I was told my car was going to get a really top-to-bottom cleaning inside and outside. For 180 $, you would think yes, right? Not the case, not even armor on my tires, and some dirt spots on the outside, even though they polished it by hand. Inside, just the usual normal cleaning, nothing extra and some trash still in the car doors and small open compartments. Lots of Dirt around the tires and mud shields. I have taken my car to this other place on Figueroa and Florence. $50, they really do clean top to bottom, polish, armor every single spot possible, and mats ALL mats, here they barely just gave a quick wash only to the ones in front and middle. I've come here for car washes for years. Even after I moved to Culver from Marina, I still come back because the washes are thorough. And recently, I had a great experience with the owner. I pre-paid for an exterior detailing but lost my purchase certificate. The owner worked with me to verify my purchase and still honored it once he was able to verify. The detailing was great - I had a ton of scratches on my car from years of parking on the streets in LA and they were able to get them all off. Made my old car look almost new! Very sneaky and dishonest. Not only was I not aware that my car wash was three dollars more but when I mention that I did not have any cash, the cashier said how much do you need I said five dollars and he said I could use Apple Pay and he could give me cash. Do not get anything more than a basic wash here. I got a $100 detail and after a few days this white tone showed up on my trim all over the car. I had to bring my car to a body shop a week later to get a scratch fixed. I got quotes from a couple of shops for the scratch repair and both said that it looked like the car wash place put some compound on the car and that they're unsure if they could get it off. They are giving it one star because they feel the woman at the register is rude while completely ignoring the fact that the men who wash and dry their cars are doing a great job.
