Pizza crust was burnt on the bottom, cheese? what there was of it was in the centre of the pizza, leaving the rest (4-5 ")bare with a few splotches of sauce. the only topping there was a proper amount of was onions. I love their pizza, but every time I come here there's always something not quite right. You order a pizza and they are out of a couple of toppings. Today their soda machine was "out of bubbles." They gave us flat soda for free, not sure if that's a good thing or not. Only two groups are here but we are all sitting without food. They need more staff! read more

Definitely recommend this place for students living nearby or anyone else in general. The pizza was so good, everything was cooked to perfection and I loved it so much. The fried potatoes (Nanjos to be exact) were so flavorful and crispy and everything is just overall fantastic! The service was fantastic and all of our food came out pretty quickly. The owner is a lovely guy who took our order and even came out and greeted us after we finished eating. Totally coming back here again. read more

Lily's pizza wasn't too bad. We went dine-in for lunch. The workers were friendly and greeted and seated us immediately. Seats were kinda worn out--but they said they're revamping the place. We ordered a medium supreme-type pizza and it arrived in good time. They even gave us a complimentary side dish! They had TV screens turned on and were kinda loud for the 2 parties/4 customers who were seated there. Overall, I was satisfied with the pizza, but I felt it needed more flavor. Solid pizza joint and sports bar plus sit down restaurant side to it. Huge TV sets in bar area for games. Just opened up again a month ago after 7 month COVID-19 shut down. Never been here before this vist but it seems they have not lost a step at all. Lots of people coming in for take out orders. The Margherita pizza is huge even as a small sized pie. It's absolutely delicious also! The one of a kind fried and seasoned potato skins (nanjos) are awesome as well either classic style or Buffalo style. Service is fast, food is good, owner Nando is way cool as well. Gotta meet this guy! I'll be back here for great day sports for sure with the big bar area, high tables and new TV sets. Been wanting to try this place for a while, and was sadly disappointed. Pizza was really dry. Hardly any sauce on it. Cheese was rubbery. Crust was dry, and tough. I stopped eating it halfway through the first slice, because it was cutting the roof of my mouth, and had TONS of crumbs underneath it. The person taking our order couldn't figure out how to add jalapeños to our pepperoni pizza at the register, but said he'd just add it as a side on our ticket, but put them on the pizza. He didn't. He was very busy, and it looked like only 1 other person was there helping him. We spent lots of time waiting for things like the side of jalapeños (because he forgot to put on the pizza), utensils, a box, etc.. we were patient though, since we saw it was only him and another guy. The "nanjos" were ok. Nothing to write home about. The wings were really fatty. They had gobs of fat on them! I worried for the poor birds when they were alive! Ketchup was too sweet. I don't know what brand it was... but it wasn't good. The ranch too. Was very bland. Best part of the meal was the Dr. Pepper I drank, and the kids got to play arcade games. read more

We went at 7 pm - the person at the counter was not friendly and kept rushing us even though we said it would be a bit. We were new to this restaurant. We should have left for that and they had just burned something. There was no ice and the lady there said there wasn't any more?‍. No ice tea. One of us got ice. We ordered a pizza and nanjo's. The nanjo's were great. The pizza was mushy, no crisp crust at all. Just mushy. Atmosphere was old and dingy. Less than adequate customer service, bad pizza and we won't choose to spend $50. here again. I didn't take pictures. read more

I rarely leave a 1 star review, but I felt that it was warranted in this case. Two months ago I ordered Lily's Pizza through favor. I was quoted a price and the pizza ended up being over $6 more, for just the pizza. I understand that food prices have increased and that the price of items on the menu need to be increased. What I find unacceptable is to post prices on your delivery partners website, and then charge you nearly double for the same item. I called to complain about this back in early February (February 4th). They apologized and said that the owner needed to make the changes and that they would work on that promptly. Well, I ordered the exact same pizza today (April 9th). I was quoted a price, ordered the pizza and then was charged well over that price. This is deceitful and shouldn't be allowed. If you want to charge more for your product, fine. But, don't then charge your customer a different price, once they have provided their payment method. This is the last time that I order from this establishment and I caution anyone else that is thinking of ordering from them. read more

It's a shame a place with good food is completely ruined by lazy service. Waiters all sat at the bar area talking and on their phones while our drinks were empty for 20 mins. Got rushed while eating our food that was messed up because the waiter(bekim zeka) fails to listen while taking orders. Overhead a phone order 30 mins before they closed and the cook yelled from the back "no more orders we close at 9" would not recommend after the awful service we had. Horrible horrible experience! They have changed owners and the new ones DO NOT CARE!!!! I ordered spaghetti and meatballs, the meatballs are mixed pork and beef. The first ones were raw, then it took 30 minutes to get new ones which were smaller and also raw. We were there all of two hours for mozzarella sticks, a ravioli plate that only had two raviolis in it, and the terrible meatballs. Also they burned the toast!! We called in for a pick up order. An order of Buffalo Nanjos with Ranch on the side and a regular order of Nanjos. The lady I spoke with was nice but she made it way more difficult than it needed to be! She stated that the order would be ready in 20 min for pickup. We arrived, my husband went in and waited for a total of 50 min and the order was wrong! There was ranch all over the Nanjos. My husband mentioned this and the guy said " you don't have to take them!" My husband said " I've already paid for them!" The guys response was " I'll can give you your money back." No apology, no, let me get you another one. Nothing! BTW...this was after my husband asked twice about the order being ready. There were other people waiting and some of there orders were wrong as well. The customer service was awful. He was not greeted when he walked in and employees were walking around with no clear direction on what was going on. We want to support small businesses in San Angelo but this type of customer service does not encourage customers to return! read more

I wouldn't give it a star if possible. The waiter kept forgetting what we ordered, we had to keep telling him what we want because he'd forget even though he was writing something down. When the food came out an item was completely wrong and wrong dish, and the pizza came out cold. Then when the bill came out wrong and then when it came out supposedly right they charged us a fee for using a credit card to pay. It's really sad the old owners sold the restaurant, because this was terrible and don't plan to ever come back. I don't blame the waiter, and I feel sorry for him, he seemed young and inexperienced, I blame management, the owner just walked around on his phone and didn't bother to check up on us. I've been to Lily's a few times before the new owners and I've never had an issue. The pizzas were good, service was fast, and the owner seemed to enjoy helping customers and his employees in all the aspects of the job. Just as an owner should. Fast forward to today and under new ownership and management, the service is lacking and the owner isn't even on the premises. I wish I could say the food is good, but even with the restaurant only 20-25% at capacity, it took 5minutes to get served. I'll just say it this way, it wasn't even remotely busy and it appeared the entire kitchen staff was working. I showed up at 12:05 for my lunch hour. So at 12:10 I ordered my food. I ordered a Caesar salad with chicken and some cheese sticks. My coworkers had both ordered Chicken Alfredo. At 12:45 one order of Alfredo was brought out. It was becoming evident we wouldn't be able to finish our meal in the allotted hour we get for lunch. So, I walked up to our waitress and asked if the remaining food to be brought out could be done so in to-go containers. I happened to notice my salad and the second Alfredo dish just sitting there behind our waitress. I return to the table and 3 minutes later she brings my salad and the second Alfredo in to-go containers and brings a 3rd container for the 1st Alfredo. No cheese sticks. When I asked her about my cheese sticks, she shrugged her shoulders and said, "I don't know what happened to them so I took them off your ticket". Now I have a wilted salad with cold chicken, and no cheese sticks. I left the salad on the table and walked out. I am very displeased with the place now that ownership has changed. This is completely unacceptable. I had to find a lunch somewhere else and get back to work. I will likely never return and offer this advise to anyone I can. Stay away. TLDR: Took 40 minutes to get half my order. (Salad and cheese sticks, only got my salad). On a non busy work week at noon. Never returning. read more
