The lapels were flipped up and starched that way. They had the arms crossed on all of these shirts, made them completely wrinkle under all the way down the shirt. I tried to contact them, but they were closed for the holiday or just not answering my calls from what I learned today. I returned today with my receipt, asking the guy who said he was the owner to please make it right. He said he would have to charge me the full price again and was not willing to help. He carried on as if I was not even there as I just stood there, waiting for some kind of help from him. He literally cursed me And told me to deal with it and take them somewheres else. He treated me like trash and was very very rude. I was quite surprised because when I dropped my cleaning off last week, he couldn't help but call me, sweetie and honey the entire time, which made me extremely uncomfortable to begin with. I really am ashamed that such a small business would treat somebody that way that is a new local. I was appalled by the way this man treated me and I would not recommend them to anybody. I left there with the same clothes I went there feeling belittled as I was begging for them to make it right. What a shame and what a waste of what coulda nice family business. We are professionals, which is why we dropped off our clothing at a dry cleaners to look professional. I walked in this place assuming they would be professional as well being a small business in a small town, boy was a mistaken.
