Later that week I attended a wedding and people said my skin was "glowing" and "radiant." I came back and got a mix of IPL and Clear + Brilliant. Again, Jen did great. I wasn't too red afterwards and the next day my boyfriend commented that my skin looked more "youthful." In the future, I'd schedule the Lumena special where Jen customizes treatment based on your skin's needs. 10/10 recommend. Lies and says she is sick when she isn't or doesn't want to see a client. Or blames the receptionist for her mistake. Have heard a lot of stories of "sensitive" receptionists because she makes them cry. She shouldn't be allowed to run a business I wouldn't trust her to do anything on me.
