I wanted my grandparents to experience an escape room for the first time. We did the bank heist and had so much fun. It was just the 4 of us and we were successful in our mission. The details were nice and my grandparents had lots of fun.

We visited Limitless Escape Games for a corporate event and it was such a great time! The employees were so kind, and the rooms were really challenging. My group was a part of the "Wizard School" room. I was really impressed by how creative the room was and all the cool little knick-knacks it had. I'd recommend this room since it had so much variety when it came to puzzles! I'd highly suggest looking on Groupon for the best deals! Our group had about 7-8 people, and I'd probably say having 4-5 people would be ideal for all of the participants to have the opportunity to be involved. Book online on their website, it seems like that's the most convenient way to do it!

Let the games begin!!! This was my first time coming to an escape room and honestly I was a bit apprehensive. Not because of COVID since they don't allow strangers to join in but because I'd never done one before. This was reflected when we were led into the room by a Game Master and given instructions. Yeah, where the heck do you start. We went to the Wizarding School room and I can tell you that despite my apprehension, it was so much fun! They allow 10 people in a room but we just had 4 as we were celebrating my friend's birthday at a smaller level this year. Before you enter the storefront, you need to fill out a waiver form via a QR code on a sandwich board out front. After you have each filled one out and if your whole party is there, you will call their business number listed on the board to let them know you're there and someone will direct you inside. Additionally, parking was easy to find on a Saturday afternoon as they have their own private lot. There is also a gender neutral restroom you can use prior to the start of your game. They had a clear bin inside the room where we could put purses, backpacks, keys, etc. They have definitely thought the process through and I would definitely recommend it!

This was my first escape room experience ever so the review may be updated later on. That being said we did have a lot of fun. To start the host (Game master?) was very friendly upon arrival. She told us if we needed any clues or anything to just ask the camera and she would provide as needed. Luckily we didn't need anything from her. We did the Pirate themed room. You're given 60 min and we were able to escape after like 29 min. The puzzles weren't that difficult to figure out once we started down the right path for them. A few of them we did just stumble across by pure dumb luck. Overall I thought it was a pretty good time. The difficulty was a little underwhelming overall but I get it because it's geared towards all ages and skill levels. I'll def come back to try the other rooms.

A few weeks after our underwhelming attempt in the Wizard room, one of the Limitless managers replied and agreed to give us a second chance without any additional charge. This time, all puzzles functioned properly and we were able to enjoy a full and fair escape experience. Thank you, Tracy, for letting us redeem ourselves! We also want to thank the engineers of the Wizard room for improving the quality of the puzzles and repairing the previously broken sensors.

Came here on a Sunday for a pre-birthday celebration with a group of 4. We did the Pirate themed room, trying to lift the curse of the Kraken to escape! It was a very immersive experience. The decor and puzzles were great! Ive played many puzzles games, but this was still challenging! You get an extra 5 minutes if you take a photo and tag them! Without doing this, I don't think we would've made it! We needed those extra 5 minutes since we escaped with only 0:57 seconds to spare! So thankful to our clue-master! I wish I got his name, but have I to give a huge Shoutout to him anyway! I had an unforgettable time, and will definitely be back to try other rooms!

My 12 year old celebrated his birthday here and he had an amazing time with his friends! They attempted the bank heist. They were able to solve some puzzles, but didn't escape with the $$. It was great to see them all come out laughing and wanting to come back. It was easy to book the room online. My son and his friends had their own room and their game master was great. I highly recommend Limitless if you love games and puzzles!

It had all of the high notes that I expected (I'm not gonna do any spoiler alerts obviously but if you have done even one escape room, you know what I'm talking about), with a ton of surprises, and very high-quality voice actors for the Scooby-Doo room. It was an hour and if if there had been four of us, we would've been able to access a 15% off coupon but it's totally fine that we paid full price because it's a weekend after all. Things were in very good condition physically and I love the steampunk design aspects of the business itself. There were infinite, unlimited hints that we could access if we wanted. Best of all there were no penalties for using those hints. I would 100% do it again even the same room! Even though we solved everything! Because WOW things rolled by like a blur! One thing I would like to request is their T-shirts that you can buy we're available on the website and also that the T-shirts were available in sizes 3X through 10X. We definitely would've bought some!

The room was AMAZING if you are a fan of Borderlands, but still really fun as a regular escape room if you aren't (2 people in our group didn't really play Borderlands, but still had a wonderful time!). NO SPOILERS, don't worry! The puzzle was considered a 6/10 on the difficulty scale, but we just wanted to have a good time with friends, so that was perfect! We had 4 adults, but I think kids would really like this room too! It starts out a little dark, so using your phone flashlight is DEFINITELY allowed, but the puzzles were so fun, and there were hints everywhere to find, exactly like an escape room should be! My husband and I did the Last Stop room for a date night and it was such a fun way to mix things up from dinner and movie. So I have very mixed feelings about this place. Some things are incredible. Some things are not…read moreso great. I am a member of the "Legends" club. So that to me means it's top of the line membership as indicated by their pricing and what we get. So I feel I should get top notch deals, pricing and service. Turns out, we get the same shaft as the lower club members. Starting with the good, the location is pristine. Nice area with lots of room for kids and adults to mingle and play. The wine is also pretty darn good. Of course there are some better than others but I enjoy most of their wine. The service is also for the most part very good. The waitstaff is very friendly and makes you feel welcome. Their food is also pretty darn good. It's not incredible, and a bit overpriced but it's fine enough. Their wine pricing is also fair (but of course with the highest membership we get the biggest discount). My biggest complaints would be the price gouging and lack of communication. We made arrangements on a Friday to show Sunday with 6 and asked for the "VIP space upgrade to lounge or upstairs Vista Patio Lounge (when available)". They said no problem. When we showed on Sunday they said it was closed with no notice. Just a sorry. OK whatever. We sit inside (6 people and 2 children) and they charge for 2 children a "non drinker" charge of $10 ($5 each). A head count charge for non-drinkers? For children? Total nonsense! I am spending over $1,200 a year here and you want to gouge me for someone's kids? Their tastings are $40 a pop which is really crazy. Our price is waived on this so that's fine but if you are not a member you are paying a lot for a little. The wines do take a bit of time to come and they don't give you a lot. Kind of a bummer waiting for the taste. We ended up with 4 appetizers (sliders $24, Charcuterie $25, Tater Tots $12 and Pretzel Bites with Grilled Sausage $16) 2 bottles of wine and $4.25 for water and the bill was over $250. Oh and top that off, with 6 people, they charge a mandatory 20% on the bill for a tip and are basing that with taxes (as the button default), not the actual sub-total so they are actually getting about 23%. All in all, I am not sure that the cost is worth what you get. I mean we are giving them a lot of money just to be members and then having to pay more and more for anything else that really should be included (like water and kids) makes this place just a bit too over-rated for me. Probably end my club membership in the fall and go someplace that doesn't place money first.
