The prime beef tenderloin was great and of high quality. The Brussels sprouts side with honey, bacon Lardon, and sliced jalapeños were a great choice. The cheesecake dessert with strawberry sauce was a great finish to a fantastic meal. We were told the peach burrata salad was a top pick, unfortunately they were out of Fredericksburg peaches during our visit.
