I feel like I've eaten here a hundred times. We always order delivery and I swear you'll never have Chinese delivered so fast! They're pretty good and extremely consistent. Although they did change their Steamed Dumpling recipe recently which was a bummer. They used to be massive and plump pieces of dough filled with their pork mixture. Now they're pretty similar to other local places with a thinner more delicate dough. Still good but not the same. Also, their Lo Mein and Singapore Mei Fun are pretty darn delicious. We decided to order Chinese takeout at work and we were able to order here and have it delivered to us. We ordered the wonton soup and beef and veggie with side of rice and fried rice. I did enjoy the wonton soup, it was very good and the broth was not salty. Generous on the amount of wontons in a large portion. The beef and veggie were good, but I felt like there wasn't much flavor to it or the vegetable fried rice. I would pass on that next time. I've been ordering from here off and on for over 5 years or so. Their food is always flavored well and cooked well unlike sone of the posts I have not had any issues. I would recommend calling ahead and ordering it for pick up because the delivery can sometimes take up to 35 minutes even though I live less than a mile 1/2 from there. read more

The food isn't worth the extremely poor customer service. I found this place and thought the food was good. I even had my staff ordering from here. But after my husband's experience here, I nor my co-workers, will be dining here. I placed an order, as usual, over the phone and let them know my husband will pick up the order. My husband got there and they ran his card. It was taking a long time to show it went through on the screen so the guy ASSUMED it did not, took his card out, and proceeded to try it again on the square system. My husband showed him his account that the first transaction went through. He insisted that it didn't. And tried to charge him 2 more times! My husband screenshot the charge. I called the bank, they saw the charge, and I called to let them know. The woman there argued me down and told me I couldn't even use my card that I could only pay in cash. What the hell!? They refused to give him our food insisting it was my husband's card. He left there, went to Bahama Breeze, used his SAME CARD, and paid just fine there. And the amount was higher for our food. My husband is a gentle spirit and the way they made him feel was disgusting. I called back because they owed him a refund. We told them the charge went through. They said no it's just pending. Guess what? Tuesday it wasn't pending anymore. I called for a refund they did not pick up. We had to dispute through the bank. They use the same system I use at my job and any time it rains the system always acts up. They knew it too which is why they tried the square afterwards but the payment had already processed. By far the best Chinese food I've had in the Altamonte Springs area! We always get the combo platters and the egg rolls are SO good! They will also make your food just like you want it if you ask for it (no veggies, extra veggies, etc). Portions are good as well, imo! read more

I paid extra for shrimp, at 1.00 a piece, YES 1.00 for one shrimp! I expected at least 10 shrimp in the whole meal, but no, I only received 5 shrimp total, TOTAL. So, I paid 5.00 extra for 5 shrimp But only received 5 shrimp. Then, if that wasn't bad, the scallops, the scallops were so small I couldn't find them, there were only 3 that I could find, I may have eaten a few, who knows! On top of that I received no sauces in my order or eating utensils. I asked delivery guy if they were in there and he said yes. When I called back to tell them there wasnt he said he'd come back which he never did. This was after being charged a delivery fee and tipping him generously on top of that. I have a lot of Chinese restaurants in my reviews, and all of them are rated pretty well. With that being said I would definitely have to say this ranks the highest in my opinion. I have to say this will be my new go to spot. It was rainy and somewhat late, so I wasn't surprised to be the only person in the restaurant, but that didn't mean that they were not busy. Their phone was ringing off the hook with to go order after to go order. Even amongst all this bustle, the cashier still managed to maintain pleasant conversation with me, and never dropped her smile. She managed to give the numerous customers on the phone attention while still making me feel important the entire time I was inside their store. The food was amazing. I have noticed most Chinese places now use yellow rice for their fried rice, and it's almost become expected to me, although I would prefer the traditional fried rice. This place cooks it so well though, that I almost didn't even notice I was eating yellow rice. The meat was delicious as well. I also got lo mein, which blew my taste buds clear out of my mouth. Oh yes, and the fried wontons were awesome. This place is trash. I ordered shrimp with mixed veggies for lunch and my only option for a side were two different kinds of soup. I ordered the egg drop soup with my meal. When I got back to work with my food, I pretty much only ate the shrimp and the crackers that came with my soup. MAYBE IF THEY OFFERED AN EGGROLL OR EVEN A CAN OF SODA WITH MEALS I WOULD HAVE HAD A DECENT LUNCH. Everything was just so bad. Completely flavorless everything.
