The restaurant was nice and well decorated, and the food was spot on good. The only negative side was that they sell hookah and let people smoke it where you eat. It's pretty annoying to be sitting there eating and someone wants to think they're a dragon and blow hookah smoke all in your eating space. If they separated the food area from smoking area that would be great. This place is incredible!!!! Best Birria I have ever had in my life! This restaurant is relatively new and I'm sure will boom in Brooklyn. It's beautiful and lavish inside, with alot of tasteful decor. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. And now it's time to rant about the food and drinks. We went on Thursday which is Happy Hour all day. The classic magarita were $5, tasty and got the job done. The chicken wings were nasty but hey they were $1 each, cant complain on that. Went here for first time today based on reviews I've seen on social media from multiple people. However, the food was not good at all! It has absolutely no seasoning, the meat was tough and the nachos were mushy. I added so much salt and hot sauce on my food. 2 bottles to be exact, and it still did nothing to the food. I also ordered guacamole which I asked for spicy and it tasted like I was eating a fresh avocado. The salt didn't even save it. We were a group of 6. Walked in around 6 pm on a weekday. We walked in and no one acknowledged us. We sat ourselves at one of the tables. It wasn't u til about 20 minutes after that one of the waiters came to our table to take our drink orders. Didn't offer or bring us waters or any complementary chips or anything. One of my friends was coughing so we had to flag one of the waiters down to get some waters. There were only two waiters and the place was pretty busy. So one takes your order, then had to go back and make the drinks because there is no bartender or maybe the waiter was the bartender? Not sure. All I know is that they are extremely short staffed. Drinks came back about 30 minutes after. The wait is ridiculous. Also the "large" tables are tiny. I get that this place isn't super big but the tables could've been a tad bit bigger. I really wanted to like this spot because is close to home and who doesn't love good Mexican food but I unfortunately could only give them 2 stars. read more

I have a question, does everyone who is dining there, have to give their credit card and ID to "open a tab" when they order? They took them from us and put them behind the bar. We ordered pizza, fajitas, and juices. I was asked to do so and I've been to dozens of restaurants in Manhattan and Williamsburg and have never been asked to do this. Went for drinks, hookah and food. Hookah took a little work to get right but it lasted until the end of our meal. I got a strawberry mojito and it was the best drink I've had in awhile! We also ordered the guacamole, the birria pizza (absolutely insane, we forgot the leftovers and had our cab turn around so we could get them) and the Al pastor tacos. My first time was a Thursday during happy hour they had $1 wings and $5 drinks margarita and sangrias maybe something else but that's what I went with. I was pleasantly surprised. The passion fruit sangria was really good as were the wings my margarita could have been better. Followed up on Friday for lunch they had a special $12.99 for a drink and a lunch portion entree. I was the only one in there. I ordered 3 drinks and steak with onions rice and refried beans. When I tell you it was delicious it was so flavorful I had a margarita again and two passion fruit sangrias. My ass was in there on Sunday this time for brunch $30.99 for bottomless sangria with a brunch entree I had the steak and eggs with rice and refried beans I know steak two days in a row but it didn't disappoint the pitcher is large too for the sangria after one I was ready to leave but I had at least 5 glasses from it.
