Upon arrival, we followed the office's request to call first, and we were welcomed in right away. The nurses and doctors were ready for us, and the entire visit took less than 30 minutes. Scheduling the next appointment was just as smooth--the receptionist was wonderful, and we even shared a good laugh over something silly I said. She promptly sent over the new patient documentation, which, while tedious, is a standard step at any office. The facility is bright, clean, and inviting. My little one was especially fascinated by the fish tank in the lobby, which made waiting a breeze. The staff was incredibly patient and interactive--exactly what you need for a toddler's first dental experience. The dentist was very informative and even taught me things I didn't know, like the importance of flossing for a two-year-old. As a first-time parent, I truly appreciated the guidance.
