I added side toppings offered on the side: jalapeños, banana peppers, and 2 types of BBQ sauces. The pulled pork was lean and not fatty, tender and juicy and not overcooked or dry. I liked both BBQ sauces. 8/10 My coworkers got the Slaw Hawg which is the BBQ pulled pork sandwich topped with coleslaw. For $1 more than the taco, the portion size of pork included with the sandwich is slightly larger than the taco but the taco was filling enough for me. My coworkers were all pretty happy with their meal too. 8/10 I'm not a huge BBQ pork fan but I can say this BBQ pork was pretty good and I'd probably have it again. Sike Southern BBQ's pricing was very reasonable. If they ever visit your offices or area, I definitely recommend trying them out!

There are just a lot of moving parts in a small area moving together. Service will be slow as much of it is made to order. Be patient. It's worth it. Just prior to leaving, he was attentive and asked what I tried. I let him know I liked everything I ordered and had some spring rolls to take home. He said I should have also tried his beef jerky with sticky rice. He gave me a huge portion of each and saw me off. As soon as I got to my car, I tried a bit of it with rice. Not as chewy as most beef jerkys, but it was a bit chewier, and it paired well with the rice, which was stickier than say Japanese or Chinese rice. From what I can tell, he has a local following.
