture of the design I wanted, and she carefully and successfully completed the task. Even when she slightly made an error, she took time to do it over without being asked and didn't try to cover it up and keep going. I really appreciated her attention to detail. I will certainly return.

Had an appt at 5 for 2 pedicures and a gel color change. Arrived a few minutes before appt time, waited for 20 minutes and asked when will we be helped. The lady said you can sit here and I start the water for you. We sat in the chair no one ran the water for us. There were only 2 ladies working. So the other lady finished with a clients pedicure and I thought great they're finally gonna start on us. Nope. She went and started on the other clients kid pedicure. And the First Lady went and started to take off acrylics for another client! Smh! At this point we just got up and left. Understaffed and overbooked. Horrible. Wanted to love this spot because it's literally a block from home. But will not be returning! read more

Lily is really sweet and nice and I can tell that she really cares and wants you to leave happy. My issue is that she can get busy and be overbooked and sometimes the work is rushed. Also I've came in before for 2 pedicures and I did not like the service I received. Lily doesn't do the pedicures, the older lady does. The older lady to me does a very lazy job at nails and it can be very frustrating and disappointing since I come in for a nice relaxing good service. The last time I came I got a beautiful french tip by Lily and the older lady did a white gel on my feet and I had to tell her to do them over again because they were so sloppy and she tried to dismiss it by telling me that white is always sloppy. Lily overheard my frustration and came in to save me. She took off the older lady's work and did them herself in the middle of having another customer. They came out 100% better and I'm very thankful for that! She definitely needs a better pedicure employee and just more employees in general to help her out because she is getting very popular. Thank you Lily for making sure I left satisfied!!! You are the best!!!! read more

I love my nails! Lily personally did both my mothers and my nails and they turned out spectacular. She made sure how she was doing my acrylics was what I wanted and took excellent care of us. Lily told me to come back and she will take care of me again, even giving me her card telling me I can request her specifically. I would definitely recommend this shop to my friends! read more

Best pedicure massage EVER! I made an appointment same day and Lily was able to fit me in. The salon was really clean and quiet. My pedicure was about an hour and the massage was so, so nice. And the price is super reasonable (classic pedicure with nail shaping, clean up, exfoliation, massage, and polish = $20). I'll definitely be going back to Lily's for pedicures and manicures. read more

I've been going to a lot of nail shops and every time I show them an specific picture it seems like they can't do it. I came across this beautiful nail shop the other day and I met Lily the nail tech in there I showed her a picture and she didn't even refuse to not do it or say she couldn't do it, what I loved about her is that she TRIED to what I was showing her. Overall what I'm trying to say is that I highly recommend this place. This my second time going there and I can say I finally found the correct nail shop to go to. I got a full set and a pedicure, let me just say I'm very happy with everything. Lily was welcoming, she took her time. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did it just like it. I've been here one time and Lily is great at what she does she's very detailed when it comes to painting your nails but the second time I went there will make it the last time I step in there. I get that new businesses want customers but that doesn't mean you say yes to anyone that is trying to make an appointment even if you are fully booked for the day. My first time I could tell she purposely overbooks to get her clients because three people came in as SHE WAS DOING MY NAILS and she said yes to ALL THREE OF them within a one hour time span. It takes at least one hour to do a set of nails. I was almost willing for her to rush through my nails so that she can take her other customers which is very uncomfortable to sit through. So my second time calling I made sure she was free giving her two days to choose from and she confirmed she would be free so I went in and immediately I got questionable looks from Lily and her employee who by the way has some sort of attitude problem. She looked at her employee and her employee shrugged and laughed. I immediately knew she either forgot my appointment or booked someone else in which was apparently the case. She kept asking what I was doing there or when I called and I literally got up and said I called at 2pm for my 5pm appointment and I said "So you overbooked again." Her client that she was working on turned around laughed and said "Yup." So I turned around and left. Mind you, I don't live too far so I would be a lot more pissed but this is not how you do business. Retain the customers you have and DON'T try to get everyone in there. If you can stand waiting and possibly get denied after you made an appointment by all means but my time is too precious for that. read more

I broke my ankle a couple of weeks ago and badly needed a pedicure. I called last minute and they did a wonderful job pampering my feet. They are a new business, so I feel like I lucked out on finding a simple and friendly place. If you are into ambiance, this isn't the place. Straightforward good service? I just moved to east bay and came across Lilys Nails on Google maps. Now I love Lily, this is my second time here and she has succeeded again at doing such a great job. My first time I came in with a dead nail, I slammed my hand in a car door and my nail came off. She fixed it and made it look so natural. She takes her time with your nails and if she has time even throws in a little massage. She has great conversation and a bubbly personality. I will be a regular! Warm and Welcoming Spot I recently checked out Lily's Nails on International, and it turned out to be a pretty nice spot. Parking was easy--just snag a spot on the street. Lily keeps things tidy in her shop, and what I liked most was her professional yet friendly vibe. You can tell she's seasoned in this business, but not in a jaded way; she just knows how to make you feel comfortable. As I was heading out, she hit me with a "see you next time," which left a good impression. The only hiccup for me was the unexpected bill; didn't quite budget for that, so tipping was a bit tight. But hey, I get it--prices today are what they are, and she's got bills to pay. I only went in for an eyebrow wax ($15), not the whole mani-pedi deal ($50), but the shop has a few chairs, a small waiting area, and I figure there's a team of technicians. Lily was holding it down solo the day I went, but it was a low-key weekday, so no biggie. All in all, Lily's Nails is a solid choice for the friendly atmosphere and pro service. This is a really cute place. They always take me in last minute. Really friendly. I would recommend it.
