We arrive right when they open, get seated, and get some nice oolong tea brewing while the ladies with the carts stock up and start tantalizing us with their scrumptious dim sum. Fried shrimp, dumplings, shumai, ribs, buns, and my absolute favorite, sticky rice. It all just came flying one after another after another, and it makes life so much better when you can share these delectable little treats with a table full of people. Eating more of one thing means you don't get to try as many things. That's no good. So we came, we saw, we conquered. Ambiance was the nice, stereotypical American Chinese tranquility. We ordered a few of our favorites including a few dumplings, Chinese broccoli, and a few fried options. Chicken feet are fun, but they are very fatty. So these were not my favorite. The custard buns are very good and the egg tarts which are not pictured, but sometimes available. Just give the cashier the reference number for the style and you can customize a few different aspects to it. I believe it was about $50 for the cake but it was a fairly large cake and it comes with complimentary plates, candles, and utensils. No cake knife included. Everyone at my party loved the cake.
