I went to Sarah for the first time a couple of days ago for an acrylic fill, and I'm very happy with the job she did!!!

This used to be my go-to place regardless of the price because I knew they could do whatever design I asked for and I frequently got full sets, fills, pedicures, etc. However, the last time I went there, my grandmother was in town from the midwest and joined me for a mani/pedi. Because I got a fill with gel polish, my nails took longer than hers and she got into the pedicure chairs before me. I feel like that made them forget that she was there with me or something, I'm not sure. But, she's very chatty and was talking about how she's from out of town and I just feel like they smelled tourist blood in the water and as I was sitting in to a pedicure chair a couple spots away I hear the woman about to do her pedicure say that it would be $10 extra for glitter. The nail polish was from the giant rack of regular nail polish all mixed in. Like, it was just regular nail polish that happened to have glitter in it. It wasn't like they were doing a color with a separate glitter on top. I had picked out regular nail polish with glitter in it plenty of times for a regular pedicure and had never been told it was extra before because that's crazy and I wouldn't have gone there anymore. I said, "Oh, she got that polish off the rack and it's the same polish they just used on her hands for her manicure and no one ever said it was extra." The woman definitely looked like she had gotten caught with her hand in the cookie jar, but she stuck to her guns and said, "Oh, well it's always an up-charge for glitter polish." I was like, ok where does it say that? I have been coming here for years and never had this problem before ever. My grandma being the sweet woman she is just said, "It's ok honey, I don't mind." So, not wanting to stress my grandma out with conflict, I just let it go, but I was fuming. It was very obvious that they were just taking advantage of her kind nature and $10 extra for regular polish off the rack that happens to have glitter in it is absolutely appalling. It has been a pretty long time and I thought I had written this a long time ago, but apparently not. I have never gone back after having gone there very regularly for at least 3-4 years. I get that the hustle is real. You wanna upsell me and convince me to upgrade something, go for it, I'm honestly pretty gullible and I like nice things. But no way are you snaking my grandma right in front of me and then ever getting another dime from me ever again. read more

Took an elderly person (93 yrs old) here for nails and feet done. Her first time trying this place ( and the last time i might add). Super RUSHY STAFF from the minute walking in.. they don't understand much and lack attentiveness. They dont commumicate, small talk or ask questions. The just get straight to it and did not follow instructions. And the nerveeee to seem irritated. I suppose since they think someone is older, she can be taken advantage of. The work was the worst i EVERRRRRR seen . They had her toenail bleeding and said nothing because she can't see that well. The color requested was totally off, nails look horrible. Took my girlfriend here a couple months ago and had an amazing experience with Kenny, would highly recommend you try to book with him. But today, had a terrible experience with Bryan. From the start he seemed annoyed that he had to do my girlfriend's nails at all. When we showed him the nail inspo he didn't try to understand what we wanted at all, brought out no swatches and didn't even try to communicate. I thought it might have been a language barrier and gave him benefit of doubt but it wasn't that at all. He was slow to shape the acrylics. We were there for almost 2 hours by the time polish started to be put on. She wanted french tips but after he put it on they just didn't look very good. So we asked to take it off and just do a top coat + shimmer. He made a big dramatic out of it, huffing and puffing, standing up, and just making a show of being annoyed. Then he did it, and it came off incredibly easy, dramatic for NO REASON. Instead of asking my girlfriend to move her hands when they were in the way a bit he'd lightly hit her hand with the nail file. He also at one point fake coughed on her nails, just plain rude. Luckily at the end he swapped us to another tech Jason who was immediately friendly and far more helpful than Bryan ever tried to be. Bryan had small diamond studs in his ears, please avoid him if you can. Just an incredibly rude person for no reason. We weren't rude to him, even if our requests were annoying, we're paying him to do a job. Highly recommend Kenny! Jason is also nice for taking us over. read more

Google says the close at 7 on Sundays. Yelp says the close at 7 on Sundays. I show up on Sunday at 6:05 for a pedicure, there's one person in the salon getting a pedicure at the time. The 2 ladies that work there talk amongst themselves about if they will take me because since it's slow they "usually leave early". Okay, not my problem. If you want to leave at 6 then your posted hours should be 6. She asks me to pay first, fine I have no problem doing that. Once I'm done she has me go sit under foot warmers to dry my polish and then after less than 10 min says "okay bye have a good one" like as if she's trying to rush me out. It's not even 7! It was 6:50. Maybe the service would have been better earlier in the day but honestly, showing up an hour before the posted closing time is more than reasonable. I probably won't be back. I'm in town visiting my family, and my mother (who lives in Sun City Summerlin) sent me here when I mentioned wanting my nails done. I walked in, and simply asked for "rainbow nails" - since it's Pride month. They set me up with Kenny, and I just let him decide on the exact design. Very impressive! They're gorgeous, and he did the rainbows completely free-hand. He was getting frustrated with me, though, since I have trouble relaxing my hand. I swear, I thought he was going to slap me! I'm only rating this salon one star because the nail Tech who did my pedicure actually did a good Job and she wasn't at fault. However I came here in the evening time on a Wednesday.. take in mind I had been here 2 other previous times and had no complaints. I was serviced right away since the salon was a bit slow. I asked for there deluxe pedi priced at $46.00 on there menu and then was told it would be $10.00 extra dollars since I was doing French tip/Gel which was totally fine with me. This lady then proceeded with my pedicure. When it was time to pay I told them I would be using Apple Pay that is when another blonde older lady stepped in and rudely said they didn't accept Apple Pay? Like I said before, I had been here 2 pervious times and they had always accepted Apple Pay? I then asked her if I could Zelle someone since I did not have my physical card with me and she agreed. I asked for my total and that is when her and the lady who had serviced me spoke in their language and then blurted out $76.00 dollars! I told the lady I had never agreed or asked for anything outside of what I chose on the menu and that the price was incorrect she rudely began to cut me off and became argumentative. I was not going to argue back and fourth as I began to feel upset and uncomfortable. I zelled them $66.00 and she yelled out asking why I had only zelled $66.00 ?! I told her even though I didn't select that option on there pedicure menu it was what they apparently had provided and that was the only thing I was going to pay for and walked out . I have never had this kind of situation happen to me at nail salon. It is truly sad how poor they treat they're paying customers because without us they would have no business. If you're planning to come here to get your nails done, make sure you DO NOT get Bryan. He is upright aggressive and absolutely RUDE. Had my fullset done by him and I should've known when he sat down. He didn't greet me or seemed like he wanted to do my nails. First thing he said what style do you want? I was taken back and was like WTF? But I gave him the benefit of the doubt and just showed him what I wanted which was a very simple, short and natural almond shape nails. As I'm showing him pictures of what I wanted he was like "we don't have that color" I'm like ok...mind you it was just a natural French color. Throughout the process he was so rough filing the sides of my nails and kept digging the filer into the sides of my nails; I jolted my hands a few times and mentioned to him that it hurts. He still continues. I should've just had him stop there but I was afraid to say something because I didn't want to hurt his feelings. On top of that, one of my nail was not dried from the gel machine and he got upset with me saying I didn't have my hand all the way in the gel machine. Took my finger out and wiped the gel off and was like "see, look! You don't have finger all the way in!" And he seemed agitated or irritated having to fix it. I'm like well you kept taking my hand out of the machine before the timer is even done, so of course my nails aren't done drying. Blaming me for something he did. Oh it doesn't stop there. Towards the end, I asked nicely if he can clean under my nails because all the glue and acrylic were stuck to my skin and normally it should be cleaned out. Well that definitely pushed him to the edge and he just seemed annoyed having to clean it out. As he's cleaning it out he went back to the damn filing against the sides of my nails again this time he made my index finger BLEED! At this point I was so upset and emotional because I had bottled up the pain while he was doing my nails. He was RUDE, AGGRESSIVE, and ANNOYED the entire time! So I spoke to the front desk girl who said she was the manager and explained to her what happened and all she could do was apologize. She did offer someone else to fix my nails because I was so unsatisfied with the outcomes of my nails. But at this point my fingers were all so tender and I just didn't see myself sitting there for another hour or whatever to get it fixed. So she spoke to Bryan and said you were aggressive to this client and you know what he said? He yelled across the salon, saying " she wasn't doing this and that..." and etc. this was so unprofessional. He didn't take any accountability and blames me for what he did. I still paid in FULL for the service. But after what I experienced, I shouldn't have. So if you go here, don't get Bryan! This guy is an absolute Joke. First let me say if you're looking for a luxurious experience this isn't your salon. If you go in expecting that you'll be let down. This is a normal salon in and out type of spot! $51 for a fill. They charge you $10 extra for round or almond and don't disclose. They won't file anything and use their dremel third time she has cut my skin from going to fast. She took out two cuticles this time when I said "ouch". I asked for a vamp red and she says they don't have dark red in gels and gives me a sparkly red magenta. She talked on her phone the whole time and her FaceTime open with whomever listening. I asked for a round and got a pointy almond again when I said "I don't want a point like last time" I showed her a pic of the nail shape before getting started and she did the point anyways. Now I have to put antibiotic creme on the cuticles from the cuts She left gel Polish on the side of my cuticles and fingers. On top of all this they profiled Black customers. It was close to closing and they walked up to every Black woman left in the salon and demanded they pay now but didn't ask any of the white women to pay. The gel dry stations are coated in grime and debris and nothing was Sanitized between customers They do not smooth under the nail and leave if rough catching on every thing. I spend $107 before tip for gel and fill manicure and reg pedi for my daughter last week. They didn't fill to the end and it's already a mess and they didn't shape the toes. Skip this place it's a mess and they're rude when you ask them to do what you're paying for. This is the worst experience twice. read more

I arrived as a walk-in. This was my first visit and to be quite frank, probably my last. The shop is super clean and the ambiance is nice. However, from the very start I could tell the elderly pygmy fella (management I presume) was going to be a problem. I don't know if its his grating voice or bumptious sales approach. But he's a bit... pushy? Natalie took me and she was very sweet. I showed her the picture of what I wanted, and she had to check with the pygmy fella for pricing. 75 just for a full set and 45 dollars for the design . I could understand the price if I was getting Swarovski crystals, but I wanted nothing of the sort. Due to the outrageous pricing, I made changes to what I wanted. Natalie kept saying you'll see why our prices are high. "We're the best and we don't rush." Natalie said. That's great and all, but for the price I can get champagne and finger food in Beverly Hills. Anyway, Natalie finished the design on my left hand and someone came over to finish my right. Natalie walked over to the other side of the table (where I sat) to put the topcoat on. Well... she accidentally dropped the bottle while in transition; nail polish and glass went everywhere. Including on my sweats. I asked if I could have a discount for the mess and Natalie said she would speak with the pygmy guy. She returns and this jerk face discounted me 5 dollars.... Because "he knows the polish will wash out in one cycle." Whatever hobbit . I paid my tab and tipped 20 to Natalie. She doesn't set the prices and dropping the bottle was an accident. Despite Natalies best efforts to scrub with alcohol...the stain on my designer sweats did not come out. The customer service was trash and I will not be returning. read more

i've been coming to this place since 2019. I either go with Kenny or Jason and they are sweet and accommodating, nails always come out beautiful. Today i got sat with BRYAN, didn't acknowledge me, didn't say hi or ANYTHING. He already seemed annoyed to do my nails. He didn't try to understand what i wanted. He kept swatting my hand with the nail file instead of telling me to reposition or move. He started doing french tips, he finished one hand but didn't even check in with me to ask if i liked it. He rushed me to put it in the gel machine, when i took it out i was looking at it more and hated it. I then asked him if we could just remove the paint and put a sparkly powder on. He was SO MAD, got up and huffed and puffed. By the way when he got to removing it, came off SUPER EASY. He then proceeded to cough on my hand??! He ended up passing me over to Jason. Jason finished them up really nicely. Such a horrible experience for someone who's been coming here since 2019. I'm always super nice and understanding but this Bryan guy was SUPER unprofessional. As i look through these reviews, Bryan keeps appearing in a negative way. If you guys care about LOYAL customers, you guys need to get rid/fire BRYAN. Unbelievable. Luckily my girl moved to a salon closer to me (who is BOMB) and she literally was SHOCKED that they charged me $200 for what I got. 3 stars because the work was good but they def took advantage of the fact that I would just take my card out and give it to them after every service. I've been seeing all the recent reviews & one thing I can definitely agree on is where it definitely feels like it's always a higher price when you back go in. I came with my sister. She comes here often and recommended me to this place and to don. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and explained I wanted marble on every nail except the ring finger. He kept saying okay okay I got it and didn't want to look at the picture. He took it upon himself to completely botch my nails and do a design he wanted instead of what I asked for. I told him I didn't like it and he didn't offer to fix it or change it and blamed it on me saying he thought this was what I asked for when in clearly showed him a picture. He kept saying next time next time ... like wtf. No!! I wanted it today. Saying it would have costed more... that's why I asked him in the beginning how much it would have costed and he literally decided to do his own thing. I would have paid more for what I wanted!! Tf. Not only that but the nails on my left hand are crooked and weird and the acrylic is not fully covered on each nail and you can see some of my real nail under there. He was nice but tried to make me feel crazy and bad when I was very clear on my expectations. He Didn't even understand where he was wrong or what I was asking him to fix and it is just upsetting and disappointing because I paid way too much. I'm not happy. Very rushed, didn't even want to file my nails because "they're fine" even though 3 were chipped and clearly needed filing. I also have cotton fuzzies stuck in the polish, bubbles in the polish due to the fan she blasted on them, lumpy polish from the rushed placement, and uneven filing. Polish was literally splattering on the table because of how quick she was trying to finish. I was nervous it would land on my clothes the entire time. Looks absolutely awful which is unfortunate because I was hoping to have nice nails during my stay in Vegas! Seems like other reviewers had similar experiences so it wasn't a one off occasion. I got the Deluxe pedicure w/o gel or #2 on their pedicure menu and a short full set totaling to $87. Very reasonable.
